Steve Gibson listed as officer with significant control at Companies House. Is this a precursor to a board reshuffle. We were told in Nov that he would take on a lot of James M's work. Is it just to balance the board as two YGEN exec directors in situ ?

Perhaps lined up for CFO role ?

Interesting directors like Paul Olad don't show at companies hence , hence suspect potential board position. Please feel free to correct.

The one thing anyone with cancer doesn't have is time, so whilst I comprehend the sentiment behind your post, I think this will progress quickly, very quickly.

How awful for those fearful of having cancer, that the NHS admits the test used is far from satisfactory.

Hardly inspires confidence at what must be an extremely stressful time in someone's life.

Until this is adopted in the mainstream, I think many will be suprised just how many stump up 750 quid, for certainty and peace of mind. I dislike that yet again that those with money will be able to access a faster route to treatment . This needs rectifying and fast!

@ Stokey12 the project as you know is Green Hydrogen. Therefore one of the main objections, prolonging the usage of fossil fuels is removed. As the project is in its infancy, I wouldn't hold your breath re a plethora of forthcoming objections. It is feasible now to dramatically reduce Brine by using seawater and not needing a desalination plant in thre process of manufacturing hydrogen , but it is relatively new. Again what equates to acceptable I don't know now , there may be a prawn nestled close to shore who deems the project damaging to the environment. Time will tell.

Are you aware that MRI is just not feasible for the large numbers involved and produces less accurate results then this new test. Some more research needed.

.... back in the land of the here and now, away the maybes, the potentially this and possibly thats. I see the tug Venture is back up North on route to Methil. It's just south of Burtisland, atm, where the Sarah Grey is still moored. Was the SG just a one off towing as it was passing London on the way to it's current port? Bit of an outlier as the Venture has been pretty consistently the go-to tug for towing the barges so far. If the next one is ready at Methil it may be down for dropping that off first, before doing the round trip to Belfast to pick up the CBB6. Similar to last time. The No.6 appears to be still in the BBD and is being moved out to the OQ (commissioning and outfitting quay) on the 29th. It's down for departure on the 30th, but there is no way the Venture would get back to Belfast by then. So it's more likely to be moved over to the SRQ, ready for a pick up later on.

Was looking back to try and figure how long Cory 6 had been in BBD. The reason is that in the photos released of Baroness Vere in Belfast this week, there is a pic of JW & BV looking up at a Cory barge inside one of the halls . So is that another one ready to go or is it 6 that has not made it yet to BBD regardless of what it is written in the expected traffic.

Indeed the stars align , would be impossible to give required no of MRI tests , simple blood test , reduce the numbers dramatically and straight onto treatment.

The new Canadian test has a specificity of 36 indeed 3 times more accurate then current PSA test , however nowhere near as accurate as OBD's test . As per the RNS specificity of 97 % , so If OBD elected to report it in a similar fashion x 8 more accurate ( however just one measurement)

F1 , yes, that is exactly what will happen and well before Nice regs come into play . The upscale for producing the volumes required won't be a consideration for this minnow. They knew well before us this was all systems go and could have been well on the way to having a UK lab in situ. I doubt we will ever see one. We will be swallowed by a whale.

I've looked extensively , nothing comparable on the market , hence the current adoption of the 50 % accurate test then biopsy with all associated risks or MRI , still neither as accurate as this fast pain-free ( one ja) test. No brainer, groundbreaking.

Loaded up yesterday and today , like to research thoroughly. Not concerned about how far the SP has travelled thus far it's the destination only that interests me.

Now I personally concur that you have been sold down the river insofar as the price negotiated for the sale of Yourgene when you look at the costs paid for acquisitions and the potential revenue thre products can make.

As a Novacyt holder I'm happy with the acquisition,it would appear he has been the driving force in building the company. My preference is to have him help with the merger and leave of his volition. He doesn't strike me as a man who will be happy playing second fiddle.

Thx Wilson , might make for bigger margins if we can process to some who otherwise would have to pay elsewhere, e.g vetinary surges who test and send off to a lab , who better to send back to then the test developer. Perhaps / maybe and certainly covid tests if they ramp up.
