It just clarifies the situation Harl found themselves in with a start up, followed by the pandemic. The shipping industry amongst many was hit hard and fast , no dry dockings, the bread and butter cashflow, no availability of parts and spiralling costs. We did well for a start up in such circumstances to survive and with the increasing pipeline, & soon to be announced finance deal , let's collectively hope that we can soon accelerate north. Come on JW & Arun get this over the line so we can all focus on the companies growth and leave the doom merchants wallowing in their shorts.

Well I tend to be glass half full, having won a 61mm contract, a repeat contract & first US contract totalling over 70 million and x3.5 our Mcap & we are still sitting at same price ( almost), it is safe to say that the katalyst will be the finance deal.

Quite frankly I'd prefer that they didn't announce anything else until details of that are disclosed. Zzzzzz💤🛌

Very frustrating because I think we are in a much stronger position since the acquisition of YGEN and it's not reflected in the SP at all. I note from watching the trades that some UK holders are building or averaging down.

If creation of local jobs is to be given any weighting then it should prove to be beneficial to Harl with yards in locations such as Appledore , Methil and Arnish where creation of new job opportunities are thin on the ground.

Is anyone aware of any CTV contracts we are pursuing ?

When H&W announced the Echandia partnership in September , inclusive of territories in UK, Ireland & Australia, I could see no reason why Australia was selected save for JW having connections there ( worked in Oz)

However with the latest MOU ( probably in the making for some while) it is perhaps clearer. Is JW planning green ( battery operated) aluminium patrol boats / tug boats.

What advantages does aluminium have over traditional materials ?

It's incredible Blair that he can pull the wool over so many eyes. Now he's managed to bamboozle the prior marketing director of BAE to join, just as we run out of cash and with no new finance deal . It's all a fabrication, the govt, the MOD , Cenovus all taken in, along with the moronic investors.

Alternatively he's a man with a plan, that upon full disclosure seems entirely feasible and that is why we can attract the calibre of staff he has employed and continue to win sizeable contracts whilst forging potentially very lucrative partnerships such as the Austal MOU just announced.
