That is why I am in favour of selling IM outright ASAP and will take a dim view of being strung along without a FID. Tomorrow first step on that road. Positive decision and get that for sale sign out !!! I hope the asset is worth half what some believe and would love to be pleasantly surprised. I don't believe the finance deal is tied to IM result , because one can't place a value on it. The value is what somebody is prepared to pay for it and until a contract is signed it has zero value that can be used as an asset to secure a loan.

Most companies include LI in their digital marketing strategy . Harl are far from unique in doing this & to not utilise such a wide ranging marketing tool would be foolhardy.

It is not a tool to cross question a board about their strategy , direct such to the company directly.

I'd like to see a reach RNS stating that Novacyt are responding to the call from the WHO to supply Dengue tests. Time after time there have been opportunities we haven't availed of ! No court case to hide behind now. Speak to the loyal shareholders , we own the company and will vote with our feet. I don't care if you fail to supply , but if you are trying, start blowing your own trumpet !

Well if I knew what Consuela knew and it was impossible to get off the ground ever ( the much mooted enablers 😆) I wouldn't constantly be taking money off people to fund an unnecessary series of court cases. I'd sit back and watch the 'spin merchant' fail . The reality is imo that JW can sell IM with or without a ML, obviously the value increases with a license that can no longer be contested. How much it is worth with or without I do not know. Several posters have told me JW has had offers over 30MM with no licence in the past. I therefore think that realistically we could achieve over double that with the licence in place.

Perhaps NGC's realise that if sold to one of the big boys, that the so called enablers are a walk in the park to them. Who knows & quite frankly who cares. I'd be very happy to wave goodbye to it and pay down a lump of debt to balance the books. I daresay AR who has to perform a juggling act, would breathe a sigh of relief as well.

However Consuela will remain as a ' valued contributor ' as her issue is personal , she has openly stated on here that she is not opposed to gas caverns, just Island Magee. The most obvious line of attack against JW when the company was a one trick pony was IM , it becomes more irrelevant to the company with each passing month. I accept opinions will differ radically on this and many are attached to seeing the project remain to varying degrees under Harls control.

From a purely business perspective I would jettison it ASAP & balance the books. Lets see what happens Monday and then how long it takes to get a FiD.
