What i cant get head round is : why, if they are OMFs lawyers, is it Hope &Ors. specified on the listing?

Could it be, as Bezzy says, that ZM is going for the jugular, or (imo more likely) SH is testing the water on the FD case before deciding what to do wrt OMF?

Looks like its FRR vs Hope and " others" , so not seemingly OMF at this stage? That may also explain why M&C are not there as they were for OMF, rather than Hope as an individual? Maybe someone with a better memory can confirm.
