Wow you really are obsessed with me, fine, tomorrow I will take some fresh screen shots and I will share them on here and you can finally shut up with your lies about me trading and selling and worry about your own trading.

My holding now is higher than my holding last year and that includes replacing the shares that were held as part of CFDs but force sold when the SP tanked pre open a year ago. However I agree that when we were all posting exact number of shares on here it felt like people showing off their private parts to compare size, it got a bit stupid.

I could afford to sell as none of it is debt, but at the same time I am down a fair bit, its not 6 figures no but it has completely wiped out a massive profit I made from pineapple power and still a good 5 figures down. As for how many? That didnt go well last year so I wont repeat that mistake, I am happy with my holding.

Your spot on on all counts Mr India, I dont think there are that many Vlad haters out there but it only takes one or two who would rather trade down Hemo rather than trade it up or take advantage of some glaring opportunities to trade down elsewhere.... I am impressed by how low its been held, it is quite a feat in spite of the positive news flow to date, but at some point it wont be enough. That said you are right, when you see people talking about Hemo, the traders in various corridors its the low share price and the fact it keeps getting traded down which puts so many off. In some ways it may benefit some of us in the long run, had the SP hit like 20p last year I very likely would have top sliced some of my holdings, but instead I have been adding constantly and now hold more than ever. Last year with the CLNs I was a bit nervous, not knowing what was going on with Eli Lilly was very frustrating, but now? I am deeper in Hemo, SP is crazy and yet we have been told in easy to understand English that they are tantalisingly close to clinical trials? If this does as well as I honestly believe and thanks to the low levels allowing me to accumulate then I will be a very happy chap!

This SP is going to break, month after month of churn and consolidation has shifted those multi million pound placing holdings into the hands of lots of PIs, traders appear to have disappeared. I am hopeful when we finally cross that threshold where the market says enough is enough we just explode and never look back,I really wish I knew when that was going to happen, shocked it has not already happened, it could be Pre-IND meeting results, it could be IND application, it could be first patient dosed with CAR-T, it could be patent applications for CBR or it could just be a random afternoon spike when there is enough volume to signal to the rest of the market that its game on.

I remain "positive and upbeat" but I am also alert and willing to take a loss when necessary, I was a firm believer in another company which I was equally vocal about for some time, you will note I have not posted on their board or anywhere else about them for along time now. I was down, very strong believer in the company but did more digging and discovered warrants which I knew nothing about. Risk profile went though the roof and I sold taking a loss. I have started paying attention to when people are negative, like with the licencing agreements and concerns for money, I did digging to see what sort of agreement was likely and liked what I found. I honestly believe this is just a complete steal and totally believe it will bounce one of these days, but its not blind faith. As for directors buying shares... I have pushed for this, but they own alot of shares already so not sure a few thousand extra would affect their PF much, I realise from a PR side it would do wonders, but Vlad would avoid buying for that very reason to avoid being seen as trying to manipulate the Share Price.

Bit out of the blue this one, but indicates they are much closer to IND application than any of us suspected, will there be a pre-ind meeting for this or just an IND application? CDX is really an unknown quantity here and the Selexis RNS really made it clear its not been put on the back burner as many of us thought.

Again, was a nice surprise, we have yet to see the impact, we are in the dark as to what was said or what feedback was received and may take time to see the fruits of this.
Big one is the Pre-IND meeting which by my calculations could be as soon as a week and a half away.

The valuation here is really pathetic compared to the pipeline and whats coming, if Hemogenyx was sitting with an mCap of 50million today people would not bat an eyelid, it was higher than that last year. If the mCap was 150mil or 200mil people would say thats fair and reasonable considering how close the clinical trials are. Investors and traders are turned off hemo these days purely because of the trading behaviour, because time and time again irrespective of the news the SP drops back even though its been positive. Traders keep wanting to push it down.

This really is not sustainable, we cannot keep getting closer and closer to being clinical with a billion pound product and be sat at £18mil one day only to be valued at say £800mil a day later when it works. It is really crazy that the SP has not been in a more steady gradual climb, if the CLNs were still in force then the mCap would still be growing even with the SP flat but thats not the case, there is no dilution coming to inflate the mCap. Cash is banked to enable clinical trials to get underway.

CDX - Potentially worth billions if it works - Just got a partner to produce for them...
CAR-T - Potentially worth billions if it works - Meeting with the FDA in the next few weeks...
CBR - Aiming for first mover land grab advantage by filing IP protection for a wide range of viral conditions and cancer - Potentially worth billions, have been expecting an imminent update for months
Hu-PHEC - Potentially worth billions if it works, Hemo have secured patents, no clue whats happening here...
YET - Hemo is valued at £18 million? It is pure and utter bonkers, I actually spent a few hrs yesterday trying to sell an account from a MMPORG that someone told me is probably worth thousands now just so I can buy more shares here, and people still sell their shares willingly? Does not compute.....

So onto cost, have had a look at several examples, added 2 links below, I have no clue as to the financial arrangements Hemogenyx have made however there are alot of similarities among other deals they have done in the past, most have redacted the actual figures but there is usually an upfront execution payment around £30-50k. After this there are milestone payments but from what I can see they usually apply only when the product is sold/sublicenced/licenced/transferred. But even the top end milestone payments look to be extremely reasonable at around £240k

I am not saying for sure that Hemo have secured such an attractive deal, we probably wont find out the details for a long time if ever, but if Selexis keep to form the upfront fee will be tiny and they are then happy to wait for Hemo to sell before getting full payment.

Fair enough, it is not an unreasonable question to ask and your probably not the only one wondering what the terms and conditions are, I am also very curious as to the actual details of not just this but the WuXi partnership, the Eli Lilly licencing agreement etc. My feeling is that after last year Vlad would rather stick hot needles in his eyes rather than approach the market for a placing for a very long time and as such is moving heaven and earth to avoid spending any sort of cash, he takes pride in telling us how little he spends. I have communicated with him and others in the past and my honest opinion of him is that he is passionate and as stubborn as an ox and I cannot imagine him ever admitting that the CLNs were a mistake. He is very proud and has a big ego and I believe because of that he is determined to win and prove everyone who has doubted him wrong. He is so focused on getting to clinical trials and proving that it all works that he is not even looking at PR or simple things like the rubbish website. He has said it himself, he wants to be a world leader in blood cancers and honestly looking at the partners to date I would not bet against him.
I get that all most people here care about is the Share Price and Vlad has done little to show that he also cares about the SP or investors, but in his head patients come first and when he reaches that point anyone who has stuck with him will be rewarded.
I believe him when he says they are funded to clinical trials, after that? Who knows, I suspect he will licence something but I really have no idea, but I am confident they will make it to clinical trials without any sort of placing ( I am careful to say placing because its possible WuXi or someone gets an equity share after IND application or something). Its not blind faith either, its based on the steady stream of confirmatory RNS's and statements not just from Hemo but their partners. Anyway I really have to go to work and not get distracted, good luck to all invested here!

Stu, first of, categorically I have zero association with PeterHouse, feel free to ring them and ask, I have occasionally rung them in the past but I have hardly contacted them or Hemo since the CLNs were gone. On the record I am a private investor like most of the rest of this board and right now I am happy with the progress so see no need to bother either of them for updates, I cared when dilution was a big worry, but its not now so happy to be patient.
As for your question about not printing the terms of the agreement?
God only knows, HOWEVER I challenge you to go back over the years of RNS's and find me an example where vlad has ever been open or transparent about agreements. It took what felt like 20 years for them to confirm Eli Lilly was Eli Lilly after it was blatantly obvious for 2 years. I would love more transparency, but that does not change the fact they have cash in the bank and they have stated they are funded. Vlad has also tweeted recently no placing, so believe what you will, I am comfortable here.
As for trolls, dont make the mistake of engaging, best not, they want threads to be hidden.

As originally announced in October 2018, Hemogenyx-Cell S.A. ("Hemogenyx-Cell") and Immugenyx LLC ("Immugenyx"), each wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group developing new therapies and treatments for blood diseases, each entered into separate convertible loan notes (the "Notes") with Orgenesis, Inc. ("Orgenesis"). The Company announces that each of Hemogenyx-Cell and Immugenyx have now repaid the respective loans pursuant to the terms of the Notes. The total sum in principal and interest repaid was $2,110,761.00.

The Company continues to make rapid progress with its product candidates and retains a substantial cash balance that will enable it to continue its product development as planned.

@stu485 The current mCap is what? £18mil? The max they can raise is 30% dilution via a placing and to raise that much they would have to offer a massive discount, probably less than the 1.5p placing last time, lets say 1.4p so after costs about 4million.... Yet they have more than this in the bank. Do you really think it would be worth it to raise £4million? Considering Dr Sandler could have kept an additional 2 million or so from the CLNs if he had so wished.

Its pretty clear why and what your motives and intentions are, I chose to listen to Dr Sandler who has stated IN AN RNS that they are fully funded to start clinical trials. Its not people guessing or pumpers making stuff up, the company have stated they "retains a substantial cash balance".

With regards to future dilution, I believe that is inevitable at some point far down the line but it will be some sort of equity share in exchange for successful completion of certain milestones with WuXi and at a much higher SP so not something I am concerned about. Its likely that Hemo will have to pay Selexis but considering the bank balance they can well afford it.

I expected there to be more PI interest and buying in anticipation of what he said, I am surprised that anyone thinks now is a good time to sell but there you go. From what I understand all the companies who were presenting had pre-recorded a video which was available on demand from 12pm yesterday. Last year investors were able to then partake in discussions with the companies or arrange one2one meetings over a few days.
This is only a guess but I doubt very much if any institutional investor or fund manager or the like would watch a 20 minute clip from one company and rush off to buy 1mil worth of stock? Anyone with more experience here about funds and IIs?
Its my guess they would have a list of presentations to watch, they would pick and chose which to follow up with, speak with the CEO's then go away, speak with some other folks in shirts and ties, draw a few pie charts and decide which companies to invest in only after doing additional Due Diligence and research and then any order would be managed by a broker to avoid a spike in SP whilst its filling. I just cannot picture a fund manager with millions under his control jumping onto IG to buy blocks of 50k shares off the back of any presentation....
HereforHemo I think you are way to early to say the conference has had no impact on the SP I just think its a different audience and any knock on effects will take days or perhaps weeks to filter though. Dr Anomaly, you read this board and would know about this sort of thing? Care to comment?

Last year was pretty $417 being under the cloud of the CLNs for so long, this year looks amazing. WuXi and Penn lined up to take Hemo to clinical trials, meeting with the FDA in 2-4 weeks, update on CBR could come any time and to back all of that the company are sitting with millions in the bank so we dont need to worry about placings or dilution.
I am with you, I dont get why the market is not as bullish but it will happen at some point, can only keep adding each month whilst the opportunity is there. There are lots of people watch hemo and waiting to pile in, you can see it every now and then when this board and twitter just erupt and SP shoots up. There are plenty of "LTH" who in reality have sold out but plan to get back in before it goes north. The distinct feeling I get is that pretty much everyone sees this share is undervalued but most who are not currently in always think they have time to play elsewhere before hemo delivers. Some have been open about that fact, others not so much.
All those LTH'ers and traders who are all planning to get back in before this goes north cannot all get lucky. I dont have the timing or skill to be one of those who plays the market, I will sit and wait, at some point this will turn. I would of course rather this happen sooner rather than later :=D

Good to see interest is spreading in terms of CAR-T which is Hemogenyx leading candidate, worth making it crystal clear however, the links being shared in here refer to a DIFFERENT type of leukaemia and not a competitor of HEMO-CAR-T.
Today Hemogenyx will be a featured company at HC Wainwright, it will be interesting to see what is shared and what the market reaction will be in the coming days. Others have pointed out last year there was little movement, we dont actually know what impact it had last year, given the date was March 9-10, 2021. At that time there was a CLN in play, a toxic funding arrangement where any spike in SP was sold into by Mint who had the capacity to generate as much stock as they wished.

This week Vlad is in a completely different position, he has gotten rid of the toxic CLN and has cash in the bank allowing him to reassure investors this year that there wont be dilution. He can with confidence tell them he has applied to the FDA and expects to meet with them within weeks regarding taking HEMO-CAR-T to clinical trials, as we know this is a hot topic right now. He will be able to reassure investors that unlike this time last year Hemogenyx have secured additional IP protection and filed for much more with Eli Lilly. With regards to CBR, he will be able to restate to a different market what he has stated before:
Hemogenyx are working on a platform which is revolutionary and unlike anything they are aware of existing today. It works against viral infections, including Covid-19, and cancer. They are moving for a first mover land grab advantage.

The lady in the bbc article documented her journey on Facebook and podcasts for the last year. Anyone who is now thinking this is some surprise new treatment that has "beaten hemo to the post" and rendered HEMO-CAR-T defunct should be aware she was treated like a year ago and there are 100s of other CAR-T trials planned or ongoing.
Just to be clear though..... HEMO-CAR-T is for AML.
Claire Evans had acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, ALL. Its a different leukemia.

There are many kinds of leukemia and even with AML there are differences where HEMO-CAR-T may not apply. Plus it's UK market so not the same patient pool irrespective. So nope not a competitor to HEMO in this circumstance,but a validation of the approach taken.
The urgency its being given to get to market is a clear indication that CAR-T for leukemia is a big potential market.

It's free but they get one, can be a late or early pre-Ind meeting, this is late, early would be to ask for advice such as what pre clinical testing is required etc. Late is to agree size, scale, details of clinical trials and potentially fast tracking.
The application would have contained a proposed date no later than 60 days from the application ie 6-8 weeks from application, FDA may have changed date but probably not by much.
Hemogenyx will send draft questions to the FDA, no idea what they have asked, could be questions like asking for fast track or what metric will be used to judge success etc. Really could be anything.
Whatever date is agreed the business day before the FDA will send draft answers to Hemogenyx and Vlad either days yes that's good in which case the answers are adopted as final and meeting is cancelled. If vlad wants to challenge or question anything then the meeting goes ahead and ONLY the question being challenged is discussed, then the FDA have a further 30 days to respond. So best case scenario is 2 weeks and 3 days from now FDA send response to hemo which is acceptable and meeting is cancelled and we are onto IND. Worst case scenario is full 8 weeks taken and answers are not acceptable so the meeting takes place and there is another 30 day wait for response so like a full 2 months.

I would not worry about the intra day trading at this time, except for a surprise CBR or CDX update the next key point is just under 3-5 weeks away. That is still time for some to trade and take advantage of the increased volume and still get in before the Pre-IND. There is alot more chatter about Hemo right now as traders are getting in and most of them will be happy with 5-10%. Cannot see us dipping much and expect us to be substantially north of here before the meeting, but it wont be a straight line.
