Good afternoon , I have no idea how you arrive at the conclusion that this is a risky investment . Only last week you were asking what the court case was about and if it was significant , that indicates to me that you have done no research whatsoever . Therefore as you said you had invested prior to asking that question , I daresay that any investment is high risk if you play pin the tail on the donkey.

was an interesting hire.

As an experienced commercial.lawyer , specialising in health care, without doubt prior to joining Novacyt he would have been aware of exactly what the case hinged on , all the detail. I don't believe for one second he joined 'blind ' to the role he was expected to fulfill.

That imo was to broke a deal , now if he thought that was feasible , that imo adds weight to Novacyt's claim that they have 'strong grounds' to pursue owing monies.

He obviously failed as the DHSC were not at that stage prepared to negotiate and he therefore had no role to perform.

They knew these things take years to progress through the courts.

Novacyt knew too and were very slow to inform us.

As I have said numerous times , this doesn't excuse the lack lustre performance , the absolutely awful Rns's , the lack of enthusiasm by the chairman nor the hire of David Allmond.

As majority holders are pi's they would struggle to take this private as most would refuse a paltry offer , they would be defeated at the first hurdle. I don't believe that is their intention , I do think they elect to fly under the radar and it is somehow connected with the DHSC dispute.

Like many here , I shall not be voting for any payrises nor anything that further lines the pockets of the bod.

My understanding was that we availed of 25mm

from Riverstone In March / April, interest payments deferred.

We received 25mm from the FSS contract.

We got back a big lump from Sapien, being lazy away on hols , was it 16mm ?

We were told Quorn back on schedule, so expect milestone pyts to be triggered.

We have completed two (Cory barges) with four others being actively worked on and therefore strong possibility milestone payments will also come into play.

The Belfast Yard has been back to back with ships this year , my point is that I simply don't believe we are sailing close to rocks, nor that we have a cash issue at this present moment in time ( twitter)
