RE: FDA Pre-IND meeting1 Feb 2022 10:45
I agree HFH well put.
Ah, hello and yes I was fully assuming you were a random trader hoping to knock the SP down a fraction for a short trade, something we can do without. I have enjoyed discussing Hemogenyx with you elsewhere and I would hope you dont let the SP fog your vision here.
Briefly I would say Hemo is not alone in the SP crash, there is another I know alot about where the company is generating revenues, doing very well, but like Vlad not really "selling themselves" to investors. They had warrants and holders in from much lower SP. SP has tanked 80+% and I assumed it was warrants being converted and dumped or LTHers dumping but not doing TR1's. No, the management checked, 80% of the stock is still in sticky hands, very few warrants converted, the drop was due to 20% of the stock in retail hands being churned over and over and over again and trading down.
I get the frustration that people share here, I feel exactly the same, the Share Price is pants, its a joke, the past year has seen value erode and crumble, even after the CLNs were gone it traded down, hell its been lower than the 1.5p placing price.
IMO Vlad HAS been delivering when it comes to the science, despite a very slow few years this past 6 months has been extremely fast and is making up time. I gave Vlad alot of grief back a when the CLNs were removed for keeping so much of the cash and having such severe dilution, but even though I think it would have been better to hand back more atleast we are now sitting looking at a company that has multiple wholly owned candidates approaching clinical trials and are fully funded at least for CAR-T.
Now final point before I disappear into work for a few hrs, to anyone reading this post and thinking "Yes its all well and good but the SP does not reflect your optimism" Go and take a few minutes to search for Hemogenyx, search on twitter for #hemo, then think even if JHFH is 100% right and this is a bargain, how on earth would anyone find out? I have very few followers on twitter and they are all already hemo investors. People dont randomly just come to this particular BB. How many people who read this will ever post one positive thing about the company or tell anyone about Hemo? I would say that 99% of people who read THIS post came to this board already knowing if they were going to buy/sell/hold. I am not blaming investors for this complete lack of interest, I dont see Vlad or the board pushing PR or getting TMS to do interviews or publishing informative tweets about progress. So I remain invested, I remain 100% confident, I remain frustrated at the lack of PR ;-D
