1. Have you ever looked at the astronomical costs associated with having the FSPO non functional for one day . Look at daily production and work out. The newly discovered issues with the SeaRose, whilst in dry dock, will have required ongoing contract negotiations. I'm assuming still fluid as no new contract announced. In other words full and final scope not known. You assume that Cenevos will balk at prices , including margins to cover accommodation. I don't, they have absolutely no other option and speed is imperative. I very much doubt recently discovered extra work will impact Harls margins negatively. Option one extra x amt of months utilising current staff or option 2 recruit more staff x additional cost to project. The latter pales in comparison to the FSPO being non functional for an extended period.
