Taking what's owed...10 May 2019 10:44
My view only, but....
I believe Hope was after another Madagascar situation, where he took over the company and has subsequently done extremely well out of it....a company that was in a very similar position to us atm.
If it IS true that he cant profit by more than what he is owed, then it was ESSENTIAL for him to make his move before the valuation (current or forecast-I'm not sure which applies) of FRR (as FRCC) exceeded its liability to OMF.
In the meantime, we see SN and ZM fighting tooth and nail (hopefully on our behalf too), to retain control of both the company and the asset. Why do this if there was no upside other than the $56m fiduciary claim? Big number that, but they'd know it would fail if false.
If we do have finances and/or revenue as indicated, then our intrinsic value increases. It's now down to the courts and whether anyone has overstepped any lines legally
Strategic litigation or otherwise, good luck to all invested
