Thx , regardless of what happens next , I would be looking elsewhere to have projects completed ( if possible , contract and clause dependant ) and certainly wouldn't be pumping new business in there. HARL ready and waiting ;))

It would appear they are having major issues again. Late filing and failing to deliver on contracts. Having only briefly flitted through some info, it also looks like they failed to bid on anything much and contracts they would have been expected to win went to Turkish shipyards. New to this arena , if they go bust , will this have any positive outcomes for Harl. If anyone is following the saga , knows of work they have been awarded , but yet to complete , then I would be interested.
