Harchris I hear you. However GDR have managed to get one test on the FDA breakthrough status ( stroke) and one supposedly about to get Nice approval. What of significance have our R&D staff developed and we have multiples of the amt of R&D staff. I put some money in there and have made a considerable amt , quite frankly wish I'd sold this all and lumped it in.

My patience with this diminishes by the day.

1. Have you ever looked at the astronomical costs associated with having the FSPO non functional for one day . Look at daily production and work out. The newly discovered issues with the SeaRose, whilst in dry dock, will have required ongoing contract negotiations. I'm assuming still fluid as no new contract announced. In other words full and final scope not known. You assume that Cenevos will balk at prices , including margins to cover accommodation. I don't, they have absolutely no other option and speed is imperative. I very much doubt recently discovered extra work will impact Harls margins negatively. Option one extra x amt of months utilising current staff or option 2 recruit more staff x additional cost to project. The latter pales in comparison to the FSPO being non functional for an extended period.

I understand from reading various documentation that UKEF look at forward cashflow projections and don't usually take assets into consideration when determining whether or not to approve a loan.

Furthermore my belief from what I have read about UKEF loans is that with an 80 % guaranteed loan, that H&W would receive 160mm from UKEF and would have to source the remaining 20% commercially. Therefore IM not relevant re UKEF portion but would be for the additional 40mm required.

Logic dictates to me that Riverstone would provide that, as its a no brainer to get the outstanding loan repaid. However the issue still remains of obtaining UKEF sign off.

I believe accounts are inextricably linked with finance and until that is agreed , that we will remain suspended. I await the red doubt but I personally don't anticipate seeing it tomoz. That's my tuppence worth and have set an alarm for any RNS's as intend to focus on other stuff whist we wait.

No Si_D , not at all. I daresay nobody likes not having access to part of their portfolio, nor the SP decline. The positive (IMO) is that the current state of play is untenable, and resolution will now be swift as the company can't survive on fresh air.

I wouldn't expect anybody half decent to recommend that post Consula and to attempt any defence of such ignorance is not imo acceptable.
