Wishbone, 100% sincere, on the discord group the person who set up the site i think expressed an interest in setting up a zoom maybe see if they could get a director or someone to just say hello if at all possible. I set up my account justhereforhemo because I only joined LSE last year and only joined because I wanted to see L2 and the only share I held was hemogenyx, 100% portfolio in Hemo and had no interest in any other share. In hindsight I regret the name because although initially I was 100% hemo I have partaken in several IPO's and placings etc but LSE will not let me change the name... I still post occasionally on other shares as justhereforhemo but nowhere near as much as with Hemogenyx.

MrIndia, I chat to Lunus often, in fact I chat to many other investors often, not as anonymous screen names but on the good old telephone because alot of us are bored waiting and its good to hear the tone and speech so you know if someone is being truthful or filling you full of carp before dissapearing off into the night. I tell you this so you understand that whilst Lunus(god I wish he had picked a better screen name on LSE than Lunus....) may have gotten a few details wrong he was always sincere. In terms of some of the errors its also not as clear as black and white, how they have handled CDX was absolutely disgusting and the RNS was awful but it was purely an administrative tool to get the IP combined into one party, it was never a statement of intent to walk away. As Lunus and others including myself have been saying Global Co are still working with Hemo, they never walked away, listen to vlads interviews since that no deal RNS and its abundantly clear the relationship is as strong as ever. I obviously cannot guarantee it wont fall apart at the last minute, nor can I say when it will happen but I am absolutely convinced Eli Lilly will sign a deal with Hemogenyx for CDX antibody and that deal will make the SP look like a joke.

Part of me wishes that LSE offered a Zoom meeting, I personally am happy to chat to other investors and I know others are as well, this is a big investment for me, one I have done alot of research into and taken alot of time to make sure its as safe an investment as possible for a high risk sector. In terms of why is the SP dropping? because traders would rather make a few pounds trading down hemo than lots of money trading another stock, we have haters. There are plenty who despise Vlad and Hemogenyx and have lost out in the past and hate the thought of it doing well, if they can make a tiny profit and crash the sp with only a few mil shares they will. Anyway, this is my last post for the day on here, I hope we finally see some blue as its been a long time coming.

If Global Co want to sign CDX tomorrow it would happen, if they want a change, Hemo will drop everything to respond. CDX is out of Vlads hands, nobody at Hemo is likely to be able to give us an exact date when they will sign because its in the hands of the big fish. Zero doubt that it will be signed, but timeline? Nope, only heard that its "dot the I's cross the T's, agreed but not signed"
I have been told that Interim results are due very soon, 30th last year and year before but they were working on them the past few weeks so they could be early this year, god only knows. Have a read of last years for some idea of the level of updates provided:

Apart from that its my understanding that there are other updates likely but the big ticket items like CDX, CAR-T, CBR, even Hu-PHEC, everything is depending on third parties.

I get the frustration, I am way ahead of most in terms of peeved off waiting'ness. But rather than just complain when I get like that I ring up or do a little research. This is not like an oil and gas company with year on year increase in revenue, or a gold mine digging in an area with known reserves hoping for better than expected results. Its not a manufacturer of masks hoping to sell 5mill masks with 0.5p profit each. Hemogenyx is an ALL or NOTHING company, if CDX licencing deal is as good as expected it goes from pre clincial with nothing to a clinical company with massive product wanted by Eli Lilly, likewise with CAR-T or CBR. It wont be a slow steady climb when or if the product hits. Deals are done behind closed doors, by the time we know its too late to invest. People are trading the share and making a few quid, well done them, they could do much better on something like WSBN where I have made almost a grand in a few days playing the swings.

Either you believe in teh company in which case, as hard as it is, just believe in the science and have patience, or if you dont believe then the company is worthless because they are nothing without the science so sell. Its a binary choice, I am 100% committed to holding this stock.

Vlad has catagorically stated in his recent interview they are funded for atleast a year, so dilution is not an issue (EXCEPT via equity stake by a global co which I feel is very likely and very positive)
Binning CDX??? Have you listened to any of the recent podcasts or seen the recent RNS? Things with Global Co are going exceptionally well, Hemogenyx and Global Co have been filing joint patents for CDX, there has been literally ZERO indication of Global Co walking away or not wanting to buy CDX.
They ARE a research company, they have come up with:
CDX - Global Co are STILL paying for all the research and want it
CAR-T - Sponsored research with PENN, mostly funded, plenty of people will want this
CBR- Top secret, if nobody wanted it and it was nothing, it would not be top secret.
Hu-PHEC - Belgian government offering funding and in talks with Orgenesis.

Seible I wont put any numbers on it but I will explain what I believe will happen in terms of CDX - Note this is a guess based on what has been said in interviews and from the various RNS's, contents of the patents so far secured and timeline events.

I believe that with the CDX licencing deal Eli Lilly will licence to Hemogenyx all necessary IP and data/results to allow CDX to be taken to clinical trials. HOWEVER where as many are treating CDX as a single product I view it as an overarching range of distinct treatments for different conditions, as has been laid out in the patents it covers AML, ALL, Lupus.... List goes on... The treatment for each indication may require a different regime of treatment and will require individual testing, as such I believe that the "multiple patent applications" discussed mean that Hemo have decided to break CDX into multiple patents for different indications, each of which is capable of being licenced individually by a different (or same) global Co.
Vlad has said for some time they have been speaking to other Global Co's about CDX, this explains how this is possible without disrupting the relationship with Eli Lilly who likely only want CDX for one or two conditions.
This also explains why Eli did not just in licence the IP initially, they will not be willing to pay top dollar for EVERY condition that CDX can treat if they are only interested in AML.
The Licencing deal will probably consist of details of the patents and how the product has been split and what royalties from all future products go to Eli Lilly.
Commitment from Eli to take CDX for one condition to clinical trials, to pay for and manage the trials with some sort of guaranteed right to buy on clinical proof of concept.
An equity stake in Hemo, perhaps 10% share issue to Eli as a cash injection whilst also strengthening the relationship.

Further down the line I suspect that Vlad will hive off CBR into CellBRite Therapeutics which will become his main focus and use revenue from CDX and CAR-T to splinter off into a seperate entity Hu-PHEC and fund it allowing Hemogenyx core to remain with CDX and CAR-T which will be sold eventually to Eli Lilly.

Anyway thats just my 2 cents, people are free to agree or disagree, wont change what happens in the longer term, we should find out how close I was to the mark on CDX pretty soon, happy to wear the cone of shame if completely wrong.

Drax, its irrelevant. The patent protects the IP from the date of first filing, thats why everything is "Patent Pending" yes it takes a very long time to grant a patent, the recent patent that was granted was filed years ago. Patent being filed is enough. The fact GlobalCo stuck their name on it means they are happy to licence their IP to Hemogenyx, I am somewhat surprised they filed the joint patent BEFORE signing the licencing agreement, but if they are completely confident of an agreement guess it makes little difference, still a major confidence boost for investors and a strong indication that the details have been agreed.

You will not see the patent, it will be private and secret as it contains market sensitive material, they have filed many patents which you also cannot see.

I think that Dr Walts has begun to get involved and highlighted the poor PR and made some changes, great to see the company blowing their own trumpet. Hopefully they get the Patent filed for CBR very soon so that they can finally show and explain exactly what they have been working on and where they spent all that money from last year to keep pumpkin happy ;-D

Digittt, personally I hope the traders have taken their 10% and gone away. Plenty of investors chatting about hemo over the weekend who were discussing the actual science, the patent and what it means, more than happy for them to take the place of the traders who struggle to spell CDX ;-)

Just with regards to the actual patent itself, I have tried to understand it vs the previous patent and how this patent relates to CAR-T and CDX, happy to be corrected if my understanding is wrong but this is my understanding :
This patent for the Monoclonal Antibodies protects the connection between the cancer cells or bone marrow stem cells and something else. It's like a phone outlet plug that goes into the socket, vs an RJ45 connector or American electric plug vs European vs UK. There are a limited number of sockets out there, ie hook points on the cancer or stem cells, any future treatments will need to use one or more of these receptors. The problem is finding a connection that ONLY targets the cells you want to destroy and not found on healthy cells you want to leave alone. With that connection you can use the humans own immune system to fight the disease by flagging the cell for destruction IE CDX, Or you can use that connection on modified, patient specific T Cells, and ie HEMO-CAR-T.
Like I say, this is just my understanding and would love validation if correct or correction if I'm wrong. If I'm right then this patent is huge, we saw amgen had to suspend their trials and most trials do fail, you could find companies with the best CAR-T treatment in the world but if it also attacks the liver or heart tissue then it gets suspended, perhaps the hemo monoclonal antibodies are proven to be highly effective and isolated only to targeted cells? Companies will want this patent as either insurance, for their own candidates, to lock out the competition. Oncology is massive and the big pharma are bound to now be looking and thinking its worth taking out hemo just to add this IP to their library, at 19m many spend more than that on corporate perks each year.

Global Co, or one of them, is Eli Lilly, its confirmed via the Lupus RNS, either the rns is false or its Eli Lilly. Beating Eli and other big players to the punch does not make them sworn enemies it makes them equals. Hemo own a very significant piece of IP which is desirable to Eli, its the very fact that hemo have this IP that they are working with hemo this past 3 years.

Confused by your post Hemoknowledge, as far as I was aware this is just a trade in American Depository Receipts for Hemogenyx shares on the Main Market of the LSE via an american OTC broker. They are not currently listed on NASDAQ... Unless you know something we dont?

They would have to do a share consolidation but they meet the rest of the requirements.

Since you asked happy to indulge:
Sentiment is down the drain because so many investors have been burned by the CLN Fiasco which diluted this share 100%, we are now sitting with almost a billion shares and most investors sitting on a loss. Many promised over the year that a deal with Eli Lilly was imminent only for a very poorly worded RNS in the middle of the CLN fiasco to make it sound like they had walked away when the reality is it was more of an administrative work around. That poor sentiment turned some investors against the company and decided to make their money back shorting, for some it worked, but for some they got burned so became even more bitter. Once someone is burnt its hard to win them back.
So you have a bitter investor pool, low enthusiasm and a CEO who just point blank refuses to do PR or investor relations to keep us up to date with whats going on. Even if you ring up, 9 times out of 10 you will get ghosted and have to try again. So you have a void of news in which trolls and shorters basically dominate the hemo space. Twitter, LSE, ADVFN.

Every now and then there is a bit of enthusiasm and SP starts to bounce but when it does you have some trader ready to take advantage and sell down blocks JUST until it touches red and waits for other holders to sell in despair before they close or buy back.

Even the LTHers like the good ole Pumpkin on here or swimming in oil who used to post, they are shareholders but if they are holders you dont need enemies, basically the level of negativity around this share is off the chart. How many positive investors still post here?
Then you have the ex-LTH;ers who have sold at a loss, chasing rainbows, but will return before it bags, and heaven forbid that happens when they are out, so any blue they will happily chip in with some negative thoughts.
Get a blue day like yesterday and low and behold sussexfox turns up and becomes obsessed with hemo and surprise surprise lots of corresponding block shorts or sells.

THATS why its performing poorly. But in spite of that todays RNS WAS good. Ely Lilly ARE going to sign the licencing deal very soon and this SP WILL re-rate in the coming days or weeks..

Just to be clear here, because a few new or returning posters seem keen to distract, today we had a RNS for a patent that has been Granted that gives Hemo a wide ranging protection over a Monoclonal Antibody key to targeting AML, Tumors, Bone Marrow and more. Its IP that locks many treatment current and future under the control of Hemogenyx and is key to CDX and CAR-T, it has value.
HOWEVER.
How many people were waiting for todays patent? Which was granted out of the blue after 2 years which we knew nothing about? People didnt decide to sell on news on THIS patent because they have been waiting 6 months for a patent.

We are waiting for news on CBR, we are waiting on the Licencing Agreement which is in "dot the i's cross the t's" with Global Co, and we are waiting on CAR-T update including details of manufacturers and IND application.

But instead we have trolls popping up on here and the return of wessex fox on twitter, and the obvious postings of dickie. All corresponding with big sells. You have B009 stating he bets against companies, you have Fox posting within seconds of big dumps yesterday. Seriously, whats more likely? That all these long term investors that bought waiting for CAR-T news or CDX licencing deal decided that the grant of a patent was a great time to sell? Or bunch of shorters saw a bit of blue, saw an RNS and decided to short.

Ignore the BS, do your own research, listen to the podcasts. This talk of placing is pure BS to distract and divide. Ontarget is right, I would likely be invited to a placing and categorically I have not, the agreement with GlobalCo could land any day. You can listen to trolls on here who have suddenly appeared or you can listen to Vlad who despite being rubbish at PR is above board and liable if he lies.

So when you see the SP has fallen and lots of sells, just ask yourself WHO sold them? Was it the LTH'ers who are waiting for CDX/CAR-T etc, or is it more likely to be shorters and traders who want it back to 1.9? Burn them.

I would love to know your source for that, as categorically I have not heard any rumours of one so please dont state that I know there is one coming when infact I am extremely confident that you are wrong. Publically Dr Sandler has been asked recently in the AGM and he denied it, as recently as a month or so ago in interviews he has denied it and stated they are funded for a year. So please feel free to share your sources, because the are full of it.
