New day, new week, really hopeful of some positive news soon, every chance the lab move is this week and I sincerely hope its accompanied by some press and we get to see some photos or video of the facilities :-)

You know when you ask a kid to tidy their room and they try their very hardest to do as little as possible? Where they use like one toe to lift a sock and end up dropping it anyway? This is what you remind me of. Literally the most embarrassing and pathetic deramp I have seen, but I am guessing its intentional? How many people have called you out on this new profile?
Like on a phone it will auto complete and do punctuation marks correctly but you actually go to the effort ALMOST every time to put a space after last word before comma or full stop. Seriously? How much time and effort do you waste just to use bad punctuation? For an account that's only a few months old, I am guessing you were well known at SRT or GDR and wanted a new ramping account for there and didn't want to be recognised.
By all means have a go, call out the rubbish website or the poor PR or the good old fall back of running out of money, but repeating yourself saying "So many exiting ." multiple times literally on days with some of the lowest volume and zero movement on SP?

HT, let me think about that one.. Did I think the company could be worth less than £1bn back before the dilution @ £1.80...? Yes, however as you will recall back then I was as focused if not more so on CAR-T which appeared to be moving faster than CDX. So do I still think this company is still worth £1bn + when you consider CAR-T is weeks from IND, CDX wholly owned and moving ahead towards IND with Selexis and Vlad is talking about speaking to governments about CBR when he gets proof CBR works in Vivo.... Let me think about that one.....

2 questions for you though, considering most of the damage was done to this company when the CLNs were being converted what profile where you using to try and promote the company to protect your 7 million shares from excessive dilution or where you happy for SP to tank so you could buy after they hit bottom?
Second, this recent about face where MrIndia is almost ramping and you have taken his place, is it because your feeling offended that Vlad blocked you or did you sell and SP has not fallen as far as you hoped?

I think visitors to this site should be careful not to trust or believe anyone on this forum (or twitter for that matter) EVERYONE posts with a motive, myself no less than anyone else. I have shares, I want the SP to go up and I want to make enough to retire at some point off my investment here. I would question how many genuine posters there are actually are, strongly suspect there are those that trade and are happy to ramp on one account and deramp on others. Until the SP does not tank as expected then you see previous positive accounts turn negative....

The Conference - Its 99.99% about Hemogenyx, people trying to mislead about it being about some other company are embarrassing .
RNS's are clear, Hemo are moving towards IND with CAR-T, they have secured IP for CBR and believe it works for almost any virus and are about to prove in animals. mCap is ~14mil and they are funded into clinical trials.
This company is MASSIVELY undervalued, end of. This BS every day of picking some random crp to argue about and distract or take away from the core of what Hemo are doing is such an utter waste of time.
Stop wasting my time on here with BS, stop wasting Vlads time tweeting him BS demanding he step down.

This is an absolute gift of an investment, if people cant see that they should sell up and move on and buy oil shares or fertiliser, I recommend fertiliser stocks as I reckon that is where many have more experience with what comes out of their mouth.

Mr India, the UT yesterday just means that the SP on opening this morning was lower than the closing UT yesterday so the SP is red. It has not moved, just looks red all day. Really not alot to see here today.
As for people taking offence at not getting a response from Vlad.....Seriously, have you seen the cost of data on a flight? If he is on a business trip he is probably flat out with people all the time and does not have time to sit down and respond to tweets and emails. When he is on the plane on the way home he probably wont have data, so seriously stop reading so much into it. My last business trip my kids were lucky to get a video call once a day it was that busy.
As for why people might be selling at a loss? Who knows, maybe they have tax bill due, or credit card bills, maybe they are buying a house like we saw last week. Maybe they dont follow hemogenyx in any way shape or form but bought here because some pumper in some traders group told them too and they are now being told to buy shares in some dog share and having an IQ < 50 they will blindly obey.

Mr India its red because of a UT printed yesterday, the SP has not moved all day, with only 2m volume FA worth watching.
As for going to a conference, good! That is what a CEO should be doing, getting the word out there, talking to his peers about what he has achieved, doing interviews, selling the positives of the company. First conference since securing the IP for CBR I believe? We think we want him to focus his time and attention responding to our tweets and doing RNS's for investors, but what we all really want is external investors to start buying in. I would hope he is out there talking up Hemo and making connections for the many partners which will be required down the line to fully exploit CBR.

Those waiting for next Wednesday to top up in your ISA, I dont understand the logic, by all accounts your not alone and will probably find a bit a spike when you go to buy. This is exactly the purpose of a Bed and ISA, allows you to transfer your shares to an isa for a minimal cost. They sell shares in your dealing account, transfer the cash(without waiting for clearing) to the ISA and rebuy the shares for almost the same price deducting a single transaction fee. You dont run the risk of missing out on news in the coming days, its week 2 since the last interview when vlad said a matter of days or a few weeks before the lab move. Maybe no updates for weeks, but likewise could be updates tomorrow or monday. Anyway, everyone's own choice, but if you want hemogenyx shares in an ISA you dont have to wait until the 6th to buy the shares.

Basically if you believe the SP is likely to rise before the 6th its a good idea to buy them now, if you think the SP will not move between now and then or even fall then just wait. Not trying to teach anyone to suck eggs, but I had never heard of a bed-and-isa before and I am sure there are others in a similar boat who think its too complicated, its not!
By way of numbers:
SP today = 1.41, £20k = 1.42mil shares, via bed and ISA your going to incur a charge probably of around £60 and end up with ~ 1.40mil shares in an ISA
The SP was up at 1.8 last week, but lets just go for 1.5 where it was a few days ago and assume you buy into your ISA then and already your down to 1.33mil. 1.6p and its 1.25m shares.

Today we are sitting on £14mil mcap despite CAR-T being weeks from IND/clinical status, CDX IP wholly owned with valuable IP from Eli Lilly owned by Hemogenyx, Patents for CDX,Hu-PHEC, CAR-T and now CBR. Hemogenyx now talking to 3rd parties with BLT-3 labs to test CBR in vivo, a platform Vlad has said should work against almost any virus and some cancers, a very large seminal patent which he plans to take international. I have seen licencing agreements JUST for a CAR-T candidate in the 100s of millions, people need to realise that Intellectual Property has a value.
The lab move should happen pretty much any day now, probably they are in the process, that alone should bring PR.

CDX updates could come any time, CBR updates could come any time.

Its not that there is anything wrong with the science or that we are not close to clinical status, the reality is the entire investor pool in Hemogenyx has switched off from Twitter and everywhere else. There is sweet FA interaction anywhere outside this lone board which is nothing more than an echo chamber for the same people time and again.
Of course Vlad could do more but likewise last week he did 2 fantastic interviews that nobody bothered to share and in all likely hood he will be extremely busy right now packing up his office and lab and doing the sort of day to day tasks that come with moving labs. HT, you were openly calling for his removal on a public platform, the only correct move for him was to block and not engage. I have had issues with Vlad in the past but you do it in private, you email him and do it behind closed doors. Whats worse is your complaint is still over this new entity he set up. Seriously, he said its nothing to do with Hemogenyx so let it go, all the IP that we care about is 100% owned by Hemogenyx and what he does outside of work is irrelevant.

That was one week ago today, so the move could literally be any time now, maybe this week, maybe next. For all we know they could be moving now. With this move comes the equipment and facilities required to manufacture CAR-T and the certification required for CMC section of the IND application so that unlocks the next stage of HEMO-CAR-T.
A new lab means PR, interviews, photos and videos, maybe some high profile guests.

CAR-T - Pretty much across the line to clinical trials, the pre-clinical data is good, they will continue to progress as they have been doing and file IND and start clinical trials as they have communicated and stated many many times.
Your running beside a tortoise that is moving towards the finish line shouting and screaming at it to go faster, its moving, its going to reach the line, shouting and screaming is not going to make one button of difference except perhaps put off others.
Like I have said before, even if anyone knew anything was coming they should not say so here because this board is full only of either LTH'ers who are already holding or Traders who will buy on the sniff of news and dump on any spike. If you really have all this time to obsess about Hemo put it somewhere constructive, maybe write a post about it on Facebook, Tweet some obscure oncology people on Twitter to have a look at Hemo?

Day in and day out its negativity here with almost universal blinkers to the future and potential.
Today on the share risers board number one is:
ITX up 14% : Itaconix is the world leader in polymers from itaconic acid. Their mCap is 18mil Significantly higher than Hemogenyx.
Why do I point that out? Because holders there are a little excited that they may sell a little more plastic and make a little more profit... Revenues of ~ $2m per year or something?
Where as Hemogenyx? They have:
CAR-T: about to file IND and go to clinical trials, we have seen other CAR-T products sold for 100s of Millions pre clinical in the past. Vlads stated intent is get clinical proof that it works first before selling, that does not mean years of trials.
CDX: In the Pre IND stage but again moving to that point, we thought it was going to be sold to Eli Lilly before and we know Vlad has spoken to other pharma about it so a willingness is there to sell for the right price, and again we are talking 10s if not 100s of millions at some point.
CBR: Go and listen to or read the interviews, he talks about speaking to governments about this, just listen to Vlads own words on it.
ITX up 14% on a bit of excitement about maybe selling some extra plastic for a few thousand extra profit, Hemo down significantly despite getting within touching distance of clinical trials and having a product that is worth 100s of millions, madness.

FOURTEEN MILLION. Thats the mCap here, a figure so pathetically low on the day that Vlad licences anything it will be for multiples of that number. This current SP is a joke, its unsustainable, it wont last, at some point we will start attracting investors who see the potential and want as much stock here as possible and we will re-rate.

Socialist, I think people are so focused on the 52 week high because its a legal requirement to offer that to existing shareholders in the event of a hostile takeover which as of today means paying everyone 7.8p per share and that drops to 3p a share in April
I am convinced that we will break above 3p long before we ever get even close to it though, we are about to see their new lab and the IND application is coming soon. This SP is a joke, its not sustainable.

Talking about takeovers or some irrelevant new company however are all just distractions, time to start talking about and sharing the positives of Hemogenyx and what they have and what is coming, for starters, the recent interviews, they need to get shared:

CBR is MASSIVE news, dont get me wrong CAR-T is much further ahead and sounds fantastic, but the target market is much smaller than CBR which has potential to be groundbreaking. Vlad cant keep having BIG news, he has already delivered on the science side.
"Where are the bigtime holders like us" - They are watching the boards like us, many of them openly admit to trading Hemo, is there anything wrong with that? Not necessarily but when so many of them trade every freakin time there is an update then yes it destroys any raise. If all those "Loyal" LTH'ers just bought and held the SP would re-rate and the bigger investors who wont touch a small pharma if mCap is too low.

Vlad I would hope has realised that his belief that the market would just wake up and appreciate him for the science is not going to happen with out some support. He said the website is being worked on.... I question who by, its a WordPress site.. It could have been updated in a few hours, they are SIMPLE to use and should not take weeks or much money to update unless he is getting some fantastic new cutting edge custom site done?
The new Lab is a big deal I would hope, no I expect and will be very peeved if he does not take the opportunity of the new lab to do some serious PR, invite a few guests, do an interview, photos etc and get his name out there.
Its just about April, so roughly a month until the PIND meeting which we expect not to be required, so IND application should follow soon after new Lab.
The IP on CBR allows Vlad to start talking about CBR, the recent RNS says just that:
"Having filed the patent application, Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals is now able to move CBRs to the point of in vivo trials and will provide updates and more detailed scientific information to shareholders in due course."

So if you or your friends can see better returns from 1.4p elsewhere... Good luck my friend, I cannot possibly see how Hemogenyx can remain at an mCap of £14mil for long when the rest of the community outside this small traders pool starts to appreciate what they have. Anyway, off to work, lets hope for a brighter afternoon!

MrIndia, the new company is irrelevant, Hemoknowledge hardly posts but when he does I have yet to find fault with the specifics, so on that basis when he points out

I am going to assume he is correct in which case its work that pre-dates hemogenyx and is completely and utterly irrelevant to the work he is doing for Hemogenyx, if he wants to potter about in his free time on some other project then why not? Everything Hemogenyx related is owned wholly by Hemogenyx so people should be focused 100% on the IP and progress being made by Hemogenyx as a company not what Vlad or anyone else is doing. The timing sucks, he should have waited until Hemo was on more solid ground before putting it on his LinkedIn account...
CBR - Stated goal to be a treatment for Disease-X and most viruses and some cancer. Soon to be tested in vivo.
CAR-T In talks with FDA, close to IND submission, new lab, staff and equipment to enable Hemo to produce the CAR-T in house saving millions, update any time now.
CDX - Agreement with Selexis, manufactureability tests then presumably IND submission as well.
New Lab - Probably this week or next based on recent interview.
New Website - In progress per HT reply from Vlad.

Hemogenyx are really really close now to being officially a Clinical pharma, too many irons in the fire? Probably yes, it may have been better to focus on less and get it done faster but its done, as a result we have a 14mil mCap company with multiple potential billion pound products and atleast one of them should be clinical in the next few months.

All that said, people need to spread the word ELSEWHERE. Anyone reading this forum already knows about Hemogenyx, they are either already invested or are traders who have sold and are waiting for titbits of news so they can invest at the very last moment and sell as soon as possible afterwards. If you believe this will do well then tell your friends or relatives and maybe they will decide to put a few quid in an ISA or SIPP, get people to buy who are not going to dump after 10% and tank any rise again. Fantastic opportunity to make life changing sums on here but the level of trading to date has destroyed this share.

If he is hiring a lab operations manager then perhaps he is indeed taking a step back, he is after all a scientist at heart and that is where his motivation comes from to develop new cures and save lives. CDX and CAR-T the 2 front runners are largely done in terms of R&D its now paperwork and doctors to run trials. CBR was the latest big thing but if its largely complete also then it will be boring rinse and repeat with different viruses.
I personally would love Vlad to focus all new research in Hemogenyx so that we the shareholders benefit, but if its true that this new company is nothing to do with Hemogenyx and he is going to start new research there then I cannot blame him one single bit. In the past few years he has delivered CBR, CAR-T, CDX, Hu-PHEC and the mice. All of which are wholly owned by Hemogenyx and us the shareholders, and how has he been rewarded for these past few years? £14mil mCap and years of abuse.

If any one of us had delivered in our jobs time and time again and each time getting zero recognition but rather more like a pay cut (SP dropping) and you had the oppertunity to start a fresh elsewhere in a private company without this BS would you not take it?

But, like I said I have ZERO clue what his plans are, they are his and outside of Hemogenyx he is entitled to his privacy, all of the product pipelines that Hemogenyx have been worked on have IP protection and are owned by Hemogenyx. We are not going to lose anything so therefore have zero right to complain.

He cant be full time everywhere, probably leaving it blank in the absence of something like Director would be best but I really cant see him having enough time to be going off starting a new company outside of Hemogenyx?
