I think" inevitably delisting" is taking the pessimistic view.

Bear in mind that Cairn have now been out of the loop for 2 weeks, and a lot can happen in that time.

However, it certainly doesnt sound like they have been approached for references ;-)

Nothing we can do at the moment due to the suspension.

While I understand that info altering the risk involved should have been released, I dont see much benefit of a pacifying RNS.

I would rather not hear anything at all while we are suspended and the case remains ongoing if there is ANY risk of it adversely affecting the outcome.

However, I doubt there are fixed rules for when (assuming we have an agreement to contract a nomad), the agreement is enacted.

Ideally after the news is ready and before the 24th delisting date....Tweets could then come in very useful. ;-)

While I doubt the courts will run to FRR's schedule, surely the absence of a hearing this week (in light of the squeeze for defence papers) has to indicate an OOCS or, as JS points out, possibly court sanctioned mediation?

RB40. Yes, Hope has fiducriary duty to both companies, but if not able to be impartial, he should have abstained.

While acting as director for FRR, OMF should not have been a consideration to him at all, and vice versa.

Iirc, his post on the Bod was part of the 2016 restructured loan terms

Totally agree on the fiduciary side Awax, but ZM was only offering £5m, which would not have retired the existing OMF loan, only a part of it.

The key for me is in the fact that SH then went on to offer a loan on worse terms, but still apparently subordinate to the OMF loan.
