Do I know when the SP will finally bounce? No, even if I knew 100% news was coming on a certain date (which i dont) its clear that the markets right now do not behave as expected, I can point to several shares that have had good RNS recently and tanked. I suspect the bounce that comes here may have nothing to do with Hemo, you could wake one day to find the crypto bubble has burst and cash flows back into small caps and hemo shoots up as old traders who are riding the doge and shiba rockets go back to old faithful shares. I dont know your personal circumstances but if you can just hold and not worry too much you will be fine. I would worry about many of the small caps that are not funded and may be forced to dilute whilst down in the gutter but we dont have that here.
I will continue to add every month as I have been doing so, either CBR, talks with the FDA, sub licencing of CDX, IND application for CAR-T, start of clinical trials, first patient cured of AML by Hemogenyx.... SOMETHING is going to cause a significant re-rate and I will be here when that happens.

MrIndia I can confirm that some people sold solely based on that tweet because they told me Saturday they were going to sell and followed up by telling me when they did sell yesterday. I made little effort to persuade them otherwise because if your willing to sell because you feel slighted having misunderstood a tweet your going to lose it all eventually anyway. And yes, they definitely sold at a loss and it was more out of spite/anger/ emotional reaction that they sold, if thats how people want to invest... fair enough, good luck.

Where exactly in those tweets does he moan or say anything about the last few years?
He said nothing more than:
"If I had a team behind me and committed long term investors it would have been easier to start Hemogenyx as a company."
He founded Hemogenyx in 2013, alone with his wife. It was not until 2017 when the company went public.

He is talking about when he started Hemogenyx from "scratch". NOT this year, not when he did a RTO of Silver Falcon years ago, but when he started with $100. He has said people who invested early on made alot of money, not last week or last year.

I was quick to jump on the defensive but seriously, although it may be a little tone deaf and could be phrased better and clearer he is saying NOTHING about his team or investors today. Then he tweets a quick candid video inside the lab to show progress is happening and he gets more cr@p for that? Seriously people, grow up, show him a little respect and stop looking for any and all opportunity to **** him and the company off. The science is fantastic, the progress is good, the potential is massive, if you want excellent PR, lots of CEO engagement, high SP and little to none chance of ever bagging invest in Tesla.

Ok, video is basic, ZERO money out of their budget was spent on it.
Likewise the iCELLis® nano system they have bought is one of the cheaper ones with small volume, HOWEVER it is big enough for what they need which is small scale clinical trials.

They have started manufacturing the components for CAR-T for clinical trials using a bioreactor they own and control which is acceptable to the FDA.
They DONT have to outsource manufacturing which means less overheads, much faster turn around without the complications of lawyers, contracts etc.
They DONT risk being let down by a third party, Vlad can personally ensure the manufacture and quality control of the components which makes the IND application so much easier.
The risk of running out of cash, IE dilution, is significantly mitigated.
Vlad has delivered a small video inside the lab showing progress, is it massive? No, was it worthy of an RNS? No, did we ASK vlad to increase communications? YES. We ASKED him to show us what was going on, NONE of us want him blowing thousands on a film crew.

All the negative things aside, remember Hemogenyx own 100% of CAR-T, 100% of CBR, and total control of Hu-phec plus CDX although royalties due if sold.
There have been reassurance of no placing and the company is well funded. I have done my homework and the various things in the pipeline are worth 10s-100s of millions each, today, if vlad were to sell. If however he proves any one of them works in human beings we are talking billions.
Most pharma by this stage have either sold up to big pharma or given away most of the company to big investors. Realistically atleast one of the items under development will enter clinical trials next year.
There is also an excellent chance of a CBR update in the coming days or weeks which could bring with it Covid-19 hype.
Don't cut off your nose to spite your face here, nobody is overly happy with the current situation, but likewise the potential for explosive growth remains. Not going to sugar coat the current situation, but remember, one good bounce in the sp and vlad will be happy again as will investors.

What is most frustrating is the contrasting views, vlad probably feels like he has achieved the impossible against all odds by believing only in himself and standing up to everyone. Where as the rest of us believe that had he listened to everyone and showed more humility it would not have been such an impossible task...

No, not blocked, I could click follow, would he accept?... I dont know ;-D I follow very few and was happy to see only tweets he flagged with #hemo by searching for the tag, I found following him you read too much into his tweets so it was a conscious decision to stop. Really not surprised by the fall today, I know a few who sold because they felt hurt after the tweets.
That said, again nothing has changed. Vlad may have caused some offence by saying how hard it was to get started and how early investors profited off him and he sounded angry..... Yea... not the best PR but hardy anything we didnt know, the IP has not changed, cancer has not gone away over night, they have not suddenly burnt thought £10mil cash. Realistically, apart from some hurt feelings this is as undervalued today as it was yesterday, more so... Investors who feel slighted will either disappear, forget it or get over it when the SP bounces. Selling when something is at rock bottom because you feel hurt because of a random tweet is illogical but it happened. Others have said to me Vlad was not even talking about recent times, he was talking about years ago, before any of us were investors, which actually fits as he sings the praises of his current team regularly which is what shocked me.
Perhaps its simply a case of Vlad was sitting, glass of wine, reminiscing about the past and how hard it was when he started with $100 and tweeted with zero intention of offending anyone today? Who knows, there are many ways to read the tweets, if he responds to clarify perhaps someone would be kind enough to share it in here?

I am the same though, first reading of the tweets I was angry, second reading the following day more confused and thought there are many ways to read this.

Good morning MrIndia I am as disappointed in the tweets as anyone I cant copy paste them here as I dont follow him and they are now protected which is a good thing, but I am willing to overlook his anger and say perhaps I would feel the same in his situation, here are my more detailed thoughts:
He said if he had a "good team" behind him - this for me was out of line, that would cover scientists and the people he works with. I didn't like reading that one bit and feel its inappropriate for a CEO to say that on twitter.
He also said "sophisticated investors behind me" I know ALOT of Private Investors who have been in Hemo for well over a year, who have sunk pensions and everything into Hemo and not sold down. He is right to be angry at the ones who dumped the placing shares and the traders who turn up for a few days of pump and dump every now and then, but that was not his audience, the people who follow him are longer term investors who just dont own very much of the company and cant do much about the SP.
He really should work on his empathy and realise he is not the only one who is suffering with the SP instead of branding every other shareholder with the one brush. He also needs to accept some responsibility for going with mint despite being forewarned of the possibility of death spiral financing. He chose to trust them and take them at their word and we trusted Vlad. There were lots of PIs ready to take part in the placing to get rid of the CLNs but again Vlad chose to go with a small number of "trusted" investors able to stump up the millions and ignore the PIs who very likely would have held AND would have paid more than the pathetic 1.5p, again a huge mistake. Granted I dont think the collective sum of PI's would have made a dent in the 10mil so perhaps there was no choice.
As you can see I AM peeved off, but NOTHING about the tweets, the CLN's the disaster of the placing etc, none of that changes the fact that Hemo are sitting on a goldmine of IP, a pile of cash and from a business side charging on towards clinical trials.

Vlad sounded angry and frustrated, not like he was content to just sit and leave the SP alone, I am sure he would like nothing more than to find some II's to buy up a huge swathe of the shares and lock out the un-sophisticated investors. I may at times disagree with his actions but I remain confident in his abilities to save lives and am confident this will bounce hard at some point.

He specifically calls out those who invested early on not caring about the science or patents, that is much bigger retail investors who also took part in placings and dumped. Whilst he may be including us Pi's in his anger and frustration its clear his anger is mostly at people who made money off hemo which is not most of us....

When known pump and dumpers are pumping and ramping on twitter its because they are trying to exit their position with a profit. The reverse is same also, when people are trolling and dumping on a share its because they want to buy in or close a position without spiking the price. The SP is really peeving me off but "HEMO: Return of the trolls" is now showing in the cinema which is a good sign.

Bline, I get it :-) I am just so past personal attacks with hemo and much happier for it. As for institutional investors and buying power, I do not know. I wrote down what I knew about hemo and forwarded it on to a handful of funds and investors I found on google but no idea if any will ever read it. If you really want to help this company do well and you do have any sort of social media presence just get the name out there and what they are doing, on here is pretty pointless, only attracts traders who will dump in a week. The Company is good and as an investment its really good opportunity if only people knew about it. Does not need to be II either, we saw 10% rise on like 3m buy which is only like £60k, if we had regular Janes and Joes buying hemo, sticking it in an ISA and just leaving it not trading a week later we would do well.

I am sure Vlad and his team are as frustrated by the SP as we are and will be looking at what they can do, it is a blip. They have a "miracle worker" on board now so I am sure they will do something. It would be fantastic if they would dual list on NASDAQ or update us on CBR. Who knows, entire market is down, dont take it personal that hemo is doing poorly, everything is.

kingpin, have to be honest, your preaching to the choir on here as only existing shareholders really read and most know how good the opportunity is. The current mCap is £17mil, they have more than half of that in cash. They have patents worth 100s of millions and with Covid numbers on the rise they are soon to update the market on CBR which could very well stoke some serious sentiment trading. There is the reassurance of no placings for a year which is after clinical trials start and there is the ever possible chance of takeover by companies on the shop for patents which hemo possess. The only words I can find to describe the SP are farce and joke, its been manipulated and even in this bear market where every small cap has been destroyed Hemo by far represents one of the biggest opportunities. The problem is despite this there is just nowhere near enough buying power associated with readers of this forum so really is pointless, (but cathartic ) to post much here. What we need is vlad to hurry up and start the "regular updates" we were promised.

Bline I would say this is an alt account from someone who was either previously a total hemo bear, or perhaps got banned or perhaps just didnt really use LSE before. Whatever it is I personally dont care, its really just not an argument worth happening.

MrIndia, I disagree with your believe that there are "still too many sellers". The sellers today are likely buyers from the past 2 days, same 250/500k blocks, same overall volume buy vs sell, same blocks sold within like 30 seconds of each other a few days apart.

People need to start buying when its down or quiet like these traders are doing, they are not stupid, they have Hemo on their watch list, they wait until it looks like it hit bottom, quietly buy up shares and go ramping on twitter, get everyone on here excited about an RNS then sell.

For what its worth EVERY stock is behaving like hemo atm, AIM is in the gutter and small caps like Hemo on the main market are doing no better. We were unfortunate that the bear season started when hemo had already taken a spanking from CLNs and that Eli licencing RNS in april. There is no liquidity in stocks, the big money has moved to crypto. The investors on here and twitter are the same ones in a dozen other small caps and most are suffering just as badly. Once you realise there is feck all free money for hemo in this target audience you stop caring so much about what people post. I post here more because I feel a connection to people on here than anything else, I dont believe for a second the pool of people reading here have that much free cash to help boost the SP anything significantly.

The potential here is massive, and I am confident mostly because they have so much cash in the bank ruling out future dilution until after clinical trials start. I have always dedicated a little time each week on hemo, either posting here or twitter or something. Lately I have realised if hemo is going to recover it needs exposure, hence that document which I have been sharing with investors, funds, charities, freelance writers etc.

The mCap today is just too cheap in comparison to the Cash in the bank and value of IP and we only need really a small level of investment to go through the roof. At some point the worm will turn.

You could see the rise this morning coming a mile off yesterday as the block 250k's appeared after a period of silence as the traders get in. Then this morning you have the same p&d rampers as always landing in shouting RNS/Leak etc with their small buys to make it blue.
Fast forward like 2 hrs and you see the same 250k/500k dumps as the so called traders take their 5% profit and crash any rise. Its frustrating and annoying but I could live with it but what really is pathetic is they always seem to keep back a few shares, maybe 500k or so which they split up into small blocks to try and force the SP down again. Is it pride or spite? God knows but you see it every time, traders just want to crash the SP back again so they can say how well they did selling when they did.

Hemogenyx is MASSIVELY undervalued, like it should be 10p+ now, thats not a ramp or any sort of BS, based on their IP and potential, with risk discounted in they should have an mCap in the 9 figure range like their peers. However please for the love of god, take 5 mins now, go and search twitter for #HEMO as others have said. Any time you see them pumping hemo DO NOT BUY because you are only handing them profits. Buy AFTER they have sold out and SP has fallen and they are quiet, or buy before them when SP is down and its quiet.

You will have seen what the sp can do on tiny volumes, I think it hit 8% there on like 3m buys at one point. This share WILL bounce and bounce hard at some point, either with news or without. If you want to invest and are not yet invested now is a good time to do so after those block sales I HOPE the traders are out again and buying whilst they are out only helps put them off doing it again. For my part I wrote that report that was circulated a few days back and spent some time yesterday forwarding it on to investors, charities and the like. We need new blood, investors who are going to hold and not just view this as a ST trade so that is my sole goal, not convincing anyone on here or twitter to buy but actual investors. Will it work? God knows, all I know is that my conviction here is 100%.

Remember this is a company that is fully funded to clinical trials, the CEO has stated they are doing no placings for the immediate future. They have had success after success in the labs on multiple pipelines from CDX, CAR-T, Hu-PHEC AND undisclosed CBR. They have a new "miracle worker" to annouce and they are growing their staff and labs. Yet they are priced like a SPAC a cash shell with half the mCap in cash.

It would however be very ironic if an RNS DID land after said trader has sold ;-D
