Interesting to see that in the past month Marex are up to about 7m shares in Hemogneyx and Jarvis Securities have dropped like 7m shares (This is a nominee account for one of the brokers that does alot of the placings) so probably 1.5p shares.

Marex had none last I checked which was like 1 month ago despite coming on as a Market Maker many many months ago after the Placing. Good sign IMO and will be interesting to see what direction their holding goes.
Its worth remembering when people call for Vlad or the board to buy more this is his holding:

Between them almost 12%, that is alot of skin in the game for any company!

MrIndia the other shares you mention could end up doing 50% or so in pure pump and dump, its not comparable, they have huge mCaps in comparison to Hemo yet do huge gains on a day on the rumour of some order that never materialises. They are competing in markets which are saturated with cheap imports and low margins often with very limited manufacturing capacity. They are stocks for trading and IMO both currently overvalued and whilst they may do well because of the traders who have them on their radar and love to ramp them they will struggle to ever do more than a traders 10-20%. But it would only be hype and sentiment, long term any order any UK company secures will be competing against asian manufacturers who have significantly lower costs. Money talks and this government has demonstrated its not going to make public Covid stocks that PI's are investing in rich, even if these covid stocks do get a few mil in a contract how long until they manufacture the stock? How much is for materials, shipping, refunds? What if the orders are not filled? How much of that cash ever goes to investors?
Its just really hard to see any company be it masks, lateral flow, PCR etc being awarded any sort of contract where they make millions in profit after costs. Compare that to Hemo who are looking to licence multiple candidates soon after clinical proof of concept IE POTENTIALLY early phase 1, so 2022. There are lots of examples of Phase 1 drugs sold for 10s and 100s of millions.

These covid stocks are easy to understand, easy to ramp and pump, but people are growing wary, they see contracts going abroad and a squeeze on public finances. As much as we may be annoyed at the SP and peeved off and frustrated atleast we can see where this is going. JUST for CAR-T its PreIND, then IND then clinical trials. Cure a few people of cancer and hire some bouncers to stand outside the door to turn away the big pharma with open cheque books. And before that we could have a bonus surprise of CDX or CBR updates, or even Lupus or Hu-PHEC.
I have missed alot of trading opportunities sitting on Hemo, a few regrets but no hype or pump on any other stock would make me even consider selling now to go chase unicorns elsewhere, Hemo has been too cheap for far too long.

The mCap here is what? £15mil? This is a joke, this WILL rerate. February 11, 2022 is the deadline for PreIND meeting, could happen well before and could be cancelled signalling FDA are happy with everything they have seen. This is not an Aim stock hoping for something tangible in the next few years.

Put this along side "urgent clinical need" and we really are looking at a very very exciting 2022!

I agree with your optimism, "strategic manufacturing partnership" does not sound like Vlad went out and hired the first company going to produce his virus. May be reading too much into it but the word "Partnership" implies that maybe some costs are shared? Not sure about that one, be interesting to see what partnership really means.

Pre-IND meeting is fast approaching with time out for Christmas and new year we are talking weeks not months, it was 60 day maximum from the filing which was a week or more ago. Hemo have some world leading experts on board for the IND application so the PIND is likely more about getting the FDA on board to speed things up than for any serious checks.

Hemogenyx are fully funded, have multiple pipelines and multiple partners. They have filed PIND and now signed another partner for Clinical trials in addition to Penn.
This company is priced like a pre-discovery pharma and not one which is teetering on the edge of full clinical.

Lest we all forget they are also:
Talking with Eli Lilly who are selecting a candidate for Lupus
Own the IP associated with CDX and are talking to other partners
Own the IP for Hu-PHEC
Keeping completely under wraps CBR which by the sounds of it works against alot of targets including viruses and cancer but is completely new. Aiming for a land grab in terms of IP protection with first mover advantage.

At some point people outside this small cohort of investors are going to wake up to the potential here.

It is not vlad doing the IND application, its not his missus or some grad student, its world class leaders and whilst yes I believe Penn worked hard with Hemo on testing and reports and such jazz I thought it was this dude who is doing the IND application, if so go and read his Linked In profile, he knows exactly what he is doing:

I agree the PR sucks monkey balls, being treated like a private company and not a publicly listed company with shareholders.
But I still strongly believe it will bounce so I put up with it, this joke of an SP cant last forever :P

As for CBR, they have made it crystal clear, they cannot say anything until they can say everything. They they are aiming for first mover advantage land grab, their want to file all patents before saying how it works.
We are not talking about a cure for Covid-19 here. They have said viruses and cancer. The range of targets could be massive which is why this is taking so long. I don't know how it will work or how revolutionary it really is but vlad thinks it is a significant breakthrough.
If he is right then right now he has the time and freedom to test it on more and more targets, zika, hiv, measles? Who knows. But he has the time to do all this validation and prepare as many patent applications as is necessary because nobody else is doing anything similar. The second he reveals how it works there will be thousands of scientists looking at it, if they agree then any single one of them could look for a gap, a virus or cancer they think CBR apples but they see a gap in the patents and start work and file their own patent.
Consider CAR-T, hemo are going after AML because they can, there was no patent in place protecting it, just like there are hundreds of other companies doing CAR-T for a range of conditions, because they can, there are no patents stopping them.
This could be like 10 years ago vlad patenting the idea of CAR-T and requiring every company wishing to develop a cure to pay a licencing fee.
I'm not saying CBR is going to be worth billions, we really don't know, but that is the potential. I don't think there will be any updates before the patents are filed and when that happens its just going be insane or not. When will this land? No clue, they are keeping it top secret, i dont get how people can look at the potential here and not be blown away, maybe I'm just mad and have rose tinted contact lenses glued to my eyes, maybe... But I'm a believer.

Agree with this, apart from the share price being in the toilet I don't understand the negativity. 6 weeks or so they have PIND meeting and hopefully FDA approval. People think now is a good time to sell? Go figure :p

I feel you will regret this decision, but a turn over of old investors for new investors is a good thing.
Company is fully funded, they have committed to no placing and every single piece of news lately has been positive, there is ZERO justification for this fall.

Vlad has said NO placing, they are fully funded. As they are fully funded yes they will survive, I am pretty sure the first thing a company does before folding is applying for a PIND to the FDA.
Rants are all well and good but when your just adding to a pile of existing negative posts it does ZERO to help the situation and only makes it worse, so what would you rather? The SP to bounce or you enjoying a good rant?

Exactly HereforHemo, pumpkin is very fond of constantly calling out sells its like none of us have the capability to click on the recent trades button!
To indulge her though here is a list of possibilities:
1, Leveraged/CFD account being forced closed after some pretty severe drops the last few days
2, Someone selling some shares to pay end of year tax or buy presents or something.
3, Inter-market maker trade to make it look like a bigger sell off which they will end up cancelling later on.
4, Someone shorting hoping to hit 1.5
5, Any one of a 100 other reasons.

At the end of the day Hemogenyx are going forward with CAR-T, they are still to announce CBR and we know there have been ongoing discussions about CDX. Either you think all that is worth £16mil or you dont, what the SP is doing should only affect your entry/exit strategy NOT your decision on if its a good company to invest in or not.

Personally I think the current mCap is just a joke, pathetic and unrealistic, for me that means this is a stonking buy and any drop in the SP is just an incentive to buy more. Anyone who believes £16mil is fair or over priced should just sell, I really cannot understand how anyone on here can fail to see how undervalued this is right now.

I dont think that Vlad does not care about the SP, I would say his pride is being hurt, however people are right, hemo are fully funded, they dont need to do a placing or fund raise so the SP is somewhat irrelevant. Yet again that is only one more positive reason for me to invest.

What has always struck me here is the fact that if the SP was 2p+ and blue today people would be screaming buy and really upbeat. But any time its red people lose their head and want to sell. Its just so counter intuitive, why would people want to buy when its up and sell when its down? But that is what happens time and time again, If people have done their research and think this is a good investment then red days surely are days to buy and you should not be basing your investment decisions on chasing the herd. It is a bit crazy, but it does make for some excellent buying oppertunities!

The share price remains to be disappointing, but when you check out advfn or twitter you can see who is posting away now after a very quiet period. Some people just hate hemo, they have still got a PR image problem or lack thereof and literally nobody is talking about them as either a cancer treatment, covid or any other kind of stock, they are invisible. Even on here people hardly post any more and when they do its mostly negative.
All that said....
Yesterday on a positive RNS sp went from -3% to + 20% in the space of a few minutes, as others have pointed out it was not a big RNS as we knew Vlad was going for PIND in January/early Feb. 20+% on a RNS that was not much more than necessary paperwork admin. THATS what does happen here on news, there was not enough behind it to prevent the traders and sorters killing the raise but at some point there will be. Yesterdays RNS started a timeline of 6-8 weeks and at the end there will be more RNS's, its possible the PIND gets cancelled and hemo are advised to move ahead with IND application, that would be as good as a rubber stamp to start clinical trials.
That is JUST CAR-T, we are still expecting an update on CBR and updates could come at any time for CDX. Either of which could be massive, CBR potentially a cure for a whole host of viruses or cancer and CDX as a replacement for chemotherapy which Vlad is now in a position to sub licence?

People can be as pessimistic as they want because the SP is down but nothing has changed, they are sitting on an mCap of approx 16mil with cash to fund clinical trials. NOTHING is priced in and we have been assured they are not going to dilute with placings so any low SP is not going to be permanently locked in.

I hear the arguments about this stock only did 10% on starting clinical trials or this other stock did blah.... Those stocks are all sitting on mCaps of 100s of millions, its just not comparable.

We are in a bear market with shares crashing all around and hemo is the one in the class nobody wants to play with, despite all that they are funded, they are making significant progress and at some point this will re-rate. I am still adding here because nothing I have seen, nothing I have heard to date has given me any sort of concern about the science or business as a whole. The share price is completely disconnected from reality here, its a gift, hats off to the traders who crashed the SP back down, they have balls and clearly a big wallet.

Avacta are sitting on an mCap of 300mill, hemo would have to do something like 2000% to get that.

The timeline assuming there are no questions and PIND is cancelled is actually very fast, but how long will it take to recruit patients? When will they start enrolments to the trial? Will they wait for the end of the 30 day IND period or start looking earlier?

Remember this is being sponsored by PENN who have done this before and have products to market so expect that every t is crossed and i is dotted before this ever went near the FDA.
The PreIND application contained a proposed date 6-8 weeks from now for the meeting + draft questions
1 day before the meeting the FDA will respond with draft answers which Hemo will either accept or request meeting. If they accept the answers then they are adapted as final and the meeting is cancelled.
Hemo can then file IND application and 30 days after that all being well are allowed to start their trial, obviously they then need to start a recruitment drive and find patients but they will be clinical.

This is happening, the clock has started, there can be delays but we should hope that Penn have made sure this goes smoothly for Hemo before letting them submit this request. Each stages should see RNS updates and each one should boost the markets confidence building on the last. If people want to trade or wait for better entries etc, work away, but the clock is ticking, in 6-8 weeks there will either be a meeting or the meeting cancelled and Hemo accept the draft answers. We really are getting close to moving from pre-clinical to clinical.

This is hemo though, small team and very methodical, expect delays along the way!
