You invested for IM , it took years and got nowhere.

Maybe the same will happen or maybe in a week/ month JW will sell and be sitting on a pile of cash to pay down debt. If he is worried and his cash cow runs the risk of not achieving the required level of funding it would be a no brainer. He appears to be the opposite and determined to extrapolate best value.

The Company is no longer a one trick pony , I think he can pull it off. A few too many ponies in the stable perhaps, definitely not too keen on the concept of ferry operators.

Until the finance deal is announced we will have every negative Norman and his Niece spouting Negative posts. So mote it be, doesn't phase me , I see huge potential and debt that needs careful mgt , no more no less.

Can they make a concerted effort to promote this and tell us how they'll keep the momentum going & growing!

We really do have a dam good chance of making some serious money here. Having looked at most of the NHS trusts in the UK I have been suprised at how many Yourgene have existing relationships with in accredited labs.

Anyone doubting look for yourselves. The groundwork has been laid , pushing the take up now.

Just my understanding Val. The companies act mandates there must be a AGM every calendar year , unless a written resolution passed by all directors and then approved by shareholders is agreed. That's the UK , but I have no clue about French regs in relation to this and suspect those are what would govern any attempt to delay. Don't know if any dispensations exist such as diff rules after a takeover. For example used to be 18 month rule re AGMs in UK after incorporation.

Been a long time since I've looked at the companies act in any detail. Perhaps Larry would know.

Personally doubt they would want to delay as they need to pass certain resolutions .

They do appear to have speeded up the production, so perhaps the building of all components and then assembling Is proving to be effective. The faster the better. I understand TUGS go out in all weather for rescue missions, but I would imagine that as winter is upon us that delivery may become more complicated?

Rumour on Bourse 'what if YGEN shareholders are offered a 20 % discount to buy shares'

The deal was done under contract the holders of YGEN shares will receive x amt per share. YGEn shares no longer exist then and ex holders are free to invest / not invest wherever they see fit to do so. If there was going to be an incentive to YGEN holders to purchase shares it would have been included in the initial contract.

I do not believe for one second that there will be any preferential buy in rate for any select group. More scaremongering based on speculation to assist T/A of traders on the bourse.

Find it difficult to believe folks would even entertain such nonescence.

WBAFC , personally intend to hold my shares until at least the dispute resolution , not interested in the Bourse moving it according to their latest T/A and ignoring any fundamentals. Was hopeful to see less mention of covid and more about new assays and Yourgene. Re Winterplex and Self test - oral , this time we have CTDA approval at the start of a new rise in cases and therefore if testing required then we are in the position to supply.

Quite frankly it was nigh on impossible to use nasal LFTS on kids , I tried for my neighbour as they wouldn't allow her to . They pulled back and without holding there heads ( wasn't prepared to do that) it was impossible. The point is it should be like selling water in the desert. The spit and go are ideal for kids and the marketing team should be on it 'large' . How difficult is it to get a catchy jingle and vid and flood the market with it. Certain the nurses in hospitals would far prefer it. I'm pretty certain I could have got them to spit rather then shoving a swab up their noses.

I've heard nothing about the spit and go , they seem to be pushing Winterplex. Appreciate it covers RSV & FLU too.

We are all sick to death of covid . If testing resumes then have a look at what Yourgene made Surge testing ... the NHS is on its knees and the big labs that did the testing have been closed , their lab might well be busy ... if the requisite equipment is still in situ.. don't know the answer to that.

More focused on Nipt and Ranger , think it could be a big money earner.

Just for inf the Winterplex multiplex is both CTDA approved and CE marked , so it can be sold in UK and Europe.
