If they were Primerdesign tests , we know that the DHSC did not refuse delivery and this is what Poidster stated way back when he mentioned Primerdesign kits piled up everywhere.

However nothing to say the kits referenced in this article are anything to do with Primerdesign.

Si, zero knowledge of what checks are carried out prior to purchase of such a large acquisition.

However , would checks not be carried out on her undercarriage (😉) prior to contracts being exchanged or clauses inserted to cover issues that could not be found prior to dry docking , that could cost substantial sums to remedy. I'm not saying this will cost a huge amt to fix, but undoubtedly the further delay will impact passengers who may well already be having to pay hotel accommodation etc and compensation will come into play.

I think you will find that Reliable Maritime Solutions are project managing the technical side of the project , they were engaged when the Odyssey was scheduled to be dry docked in Germany initially and plans remained in situ when the dry docking was changed to Belfast.

This should have been picked up early doors and there is absolutely no basis for holding H&W responsible in any way shape or form. Usual suspects doing what they do best.

Gizmo do you have any link to show that Novacyt tests were disposed of in this fashion or are you making a general statement based on something you've heard / read ?

I am very interested in this, if the former, I'd like to know when this started.

One must factor in placings with subsequent dilution , when comparing Sp over a set timeline.

I can't be bothered to look back, but wasn't first case heard early May and judgement end of Aug, nearly 4 months. This appeal approx same time has elapsed & 3 judges need to deliberate .

I may have dates totally wrong.

How long should it take?

Wyn/ anyone else, what do you view as a reasonable number if ..

A) H&W announce loan approval successful .

B) Loan approved and then confirmation of the Falklands contract .

C) Loan approved , Falklands approved, positive IM result ..

D) All of the above + another of similar value to Falklands contract all, in a relatively short time frame ?

I consider all above are achievable and would be interested in hearing views on numbers.

I would also like to hear views on how people perceive a negative judgement on IM would impact the share price , again this is a possibility that cannot be ignored.

It's a shame for you that you didn't manage to exit on the FSS spike, having held for so long.. I've said before on here I that wouldn't have invested in INFA , this imo is 100 % different with very diversified potential revenue streams. It is actually doing exactly what I expected it to, at this stage in its growth and I'm fairly relaxed. I say fairly, because like every holder, I will be pleased to hear the finance package is over the line. I don't doubt it will get there and seriously hope ex holders who have lost money aren't holding short positions, as I think they will get burnt a second time. JIMO.
