£250k is less than expected, but its just a nominal fee, its like paying £1 for a house in Newcastle(I know, 99p too much..) as part of a government regeneration project, you HAVE to pay something to buy it, but Eli have spent millions to date on CDX so its a nice gesture to hand over more than a quid.

Hemo now own the building, lock stock and barrel. They can now sub licence CDX for AML, they can sublicence for ALL, for CLL, for Lupus, for whatever.
If Eli want to take it forward with Hemo for AML then they will RNS that separately and detail the clinical trial stages which is what I fully expect to happen next.

Nice to see a Red dot, I was worried it was broken for a while there. Day is done, UT at 2.35 so technically higher than the SP right now. Means we open red in the morning but gives us more scope to rise tomorrow just on FOMO alone assuming no RNS in the morning. If there is an RNS tomorrow then forget it, just read the RNS and make your own guess about where we end up.

Or maybe a few people have realised this company is sitting at a pathetic £20mil mCap. They have £10mil in the bank and they are negotiating and will likely sign a licencing deal with a globbal pharma worth 200 BILLION in the coming hours or days???
Not saying there is no leak, but seriously does everyone HAVE to wait to the very last second to buy???

Mickey, yes most public companies will have directors or some other person you can talk too. With Hemo they are really really tight in terms of leaks and such, but every now and then its reassuring just to hear a human voice just say yes everything is going ok, if anything changes they will update the market. You can tell alot by the tone of the voice, it doesn't hurt anything and it certainly puts my mind at ease every now and then.

MrIndia you must be reading old posts, just had a quick look, the only things I can see are people wishing other people would take over doses and die or bible versus on conspiracy theories about Covid and Bill gates. I went back like a month and cant find any posts relevant to Hemogenyx that actually make any sort of sense and are not riddled with offensive language. I seriously would not be using that as a source of knowledge for hemo....

Yep, fair enough Micky a 3 month extension honestly is not totally off the table, you just never know what could happen at the very last moment and that sounds about right if there were to be an extension. Its Hemo so never say never and I aint counting my chickens until they have hatched, grown up, made it to Moy Park and are roasting in the oven. Just not getting any sort of indication of a delay.
To be completely open and transparent about it I have basically had the kind of conversation where I said back in April you missed a deadline by a few weeks and it ended up with a complaint which resulted in the horrendous no deal RNS. Please dont let that happen again, if your not going to hit your deadlines just update the market rather than silence. The feedback was very much that they wont make that mistake again and if it was necessary they would. But I got the strong impression it wont be necessary and the chap I spoke too was very upbeat and in a good mood. Its my take that the deal is happening and soon, but I am not privy to inside info and it is a gut instinct. If your a LTH just believe in vlad for another week and I am confident you will be rewarded, this SP is a blip and will soon be a distant memory

Its exciting for US MrIndia but I challenge you to find anyone talking about Hemo who has not been talking about hemo for the past 6 months. We are inside our own echo chamber both here and on twitter talking to ourselves and collectively we are all pretty much loaded up already so there wont be much buying from us. Literally nobody else is aware of the company or upcoming news. We need a big news story to finally get some fresh blood in here, it will come soon enough, until then we just have to wait.

Nailing my colours to the mast I am going to guess they leave it to the very last minute and sign on Thursday. Then they have to prepare the RNS which I would hope is pretty much done . Then it will need to go around the board for sign off which means US and UK... So I will be generous and say Monday.

However I am usually off by a few days so will most likely come 2pm today ;-D

Is it 2 late buys? It looks like 2 different venues, non price forming transactions, IMO they were just a transfer between 2 parties.

Hemo and Vlad HAVE delivered, the fact the SP does not reflect that says more about the market than Hemo.

I dont actually know where this will end up when the dust settles, it really depends on the content of the RNS. If its an agreement to start clinical trials and plenty of details, IND application, that sort of thing then we are off to the races, 10p is not out of the question. But could be alot less than that and could be a few months away yet from clinical trials or even IND and might not even make 5p. We have not seen the agreement so none of us can make any sort of accurate estimate where the SP will end up.
Hopefully its good enough to smash back though the 50m mCap which makes Hemo eledgible for funds and IIs to invest in once again. Being actually clinical would again be a massive boost. Hemo has been the joke of the main market for long enough, the CLN fiasco was a bloody disgrace but the fact the SP was continuiously beaten down any time it tried to recover since then is a joke. About time people woke up to the actual value of some of their product candidates, we are talking billion dollar markets here. Anyway, could come today, could be thursday, could be next monday, dont know, but I am confident its coming soon!

If I am right and they are within hours or days of signing a historic deal with Eli Lilly they will not be allowed to trade. That said, I fully expect Vlad and his staff will be awarded compensation in the form of warrants when this comes together.

Totally get it MrIndia, why is someone "Mr 3" selling? I dont know, I think I know who it is and if so its no friend of ours or hemo, he is not inside and not basing his actions on any more information than the rest of us. As for sells this morning, you will always have the traders who buy the end of the day hoping to catch a 7am RNS this close to expected news. I am not selling, Lunus is not selling beyond that I cant speak for anyone. IMO people are crazy to sell right now but to each their own. As for the lack of big buys, its really not surprising, outside of the people on this board who else knows about the 14th October? Nobody is talking about hemo anywhere, its not being talked about on twitter except the same old people (mostly me ;'-) There is no FOMO because we are already balls deep and nobody else knows anything about hemo.

Honestly I am not going to start saying who I ring or promise anything i personally cannot deliver, but the date they were working too was the 14th October and as much as I very strongly believe they will either sign on or before this date obviously I cannot be sure. I will say that I occasionally get nervous like the rest of you, but probably unlike most I take everything a step further and do whatever I can to settle my nerves. My nerves are settled, I am confident and excited and just sitting waiting. I get that the April RNS was a disaster but only because of the wording and lack of details and left a very bitter taste in everyone's mouth because IT should have been paired with the RNS that is coming soon that shows Eli Lillys commitment to CDX.
I am not sure what else I can say, I have been here for a long time, I have made mistakes and lost alot of money on hemo in the past but unlike most I stuck around so I hope you will appreciate when I speak I speak from my heart. I honestly believe they will get this deal done and done soon and probably this week, I am not de-risking at all. Thats where I stand, I believe in Vlad and his team.

The RNS which announced Hemo taking the option was released on the 14th of April, 6 months from 14th April by my rough calculations... is 14th October, IE Thursday. I am not totally confident we will have news this week but very possible, this week or next, a few days between friends is fine.

No worries, it's good to share any and all articles about hemo, it's not like there are many, and like you say the report is not negative, it's just nothing. In terms of the article about Allogene and their CAR-T suspension, I see on twitter that someone asked Vlad directly about this and he confirmed the CAR-T approach hemo use is different and unaffected so to be brutally honest, unlucky for them, validation for the approach taken by hemo.

Wall Street article - completely pointless and waste of time, clearly know sweet FA about hemo beyond them having 10mil in the bank. No mention of clinical trials or CDX, click bait and nothing else.
Allogen issues - not the first CAR-T trial to be suspended and won't be the last for multiple reasons. However its a different target, its nothing to do with Hemo and Hemo have SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T which makes it controllable and alot safer than other products on the market, so if anything the more issues everyone else has the better it is for us. CDX is completely unrelated also and it's the one due this week.
As for the sells... Yep, 2 big sells (I think) by Mr 3. Who I think took about 133million shares at 1.5p in the placing. Existing placing shares he had not sold yet? Shares bought having traded the sp down? Don't know, don't care, he knows nothing more than the rest of us. As for the sp rising and not falling. If you consider the 5m buy the day before was much more than the sells then over the 2 days it averages out. Actually looks like slightly more buys than sells over 2 days and the sp is blue, really can't call foul with the mms here as much as I love too...

Basically it's because on 14th April Hemogenyx took up the option to in licence IP fro Eli Lilly. At that point they triggered the start of a 6 month negotiation period which runs out on Thursday. It is sounding likely that finally a deal will be done, no guarantee it happens on the 14th, like I said it could have happened today and rns Monday or it could happen a day or two late, but I am very confident it will not be extended again. Touch wood though, this is hemo, masters of delay and silence!
