I think without full recommendation a commercial loan at a sensible rate will be easily obtained and dilutive placings will be history, I only expect a loan if manufacturing needs to be ramped up.

To proceed with the contract they get potentially 20 % return and the current known value is 120mm , we don't know If there are any fabrication contracts that were close to closing & perhaps the precarious financial plight of Harl was the handbrake. Very difficult to know what direction they will take. At this stage nothing would suprise me.

I guess a lot depends on the FSS contract and the Mods stance to H&W completing with financial backing if required.

Looking at the news we do know , it is evident that none of these new appointments happened overnight . This has been planned without the knowledge of Harl bod. JW gone and Arun effectively a puppet to do their bidding.

Without doubt the govt will know exactly what they intend to do with the FSS contract.

We are the mushrooms and will be fed piecemeal inf as it suits.

To sell the business in whole or part , it has to be a going concern , so I expect to see accounts signed off and the shares come out of suspension.

This will take time to play out.
