Company accounts must be audited within six months of Y/E unless exempt. Yourgene within that six month period ceased to exist. JM mentioned a strange year end for Novacyt with 3 months of YGEN and 12 of Novacyt , think he initially said 9 and corrected himself.

Quite where the prior nine months of Yourgene get audited is a good question. Is it done by default , to audit the last 3 you need to audit the first 9 ?? If that makes sense.

What exactly did they say about utilising Yourgenes lab?

Was it undertaking some testing themselves ?

I ask because Yourgene made a nice sum testing for the govt during the pandemic.

Without knowing the full history and just comparing LR with JM I would say that he certainly is a more motivational speaker and provides greater clarity to the subject matter in hand. As you've maintained all along they have impressive products and growth trajectory. 👏

Regarding any measurable milestones , Novacyt fell far short of the target imo. That being said I missed the first 15 minutes unfortunately.

The PSE test is the culmination of nearly a decade's long collaboration between OBD, Imperial College London, University of East Anglia, 💥Imperial College NHS Trust and UK's leading prostate cancer experts as part of the PROSTAGRAM screening pilot. The results of this trial were published in the peer reviewed publication, Cancers2 in February this year.

Imperial college NHS Trust have collaborated amongst others with OBD for 10 years. The NHS is most definitely aware of it.

Vulpes is owned by Stephen Diggle a non Executive Director. If that isn't a very strong indication of direction of travel by an insider, then I don't know what is. This is the true definition of 'skin in the game' . So often on aim you hear shareholders moaning about lack of buy in by mgt reflecting a lack of confidence.

1 September 2023 - Oxford, UK - Oxford BioDynamics PLC (AIM: OBD, "OBD" or the "Company"), a biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests based on the EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform, announces that it has received notice from Vulpes Investment Management Pte Ltd ("Vulpes") that on 26 January 2023 the Vulpes Testudo Fund purchased 443,673 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 14.75p rather than 343,673 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 14.7p as previously announced.

Therefore, Vulpes is currently interested in 28,448,756 shares in total.💥 Vulpes is controlled by Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, who is therefore deemed to be interested in a total of 28,448,756 shares, representing approximately 14.06% of the Company's current issued share capital.

Evening. I'm at the stage with Scilly that whatever will be will be. The whole way it has been managed is ridiculous, not the actions of JW but a business case being put forward and then the Steamship company announcement the same day. To be able to avail of the LUP and the project to be a success, there needs to be one ferry. It is obvious there is no capacity for two and both would run into financial difficulties.

Perhaps the council know if the LUP funds are awarded that the Steamship company won't progress their plans. Perhaps they'll just place a LOI .

This is pure fundamentals, the Techs didn't tell you it was going to pop. This is NOT a bio in trial, or an oiley in a run up to a drill. This has achieved the Holy Grail , its releasing an accurate Cancer test with nothing comparable on the market. Nobody will want the old test , all the rollocks about revenue & funding.

One of the big boys will take this out and fast at many multiples of current price.

Not concerned about path to commercialisation, it won't be OBD doing it. They've done the graft.

Bet the phones ringing off the hook , they already have a partnership with Pfizer. Tick Tock.

I view it simplistically.

Bowel cancer deaths UK 16.6k annually, male and female combined. Test kit sent out to all UK residents over age of 58 , aiming far age 50 by 2025 . Biennial test.

Prostrate deaths UK 12.5k approx, male only.

New test transformative , old test 50 % accurate , biopsy / Mri required to confirm and still not as accurate as new methodology developed by OBD. It doesn't need a genius to work out that this test will be adopted ASAP as the 'go to test' for diagnosing prostrate cancer.

The global commercialisation of this will be huge.

First two target areas UK & US.

Furthermore , no it is not a pandemic it is most unfortunately reoccurring every single year. From a revenue perspective that is huge.
