10.5m -> 30th June 2021
Paid 250k to Eli Lilly (Cash outlay but increase in assets)
Paid 1.5m to Orgenesis (£, Again Cash outlay but writes off debt)
Cash Burn ~ 1m/6mths
MAX cash unless they got some other funding somehow = 7.75mil. Others forecast less, happy to say its likely to be somewhere in the range 5mil -> 7.75m which is great for such a low mCap and when you consider debt has been cleared the books will now look very good the realistic cash balance is a big plus.
There is no need to BS and inflate the cash balance, IMO anything > 5mil is incredible.
The results are out next week so we will know then whats left.

The shame is that it would be fantastic to have more posters like Earl posting actual content from RNS's and potential but its just so blatantly obvious that he will be gone faster than an Easter egg in my fridge.

To clarify my point before someone jumps down by throat, YES the final results will cover the full year and will also include some details that were in the half year report, but I am talking specifically about cash burn from 30th June 2021 when the position was 10.5mil cash to 30th December 2021.

Penguin! Glad to see you back, sorry for posting over you, some good points made, been very lonesome here of late, have not seen most of the old investors for months.

I am not so sure about undercooking the cash burn, remember last year (2,650,762) was Finance costs, previous to that it was a few thousand, that 2.65mil was basically a free gift to Mint to thank them for shafting us, it should not be considered an ongoing cost, it was < 900k the year before for 6 months and there was income of around 100k so I think 1mil for the subsequent 6 months is fair, maybe a little under but certainly not that much. Please remember also that we are talking from 30th June 2021 - 30th December 2021, 6 months is what will be included in the final results and at the start of that period it was 10.5mil. 1Mil for cash burn is realistic IMO, then the 250k + 1.5mil known expenses. Happy to range it though somewhere between your 5mil and my 7.5mil CASH IN BANK, however the balance sheet will look even better as there will be significantly less liabilities...
IMO they are not desperate for a SP bump because I personally dont ever see any more fundraising via dilution, not worth it, could raise what? 2-3mil? Vlad has said before he will seek non dilutive funding or he will licence something when there is clinical proof. Dont get me wrong I see zero problem with raising via placing and when they are clinical I dont see the SP being an issue, I just think your comment about being desperate for news to bump the SP in the next YEAR is somewhat misleading.
MrIndia, EVERYTHING I posted below is from RNS's, as for 22 April... Honestly? IMO "20 April" was going to be official Lab opening, he got grief for broadcasting it to traders or it was delayed for some reason and he started waffling off random tweets and dates and posts about birthdays to try and distract and make people forget about the 20 April post. Maybe will announce official opening of Lab tomorrow, maybe it will be next week, I really dont care, If its anything bigger than a lab opening he wont tweet about it. Probably delayed the opening because website not ready or something stupid, it so small in comparison to everything else, HEMO-CAR-T going clinical is so much bigger in the scheme of things and we are almost in May.

On the plus side we do know there is a truck load of potential updates that could land any time and one smashing update which we know will land within the next 6 working days, as far as I know the Final Results have to be posted on or before 30th April or share would be suspended.
In terms of the actual final results it should be a very healthy and attractive set of results to the market. Debt IE Orogenesis should be zero, Assets should include IP acquired from Eli Lilly offsetting the £250k payment (Hemogenyx paid Cornell Uni for patent PCT/US14/65469, it showed as a payment out at the time but remains on balance sheet as an asset with value). There CLNs are gone so liabilities and outstanding notes and risk will be zero. The half year results last year I think showed a 2mil cash burn? But the majority of that was finance raising related which means the full year should show a significantly lower annual cash burn going forward. The results also go up to 31 December 2021 so wont show any payment to Selexix, nor will it have any deductions for clinical trials as they have not started yet. Bottom line is they were on 10.5mil on 30th June, take out the 250k for Eli(But assets increase), 1.5m for Orgenesis(which offsets existing debt) and 1m for cash burn and potentially the final year results could show a bank balance of approx. 7.5m. That would be huge when you consider the mCap of ~14mil and a big confidence booster to people worried about dilution or cash raises. That said I have not seen any additional expenses they may have so pinch of salt.
Added to the Financials which like I say COULD be staggeringly good position wise, the update also contains updates on the key pipelines which last year showed progress otherwise unknown to shareholders. Last year however we were under the knee of CLNs so any and all raises were sold into, this year? No CLNs, no red flags about cash flow issues, freedom to elaborate more about CBR.

19th April: "April 20"
I would agree its PROBABLY related to new office, 5th was probably when he got in and saw the size, 14th they were probably half way though moving and tomorrow could very well be the "official" moving day. Point is it is hugely symbolic and important for Hemogenyx this move to a new facility with the production facilities for commercial expansion enabling clinical trials. But its not something that would require a RNS so Vlad tweeting random comments about it is above board and its just him, its what he does. I would prefer his tweets were less vague, but he is free to post what he wants, If my assumptions are correct I would rather have seen posts like:
5th April : "Just seen inside new facilities and they are Substantial"
14th April: "Last days in old office, almost finished packing!"
19th April: "Will officially be moving to new lab on April 20"
But again, I am guessing like everyone else, IF we are right then great, PR probably tomorrow and we should do well, if wrong, meh, don't read too much into his tweets.

Bottom line is there is no smoke without fire and for the past few years a few of us have smelt ALOT of smoke. Dont let it be a distraction or waste too much time on it but it is worth noting that some of Hemo's (Probably EX) biggest shareholders have been accused of being involved in serious fraud. The accusations include funding companies, taking controlling stakes, taking the money out via loans never to be repaid and written off.
To be clear HEMOGENYX is NOT listed, but there is a very good chance that the kind of behaviour we saw with Mint, the dumping, the non stop tanking of the SP last year, could have been just one more of their scheme.

I am sharing because many people saw the selling and tanking of the SP as a reflection on Vlad and Hemogenyx where to me it has always just been wrong, its completely disjointed from the value of the company and pipeline. We have no evidence to say for certain that these folks tried to take down Hemogenyx for personal gain, but its worth considering.

I repeat however this is NOT negative about Hemo, MANY companies have been taken advantage of, they have been stopped so hopefully IF they were attacking Hemo they will back off and be too busy dealing with their legal woes... It is not good to be associated with this sort of behaviour but if it helps to explain why we are sitting on an mCap of 14mil then I would rather know and if it means that we are now free to recover then its GOOD news.

Any of the investors I have chatted with recently are confident with their investment and expect positive news soon and are happy to get on with their lives while they wait, but nobody overjoyed at the current share price.
As for lack of trades, GOOD!!!! sick of traders killing any rise, maybe next time we get decent news the traders will be caught out and we will see a decent recovery. If traders have buggered off to crypto or oilers then good riddance to them!
MrIndia, as for giving warning before you sell your 4mil shares? If you want to sell then sell, if you dont then dont, I dont know if your for real or not but comments like that are just bonkers. Whats your plan? Some day when you have had enough you will come on and give us all a 30 minute warning that your about to dump so anyone who wants to sell first can do so?

JHFH's kids are off school for Easter and torturing him so yea, not much luck on the comforting side.... That said, MrIndia if your sole stated aim is to "get out earlier" IE you want to dump, how exactly does that benefit the company, other investors or people like myself who believe in the longer term this is going to be massive? If you just want to bail at 3,4,5p? then if I am being selfish I would have to say I would rather you sell now as low as humanly possible allowing those shares to be bought by sticky finger investors who see the bigger potential.
I have spoken to plenty of holders here recently, we are all pretty happy and confident , but then again we are not looking to dump at the earliest opportunity and run.... If your that frustrated and going to sell the second it spikes anyway then we would all probably prefer you do it on no news rather than being part of the problem by dumping on news when SP is going up....

The FDA dont approve a PIND, its a communication process between Hemogenyx and the FDA allowing Hemogenyx to get input from the FDA to help them prepare an IND application, as such there is nothing to approve or withdraw, they either have the PIND meeting in May if needed... or they dont. They can submit an IND whenever they want, just more likely to go through because of this PIND process. That link is to a turnkey lab built by Janus in Mink.... There are many tenants in the building its not JUST Hemogenyx, there is not just one single lab. RNS last year was pretty clear, Hemo are getting a custom build, we were told March, we are just into April.. Like I said I think the lab is probably finished and they are probably moving in, but its a new lab, its not RNS worthy, moving labs takes time, there is alot of suppliers to update, move the phone, move the broadband, update patent office, get new equipment installed and signed off, like seriously this is not something they can do on a single day with a couple of self drive hire vans.....

Not sure what exactly is going on though, normally I am the really impatient one and cant wait for next update, but for once we are sitting knowing whats likely in the near future, no CLNS to worry about, no traders trying to force it down. Why all of a sudden are people getting so needy for an update RIGHT NOW? Relax folks, they are busy, chill.

MrIndia, I am not sure what updates you need right now? I certainly dont NEED any, and I am in no way justifying the poor PR or marketing by Hemo. PR is shocking, there is no marketing, you will get zero disagreement from me there :-)
Its kind of irrelevant though, mCap is what? 14mil? Sitting on CBR, CAR-T, CDX, Hu-PHEC, antibodies for lupus, god knows what else. I am comfortable knowing they are funded and any news is likely to be good when it lands so I dont want fluff or delay RNS's.
We know whats going on roughly and we know what products they have, as much as you, I and everyone else WANTS lots and lots of constant updates I am not going to sit around and moan about it, just because they are not telling us right now that they are installing the coffee machine and widescreen TV today does not mean they are not moving in. Just because we dont get daily updates on the IND application does not mean they are sitting around twiddling their thumbs, just because we dont know who they are talking too about CDX does not mean Vlad took the team to disney land.

Seriously, not trying to be rude, but for once ENJOY the quiet while we are not getting attacked by traders constantly trying to sow discontent. Vlad is busy, the recent updates we have had confirmed things were on track, chill out and just wait for the news we are expecting.

Vlad has demonstrated a knack for significantly under reporting what he and the company are doing, CBR apparently existed for a year before Covid being tested on Measles???? Not a single whiff of this back then, Hemo was CDX and Hu-PHEC. There was that leak of the youtube video discussing hemo and disease-X back then which got shut down very quickly and deleted so it fits, but Vlad said nothing. Same for his conferences, we find out when he is on them or after the fact but he shares very little. This new lab is essential, its part of the roadmap, but its not exactly a secret, its not even that big a deal for Hemo which have been using Eli Lilly facilities for the past few years so its not "WOW!!! THIS IS AMAZEBALLS!"
Its not market sensitive and as much as you may be right that perhaps they are not in yet I think there is an excellent chance they have already started moving in, but I have heard nothing either way so who knows! I just imagine that the first tweet about the new lab will involve a video and you cant shoot a video until your set up and it takes a week or so to get set up. Either way, getting closer each day to IND and clinical which is the big prize, lets just hope CAR-T works!

Lab move would not justify a RNS but would warrant some decent PR, worthy of a tour and maybe an interview and get the market talking about the company. Great opportunity to jump start their new image as they transition to clinical.
All that said:
1, Janus doing lab not Hemo so good chance they have already handed over the keys.
2, Its Easter so alot of people are off, not bothered with shares ATM.
3, At long last traders have buggered off and stopped attacking Hemo, such a nice change.
4, End of year results are due very soon, IMO Vlad and his team will be flat out getting the financials done let alone moving lab, getting new equipment set up and getting the mail redirected etc....

Bottom line, YES the silence is frustrating, but it is what it is, we know why we all invested here and nothing has changed, share price is disappointing, nobody is looking at Hemo right now, but likewise nobody is trading or attacking it. April has been a very interesting months in recent years, it saw a spike from 1p to 8p and it saw the no deal RNS from Eli tank the SP.

HT, just a thought btw, I know Vlad told you that a new website was being done, it occurs to me that if I was doing their website I would be asking for lots of media such as photos of lab, equipment etc. As per the recent clips on twitter I really dont think they would want to use the current facilities.... Not an excuse for the delays or lack of updates for the past 2 years but it is a logical possible explanation.

Also AJ Bell, very good service last year with them and others have had similar good experience, but with AJBell you dont get DMA, but the service is better when you ring up, both good :-)

HT, I suggest trying IG, I almost never have an issue getting a live quote for up to 5mil buy or sell and you dont need to have enough shares/cash in account to cover, they only check if you click accept. Abuse it and they will restrict account though.
At time of posting it was 500k sell at 1.5499, its now dropped to 1.5p. Anyway, still feel at some point will see a delayed buy, really does not change anything though, still just waiting for news.

And yes, even though lots of sells the MMs are STILL happy to take 500k and pay full price and still they keep the wide spread. Avoided saying it as it sounds really rampy but I do believe there is some big order filling going on, maybe around the 1.6p area. All guess work, but am as confident now as I have ever been, more so, any new visitors who have not yet gone to listen to the recent interviews, I strongly advise you to do so!!!

Does this hurt Leverage accounts? IE CFDs, my experience in the past was I paid full ask when buying with a CFD but in trading account got much better price, but its been a while and only used one broker. The wide spread could be a god send if its putting off the traders, but I dont know much about other leverage providers, perhaps others can confirm or deny?

Anyway, the live spread is crazy and despite a good chunk of sales it just got wider... price to buy moved up even though people sold, god knows whats going on but spread of 1.55 - 1.625 is just pathetic.
Hoping for now surprise Friday updates as they are such a waste, but I guess in terms of events like a lab move where you may want drinks etc a Friday is the best so you can enjoy the weekend. No clue though, only going by Vlads last interview where he said days or a few weeks which was 2 weeks ago.
