Advance warning ? That conjures up negative connotations. Poor choice of word from a lawyer , who are usually very precise in their phraseology. Trained to be so.

If Wood has elected to do an interview with Stock P it will be positive.

Harchris , morning , done no research on Avactas acquisitions , a question , do we know if the tests they have are IVDR compliant ? NCYT seem to have spent an age ensuring that their tests are ?

This is not intended as any slight , I would love to see some M&A activity at Novacyt.

If Novacyts figures were low but a marked improvement on last year , in other words' greenshoots' , then that's progress , albeit not at the previously stated rate. Nothing is not good news imo , I hope I'm wrong , but it is two fingers up to shareholders and not acceptable. They want us to vote on payrises and to keep the chairman but I've no idea if they are working in my best interests , the sp most certainly does not indicate that they are. Therefore I have no option but to vote against what they want me to vote for, as all I can base their performance on is the SP.

So what's the game plan with Novacyt , we are asked to vote and we have absolutely no idea if they have made 10 quid , or ten million , no idea on numbers at all for 2023. Does anyone know of any other companies who give no indication whatsoever on forward projections.

As Pebbles said on twitter , they used to think Novacyt was secretive , now not so sure.

I'm moving into that club , surely if they were succeeding with the organic growth strategy then they would inform us and it may incentivise more favourable voting. I am totally peed off and think it is outrageous we are clueless about numbers. I don't believe anyone will vote for payrises or to keep the chairman , if they do , on what basis ?

I hear you , but if they are bidding on SeaRose then we know they have capacity for 2024 , therefore logically it would follow they have capacity also for 2025 onwards. Anyway not worth worrying about , they will bid for what they want and must be fully aware of all constraints.

Whilst I fully comprehend it is a consideration , we have been told they are negotiating numerous contracts , some will have NDA's attached , I am clueless as to capacity restrictions , sure we have room in our forward 3.6 bill pipeline.

Found a few articles, one states 70 days drydocking planned in 2024.

Cswag , I know many lawyers , I don't know any who would have joined without looking in detail at the issues outstanding. As I stated IMO , based on how a lawyer 'usually operates'

But 100 not a fact and I never claimed it was.

Nobody thinks the money is a handout , but the FSS contract and new tech Harl will have is transformational and will provide the backbone for the company to grow rapidly.

I'm happy with my investment , each to their own investment strategy. I invest for potential and this company has it in bucketloads.

Not interested in playing games when folks ask questions to deliberately try and cause FUD.
