The SP was trading above 80 in August , I think some positive news could push this towards a quid albeit it shortlived as the dispute overhang will mean many will trade not invest.

I think a successful dispute , retain funds at a minimum, will push this much higher than 1.20 , a refund of funds owing and we are sitting on a cash pile of 130mm plus.

It would fly past 1.20 within minutes of opening.

Thx Wilson , in regards to changing at cost , developing Promate , but the reality was , they just got cheap LFT' s in bulk and everything else went out the window... hence we've seen changes in what their case is , for example, claiming we claimed tests were 100% accurate blah blah.

However the political pressure on a small diagnostic company by the govt to step up and help your country and we want it all and we want it it now must have been overwhelming. We can first see this on bidstats.

I particularly like the fact that the govt tied in Novacyt to a 2nd contract ( preventing supply in volume elsewhere) was mentioned.

We all know about the losses incurred when GM actually went ahead to ready us for that 2nd contract , buying in huge supplies of reagents and producing vast numbers of our magic mushrooms In readiness. The pressure applied by the gov procurement must be taken into account , it is imo tantamount to bullying with no degree of goodwill extended. Personally can see the Wednesbury argument being used..

Hi Lottie , your numbers are broadly more in line with what I anticipate, albeit lower. I looked at Fincantieri's numbers and for those interested page 14 the overview in the annual accounts is an easy read.

They had a massive reorg , suffered from increased prices for supply of goods , higher interest rates and high extraordinary charges circ 220 million which had a big impact on numbers.

As Stokey12 highlighted we are not currently 100 % dependent on MOD work and I expect a higher net margin.

Time will tell.
