Fortunately Belfast seems to be busy as witnessed with Buttetfly , Excalibur , new arrival tomozz and Cory barges finally on fast forward , perhaps they won't post under a certain value. I think the 25mm in 2023 and 2024 goes a longvway to appeasing my concerns about cash burn.

I agree the DHSC outcome is the primary driver, it need not have been so dependant on that , if the company as promised had conducted M&A to ensure a steady revenue stream. I think the way they have treated shareholders is a disgrace. It is just not logical to me that they appear to be sitting awaiting their fate. If you think you'll win , BAU and M&A , if you think you'll lose go hell for leather to secure instant revenue( M&A) so you can negotiate pyt terms and survive. Most bizarre, we must be missing some chapters from the book , because it is beyond ridiculous. It's not a lifestyle company because in 16 months the court case awaits.
There are still some amazing staff at Novacyt , I would have expected to see mass resignations by now of those that the market would instantly employ, if they felt the company was doomed. I can't find any inf on anything anymore , the shutters have been pulled down.

As the company has a yard in Belfast and nultiple in mainland UK , I am sure there is some element of transfer of goods / assets that occurs on an ongoing basis. If you check the govt guidelines there are endless reams of red tape , pre registration that has to be adhered to. I've experienced it first hand. The proposed agreement will most certainly simplify things.

I haven't got any theories as to what they are doing , they are, as said here many times before, highly secretive. As they are supposed to work to provide value for shareholders , the only thing that I can say with confidence right now , is that they are failing miserably . At a minimum some clarity should be given about the CEO. Is JW going to be left in situ or are they actively trying to recruit a replacement. I haven't seen David Allmond resurface anywhere FWIW. Perhaps traumatised after several months of walking corridors to no avail. Might suprise us and issue a stonking RNS , amazing new CEO and a detailed positive R&D update . All pure conjecture , no news is not good news , start talking or more will start walking.
