All of that in addition to the fact the company is priced like a cash shell on the Main Market which has just upped the min value for entry to £30mil. Are sitting on millions in cash and are weeks from a meeting with the FDA to discuss starting clinical trials in a multi billion pound field all whilst their mCap is SEVENTEEN MILLION! I am pretty sure there are footballers make more than that in a few months for running around a grass pitch.

Brewsky, there is a bit of an update in the brokers note, not perfect but it explains the lack of update so far is to enable a land grab as first mover. Vlad believes that they have an idea completely new and novel that nobody has tried yet, I have done some digging into US patent applications and its not as simple as having an idea like "I want to patent the idea of inserting a UV light in the posterior to cure all disease" and filing a patent. Whilst I am uncertain about the level of testing required before you file, its clear that the broader the scope of a patent the more likely it is to be rejected, its better therefore to have tightly scoped patents such as CBR for Covid-19, CBR for HIV, CBR for Measels as well as more broader concept patents.

If they really do have something truly unique and it works against all viruses and some cancer then there could be dozens of patents to be filed for all we know. How will they group targets, will it be a patent per virus or type of virus? Will there be 1 blanket patent for the idea with it detailing the viruses that it has been tested against and proven effective? I get the frustration but honest to god, we are staring at the potential here that Hemo will come out one day with an RNS that says CBR effective against Lassa Virus, Rotavirus, Rabies, HIV, Smallpox, Hantavirus, Influenza, Dengue Virus, Ebola, Marburg Virus, AML, ALL, CLL.... God knows

Its NOT a vaccine so it can be used retrospectively against someone sick.
We were excited at the prospect of Hemo having CAR-T to cure JUST AML...... Thats what companies in this sector do, they treat A disease, they take a technology like CAR-T and develop a treatment against a condition nobody else is doing yet and enter a crowded market space.

Hemogenyx are going for all them, all the viruses I think.

I am impatient because I am excited but people who are getting disheartened or upset really need to try and visualise the sheer amount of work in preparing what could be a stack of patent applications. Then consider, what if this actually works? The day an RNS comes out with this brand new concept for treating disease, that none of these other global pharma have ever considered. When its clear what Hemo have is revolutionary and they OWN ALL THE IP. Its the thing wet dreams are made of.
I have ZERO clue what day or week or even month the CBR update will land, but IF its real, IF its what Vlad has stated, I cannot for one second imagine traders or shorters being able to do anything but throw their hands up.

LSE and ADVFN etc show it as a sell because the price you got was less than the mid between the bid and ask, nothing more than that. The MM's have held fast and not moved the quoted spread in days, the actual live spread, what you get if you ask for a live quote has moved around and been much tighter such as 1.7-1.72 : in this scenario buy and sell all show as sells, 1.73 - 1.75 : here everything shows as buys. Really its not dishonesty, there just is so little volume the MMs have not bothered to shift the spread.

Whilst you might not like the tax (nobody does) it was almost pointless being on main market because it was no better than AIM with the dodgy goings on. However FCA have made some major changes this week to make a main market listing something actually worth having. Main market shares should start attracting a premium because of it.
Major correction on crypto, major changes to main market, small caps at massive discounts after a brutal bear run. The market is primed for small caps to bounce.
Hemo is at historic lows, alot of cash on hand and massive amount of potential updates expected, whilst others have been falling in recent sessions hemo has held firm, im very bullish about our chances even pre Christmas.
Word of warning to holders of other cheap shares, many of these shares have been bargain basement for a while. Most cheap shares are not profit making and will either be forced to raise irrespective of the sp or look to take advantage of any spike to raise. Vlad has committed to no dilutive fund raising for the foreseeable future and has enough cash to keep that promise. Not saying put everything in Hemo, there are plenty of bargains and diversity is good. But think very carefully before investing in any company with an empty bank balance or history of placing every few months.

The IND application contains:
Animal Pharmacology and Toxicology Studies - Preclinical test results - As far as I know these are done, were with Penn so no issues here

Clinical Protocols and Investigator Information - Detailed protocols for proposed clinical studies to assess whether the initial-phase trials will expose subjects to unnecessary risks. - I THINK as part of this they need to find doctors and locations willing to host the trial and detail the steps, I dont know if this is delaying or not, I would imagine for someone like Eli Lilly they have their own doctors and facilities, where as Hemo will have to partner with a hospital and find doctors willing to sign patients upto the trial. With that you have politics of insurance and risk assessment. Can only begin to imagine how complex this stage would be, thankfully they have Penn to assist.

Manufacturing Information - THIS is where I think the delay is, they have to produce details on the manufacturer, controls in place.... Big long list they have signed up 2 companies for the manufacture of vector and virus and are keeping the patent specific CAR in house? Its alot of information to be provided 3 times and because they are doing part of this in house having only just bought the equipment a few months ago only now are they in a position to provide details of the equipment, training safe practices and the rest that Vlad talks about. They may even be committed to producing CAR in a dedicated clean room such as the one being custom built.

Here is the info on IND, sounds like ALOT of paperwork, I think in vlads interview he said he was 80% there towards the IND and was speaking to FDA first just to make sure it was accepted first time:

You would like to hope that once Vlad has done this once, when their labs are up to spec and the equipment and training is all signed off future clinical trials such as CDX or CBR will be alot faster...

Yea I heard March for the lab, I dont think thats the delay with clinical trials though, they could probably go ahead right now if they had IND approval as they are contracting out 2 parts and have a bio reactor to produce the remaining CAR in house.
Timeline wise I think its:
January/Feb: Meeting with FDA - 30 days later they issue a letter indicating if they are likely to approve or make suggestions to improve chances of IND passing.
Then really depends what the letter says, if they say go ahead you could have IND application as early as March or April, or it could take a few months to make any changes suggested so IND could be May, June. After that its a 30 day wait for FDA to reply if any objections. I THINK they can start clinical trials then straight away but its hemo... so probably another month or so. Best case scenario if FDA are happy clinical trials could start around May -June, but probably a few months later than that if we are realistic.

All that aside that does not mean there is no news until the summer. Each stage is significant:
Meeting with FDA actually happening (Jan - Feb)
Reaction to the published letter 30 days later(Feb-March)
IND application(March-June)
IND application approved(April-July)
First patient injected(May-Sept)
Early results(Depends on secrecy will they tell us before end of trial?)
These are JUST my estimations and apply only to CAR-T

Much more imminent is the CBR update which from the updated brokers note sounds like it will be bigger than any of us expect and likely to be much bigger than CAR-T or CDX for Hemo.

Then there is CDX - Vlad was talking to other pharma about CDX (sub-licence or partner with) months ago

Eli Lilly several months ago were working with Hemo to select a candidate for Lupus

Hu-PHEC was stalled due to lack of facilities and money, they have both now so yet again expect updates here.

There are just so many potential updates that the probability is we will see updates soon. The SP is disgusting right now but its stable and there wont be any dilution for a long time. I see plenty of people pumping dogs and PI's getting excited only to be slapped in the face with a placing a day later. Shares in companies with mCaps multiples of Hemo with no orders making physical products with the overheads associated with that. This is not a dog share, literally the only thing wrong with Hemo is the Share Price which puts off so many. They have funds, they have multiple candidates, they are growing staff and facilities, they are working with some big names. If the mCap was 150mil and not 17mil people would still consider it undervalued.

All that aside, the SP is a joke but the markets right now are a joke, Hemo is not alone in being decimated, just have to be patient and let the city boys have their fun.

Well vlad predicts billions when they get early clinical proof which would not take long after IND approval and phase 1/2a start so easily 2022. Assuming vlad has over estimated and gets only a quarter of his "billions" that's your 50p per share. I'm hopeful your knees can last a year pumpkin. Perhaps you could try some other positions though if they are getting sore?

When this hits 50p we for sure will be having a knees up somewhere, probably London or something as most of you are from UK. I have an image of many of you in my head, will be good to put a real face to the name!

Mickey, if he is down as much as he states then his frustration in recent months is to be understood, yes its counter productive to be negative on here but both you and I have both gotten angry at Hemo in the past and let our negative emotions spill out onto here.... When the SP bounces we will all be happy. Look at GDR today, it bounced almost 100% at one point, and why? because they are going to file to be allowed to sell in europe? No actual orders or anything just a bit of hope and volume.
Money is returning to these shores, cheap shares like GDR which was shorted to the ground will in turn start to recover. Hemo is ATL with oodles of cash and news expected on CBR + CAR-T and CDX, it is primed to bounce just needs a spark.

Great to hear, I unfortunately cannot say when an Covid update will come, I stopped asking and rarely phone anyone as I trust them at the moment. What I would say is I know they were working on a CBR update a few months ago and if you listen to the last interview or read the half year report it was alluded too that a CBR update would be soon. But few months on still nothing.

Vlad genuinely believes he has something new, something very big and much bigger than Covid-19 or this new variant. He believes it works against "viruses and cancer". Not just a single virus or a single cancer, but just "viruses"..... Seriously? If he is correct.....

Vlad used the term "Land grab" that refers to old gold prospecting days when the wealthy land owners would take up huge swathes of land and parcel it up into claims and lease those to prospectors and collect royalties from each without doing any of the work. Lets just pretend CBR is CAR-T, CAR-T is a relatively new treatment but its take off and there are 100s of companies now doing SOMETHING in the CAR-T field. They are largely independent of each other and building on ideas and research done by others. But they are not paying for that research, they dont have to use patents and pay licence fees......
Imagine if the very first company to conceive of a CAR-T treatment had kept quiet, gone out and got a list of every condition where it may be applicable and filed a patent application for every single one of them before releasing any research notes. You would be in a situation now where companies like Hemo, Eli, J&J everyone would have to go and get a sub licence to even do research on CAR-T.

The fact is we dont know how good CBR is, how novel the idea is, nor how desirable it will be... But imagine if it works against the likes of Zika or Ebola? The number of viruses out there where no cure exists and they can only treat the symptoms, where there are vaccines but nothing to treat once your infected....

Either Vlad is full of $h17 or he is really on to something here. I really have fudge all idea because I know nothing about how CBR works. All I know is the mCap is ~£17mil , nothing is priced in, not CDX not CAR-T nada.
If Vlad some day releases an RNS with a shopping list of patent applications like:

All while we are a month or so from 2022 when he has the meeting with FDA regarding IND application for CAR-T..........

Relax Mr India, remember the key factor here is Hemo are funded, so low prices are transient and wont be locked in so if you can wait a little then at some point it will re-rate. As for Covid Update, this is as clear an update as any of us could ask for:

Basically, YES it is frustrating being at these pathetic levels, but when the above RNS lands its going to be a distant memory.

Did you read the research note? Vlad had 2 choices :
1 persue an antibody treatment like every one else in a crowded space with less resources than everyone else and risk going nowhere. Or even if it had made it finding it becomes irrelevant again Delta or new Mu variants and abandoned.
Or
2, persue what he believes is a revolutionary treatment which works against viral infections and cancer including Covid-19. In the US the first to file a patent application usually wins, vlad has now said in the note they are trying to secure as much IP as humanly possible against as many conditions as they can for CBR. As soon as they start making details public competitors will likely start taking the idea and looking for gaps, conditions where CBR could apply but where vlad has no patent application. Maybe this revolutionary idea is not as great as he thinks, but what if it is and he manages to secure first mover advantage and locks it down? It COULD be massive, but only if he files the patent applications first, they could have already filed some but if he is going for a full portfolio of patents it would explain the delay. Do you really want him to tip off everyone else before he secures as much ground as possible?

All this is on top of CDX and CAR-T going forward to clinical trials, the security of a fully stocked bank account and a record low share price.

When Vlad did the placing the market was not saturated with companies doing antibodies, he decided to change direction some months later. I realise Vlad is good but he is not a time traveller......

If Hemo only does 30% when they release CBR details I will be raging, sooner rather than later hopefully too! The drop is a bit of a joke tbh, the "official" count is 2.5m buys vs 2.1m sells, I really dont care enough to validate if its accurate, but to be marked down 4.17% off the bat is just games.
But not just here so have to put up with it, WSBN down 8%. VLRM down 5%, PRE down 5%, SYME down 7%, PHE down 5%, GFIN down 5%. Toss up between throwing a few hundred quid in here vs going mad on Amazon......

I really would not worry about what happens on a morning like this when the entire board is red. Its black Friday, take advantage of the sales and load up for the year ahead!
