I strongly suggest any new potential investors spend 5 minutes reading the RNS dated the 6th of June , this has the potential to be rolled out across the entirety of the UK in the near foreseeable future. Outstanding results from the Portsmouth pilot and all key decision makers aware and engaged.

Am I correct in assuming yesterday's contract announcement is WNS related , if so they have incredible reach and I expect this to be the first of many.

H9 , I missed your post earlier. Re price during Covid era. There was an endless inf supply , Sapien contract , Appledore Pontoon win , RNLI contract , Marine licence, purchase of Methil and Arnish , a boat , to name just some. So yes the SP was riding relatively high as the supposed good news kept flowing. The FSS contract will definitely underpin the future of Harl. You know the precise reasons why the SP has collapsed since then. The slashing of the 2022 numbers and moving Quorn , Cory and other staged pyts into 2023 , the lack as of yet of signed funding and the challenge to IM. The market Is usually forward looking but dislikes uncertainty , failed commitments to meet dates and any involvement with the judiciary. There are numerous other reasons which I'm fully aware you fully comprehend , inclusive of sentiment which can be manipulated in periods of no news. Many catalysts here to get us back on track and I for one fully appreciate the lifescycle of a company in this stage of its growth and see nothing as of yet that causes me undue alarm. Whilst fully acknowledging your view of the company , fortunately for me I wasn't invested at that time and only entered when I believed H&W had a dam good chance of winning the FSS contract. I personally wouldn't have invested prior to that. I believe the company was in a dire financial situation. You obviously chose to and now have the choice to leave , cut your losses ( if you are in the red) and put your money where you believe you have a better chance of making gains. Remaining invested if you believe JW is not a competent CEO seems crazy to me. They are now in receipt of 25mm FSS , 16mm from Sapien and have had thus far a very busy H1 at Belfast and have announced further contract wins of 10mm in addition to the 750 /800 FSS contract. Get the financing over the line and sentiment will return.

Couple more weeks for the negativity fountains to spout as we approach confirmation of the results we already know and then onwards and upwards.

I think there was an issue , the ads ran for approx four months. But if you know for a fact that there were no issues then I will happily accept that. Perhaps a post qualification bonus then to retain , pq + 2 years x amt, + 3 years y etc.

Unless some problem develops with production, I can envisage the product rollout snowballing , its a brilliant concept , low cost , huge savings and a green product as it conserves 💧 loss. Nothing to not like here.

I think ( dangerous) that the issue with apprentices is industry wide. Without knowing specifics , I would imagine that take up of such schemes is limited by where the applicants reside. In a time of extortionate rates for rental , I don't envisage those on a apprentices salary could even entertain moving out of home.

To that end I wrote to IR several months ago and suggested to widen the net and attract the right calibre applicants that they perhaps assist with this issue. The purchase of several small houses that minimal rent was paid on by apprentice employees would be something that would entice lots more applicants to apply. Yes initial spend but imo beneficial long term. Alternatively subsidise rental up to x amt. Either option could perhaps involve those who avail either having to repay cost of rental or work for x period with H&W after qualification. Might be a crazy idea but have worked in a company who have offered similar schemes and it was highly successful.

I understand how many LTH's are frustrated , the RNLI contract , Sapien , the ongoing IM rollercoaster , they view from experience the company through an entirely different lense. Throughout a protracted period JW was handcuffed, on his knees, no funds , barely making ends meet , indeed reading 'around' the company failed to pay some invoices to suppliers. Not convinced the lack of progress on Quorn last year was not in part due to financial constraints. Covid hit and dry docking bookings evaporated and there was limited incoming income. The FSS contract really is transformational and the yard updates will position H&W up there with their competitors when bidding on a more equal footing. I invest for potential and I see plenty here , nothing ever rises in a straight line and I'm happy that the board are working flat out and that we will gain momentum.

Been holding a position for a couple of months , happy to leave , progress excellent , easy product to rollout and one which both customers and insurers like. Potential for huge growth here which Is why I am invested and will remain so for the foreseeable.

Company doesn't need ramping it is making excellent progress. Todays RNS is super news , entry into another potentially huge market. Some 'silly '

comments on here today. One has to wonder how the news the company has successfully penetrated the US Market could possibly elicit any form of negative commentary.
