That said not a lot WE can do, I believe the best PR can come from within, goes back to my earlier point, its an incredible company with massive potential and with little effort Vlad could turn the image around in a heartbeat.

This valuation has nothing to do with PR - Wrong, I speak to lots of traders and investors, over the weekend tried to get them to read the RNS and discuss Hemo, it was like talking to a brick wall. Yes they are focused on oil and gas, but plenty were happy to discuss other pharmas, Hemo? Nope. The interview yesterday also falls under "PR" one LTH tells me he sold that 360k at a loss yesterday after he heard the interview.
We are in the biotech bust phase - Have we been in a biotech bust phase for the past 2-3 years? While you might be correct Vlad cannot just keep changing his excuse to suit the market. The behaviour was the same 2 years ago when bio was hot and the excuses then were how close they were and how Vlad had already delivered 400%...
We have to thank Vlad that he managed to preserve cash that will allow HEMO to survive and achieve its goals - Well done vlad... Yea he has been frugal with the cash, but it was raised at significant cost.

Over the past few years I have been and remain one of Vlads biggest supporters but I am in the minority, people who have dealt with him in the past share my frustration but have walked away where I have remained invested in this company. The issue is this absolute self belief that if Vlad delivers the science then the share price and valuation will take care of itself. MAYBE there is a remote chance that is correct, but the damage sustained thus far along the way has been substantial.

This is not about the last few months when yes Pharma has been in a bear market, governance has always been poor. I have started so.... This might not be pretty....
1, CLNs - The show of strength of having access to 60mil when SP was > 10p looked good at the time. However when it became clear it was toxic Vlad took MONTHS before agreeing to do anything about it and then despite the company agreeing it was toxic and had to go it took months to actually do anything. I would ring up to see if progress had been made and it would always be "well Vlad is extremely busy with the science...". In the end trusting the word of some big investors with no lock in that huge 1.5p placing who yet again lied and tanked the SP, leaving the vast majority of committed LTH'ers who DID want to take part hanging.
2, That Damn website - Yet again, for past few years I get "Would you rather Vlad spend time on the science or the website" - SCIENCE!!! Duh!! He is not a web dev, I actually offered to update it for free because its that bloody simple, its a wordpress

It has drag and drop templates, lets be clear, without designing new graphics, just updating the text, the headings, the pipeline content, the descriptive blobs. It would take a few hours to just update that site. It is the face of the company when someone searches for Hemogenyx and they see Hu-PHEC and CDX as the only pipeline products.... I get triggered because its such an easy and quick fix. I am sure Vlad has spent more time and energy answering emails and justifying why he has NOT fixed the website that it would have taken to update it. But yet again that should not be his job, it should be a junior scientist, a graduate, an office administrator, Vlad should only have to approve the changes before its published.
3, Mushroom investors - Telling investors as little as humanly possible whilst trying to inflate his ego, lets go back to CDX and the original licencing dates, who can remember the 3 months period? Who can remember the amount of debate and discord over WHEN that date started? In the end it was extension after extension anyway but this board was in melt down and Vlad could have just stopped it all by just speaking to investors but nothing. Vlad expects blind faith and obedience and worship but shows no respect to his investors, I could give numerous examples, the most recent would be:
4, The new lab, we were told they were aiming for March, in April Vlad starts posting things like "Substantial" "Last Days" "20/22 April" IMO probably all about the new lab. The final results confirm they are in the new lab, moved in at some point, probably was the 22nd but why would we need or want to know? Its not like we care about the company we invested in. How hard is it to just say, "Excited to get the new keys today, been inside and the lab is Substantial" Its not market sensitive, its called engaging with your share holders. Failure to have an official opening with PR is just pathetic waste of an opportunity.
5, External visibility. Vlad can moan about shareholders not appreciating him or rewarding him with a good SP, but its a small pool, that RNS on Friday was AMAZING, but it was 6pm on a bank holiday friday, I think there were ZERO shares of it on twitter until Monday I believe when Vlad tweeted it, then a lack lustre interview with Zak. If nobody knows it even exists how are they going to think its great???
6, Obsession with being frugal. 6.8mil and he cannot spend 40k on some graduate to handle PR? someone to answer emails with stock responses? Someone to tinker on the website? Someone to post nice friendly updates on twitter? There is 30% overhead available in the shares, if he had actually bothered to work on getting a decent SP he could have raised more money though placings and actually hire people to do the PR

Honestly my list of grievances could go on, my list of small fixes even longer, its so frustrating because many of the changes I want to see would save him time and money.

Jack, no actually I dont agree but I understand your opinion, however, its his company he has worked very hard and lets face it Hemogenyx has done an amazing job with the money they had. Thats not me saying I approve of the job he is doing on the PR front, I dont want him to step down, I want him to step up! That does NOT mean more work for him, I have led teams before where I busted a gut trying to do too much, taking on the dev-ops in areas I was woefully inexperienced, until I was able to get the help I needed. Leadership means delegating, tasking someone to do the jobs you neither have the skill or time to do yourself. I keep getting told vlad is extremely busy and they dont want to waste thousands on PR, but yet Vlad spent how long doing that interview which in my opinion was wasted time. Mickey, honestly the interview is not bad, its just not good, poorly planned and executed, not enough focus on CAR-T, too long with too little content. Nothing new, just stating what we know:
They have 6.8mil in the bank, enough for clinical trials and zero debt.

There are dishonest CEO's out there that pump absolute dogs to fund a lifestyle and get away placing after placing. Vlad is a good man, he is honest, he is hard working and he is a genius in the lab. The company is cash rich and despite my frustration I have no concerns about them going under or running out of cash or the candidates failing. All my frustration is purely because of missed opportunities. I see a company that with some very small changes could turn their image around, could see investors returning and a serious re-rate in SP. Vlad done an amazing interview with Sarah, the ones with Zak not as good. The RNS's are well written and positive recently, but dropped at 6pm on a bank holiday friday. His tweets are vague and cryptic, but we know they are in and have been in the new lab. So why not show pictures/video from a professional lab to contrast to the garden shed outfit from before?

Vast did what? 400% at one point today and they still have to pay for the CLNs and going forward still have to mine. This is a R&D pharma with a high NAV, fully funded for trials and close to IND. Any sort of deal for anything could easily be 10 times the current mCap and they have multiple candidates. Hemo could EASILY blow that 400% out of the water on any deal or going clinical and still be nowhere near previous ATH. Its a bonkers SP and knowing they are funded and wont raise means I am not worried about waiting but that does not mitigate the frustration at how much better it could do.

Anyway rant over, Learn yes, mostly so I can follow the war in Ukraine and they dont let you use it without logging in any more. I use it to chat with some people from here but I dont tweet any more.

If you had made a little bit more effort to communicate with investors in 2019 maybe the SP would not have been held so low for so long whilst HNW were clearing those shares. If you had communicated better with investors before taking the CLNs you could have raised 5-6 mil in a placing from a higher point. If you had focused on PR and communicating better with investors when Mint were tanking your SP you could have repaid them from a much higher SP and not left us with almost ONE BILLION shares.

If he had focused on SP even a little he could have raised much more money much earlier, he could have hired more staff, paid for someone to work on Hu-PHEC instead of shoving it back on the shelf due to lack of money. He could have been spending millions on research to move CBR, CAR-T and CDX faster. There is being careful about what he says about the SP and then there is Vlad, happy to post random dates but not willing to organise a few photos of his new lab.

Still a website that has Hu-PHEC front and center despite it being on hold? Something that an intern could update FOR FREE.... Its a wordpress site, a monkey with the password could update it even a little. Its right that the Patient and science come first, but they are not free, a bit of common sense should make it obvious that more money means more progress....

Why is it SOOOOO frustrating???? Because the company itself is so good!!! They are solid,they have cash, they have science, the potential is bloody amazing, they just have a captain who thought that it was a good idea to release that interview today?? So much potential being wasted.

Yes social media is full of traders, but alas its also where everyone lives this day and has the greatest reach. Posting here on LSE is pointless I think most would agree? The reach of a post here is people who already know about Hemogenyx. Over half of people get their news from social media in this age so I think its impossible to ignore it. Some people out there do still invest and stick money in shares in ISA's or SIPPs for the long term, but how on earth are any of them going to ever hear about Hemogenyx? You have to actively search for news on Hemo to find any updates.
Like I said, thank god Vlad kept 10mil of that CLN, I cursed him at the time but imagine trying to raise money now with this much apathy and lack of interest???

HT..... I am NOT disagreeing with you, but Vlad is Vlad, he believes if he delivers in the lab it will translate into the SP and he will be respected and appreciated for the work he does. And lets be blunt here, if this was a different share with lots of cheerleaders that may be the case, we used to have Dr Anomaly here cheering for Hemo, he was fantastic videos and all but a great loss as it all goes on PHE now :-( Have seen Penguin in recent weeks, HH, dhub, Bline, but its a fraction of what there used to be and NONE of it is on Twitter. Hemo in the social media world is DEAD, any RNS that gets released is immediately forgotten or takes only a few trades to trade down because Volume sucks that much
VAST has its core of supporters who I see on Twitter, Telegram and LSE and have been banging on for years now today 200% up.
I am not excusing Vlads poor PR, but come on, nobody even mentions HEMO any more. Just imagine if we had all those vocal investors who are in all those other shares singing the praises of the recent RNS's.

I obviously meant most existing investors have as many shares as they want and are unlikely to be adding many, but you knew that and just wanted to say something *****y anyway, go figure. HT, your part of that nobody, as am I, why on earth does ANYONE on this board think the rest of the world is going to magically wake up to the opportunity when NOBODY shares anything any more? It used to be we would have a small update showing progress and dozens of people would have shared the RNS's on LSE and twitter, these days? Fantastic RNS's few months from clinical trials, bank full of cash and what? Silence across the board? The only voices we hear are a few disgruntled holders(?) who want to shut up anyone who does try and inject a bit of positiveness!
All I can say is THANK F'ING GOD we have that 6.8mil in the bank, if Hemo actually did have to raise we would be absolutely screwed because the investor pool here is shocking.
Assets worth 21mil and mCap of what? 14mil now? The progress and potential is absolutely staggering, people are not accusing hemo of needing a placing any more, nobody is doubting the science, I have not seen people saying CAR-T is fake or wont work.
Maybe Pumpkin and HT before giving people abuse for posting here go and just do a simple RT of the RNS, no need to add anything or pump, is it really that hard to try and support a share your supposedly invested in instead of being negative? Seriously though, excellent results, some really reassuring figures and statements and what? Like FIVE people have commented on Twitter since friday??? How pathetic is that? How utterly depressing that nobody even bothers to read or share any RNS that comes out?
None of this takes away from the fact that Vlad has done a **** poor job of PR, he appears stuck on his methodology of focusing on the science and expecting the SP to magically sort its self out:

To be fair some of the frustration in my post was because although I post on here, its pretty pointless because the only people here are existing investors who are largely already happy with their position anyway. I am getting the urge to go back on twitter, but will be starting with zero followers so pretty useless

reallyden, hard to say, most phase 1 trials last several months but that is usually with healthy patients who volunteer for a trial. With CAR-T phase 1 is being combined with phase 2a, which means they have to find patients with AML who fit certain criteria. It could take longer with Hemo if they will find it hard to find the 20 patients they are aiming for. However because they are combining phase 1/2a the results will be demonstrating efficiency and not just safety as would be expected from Phase 1 alone.
Vlad has said in the past he will licence when he is offered the right number, that wont come until he proves it works in humans.
After the first few patients they are going to know if its working or not, per the ASH presentation we saw humanised mice cured after only a few weeks. Vlad has been clear about his intentions, Hemogenyx is a R&D pharma, when he proves it works and gets a good offer he will licence. Certainly he has no choice, at £15mil mCap they cannot afford to take it any further than Phase 1/2a without licencing.
Recent simple example of PRE CLINICAL CAR-T licence in the past month:
Under the license agreement, CellPoint will pay Pregene more than €20 million ($21.8 million) upfront. Pregene, which will provide translational and lentivirus manufacturing services to CellPoint, is also eligible to receive additional development, commercial milestone, and royalty payments in the deal.
Upfront more cash than the entire mCap of Hemogneyx and the commercial milestone and royalty payments will be significant if it works.

How else will people even know there was an RNS on Friday evening at 6pm when everyone had gone? Most have seen no notification or red dot and fewer still have read it.
25 people have liked HFH's post but have any tweeted about the RNS on twitter or facebook saying how good it was and sharing the link? NONE that I can see.
Andy you say the market was not too impressed, but who is the market? Like HFH, Penguin, myself and others will get grief for posting anything positive about Hemo from people who sit quietly making no effort to share positive news, but in all seriousness how exactly is the market supposed to know about the RNS if we have an investor base who do absolutely ZERO to share updates? Its not that the market is not impressed, the market has not got a clue.
Seems like the only shares people take about are the dogs that go from placing to placing or looking to clear CLNs, oilers that go from duster to duster. Hemo well funded, going clinical, no placing but yet very little interest, its very telling.

If people want to criticise those who try and share the word about hemo or get a few people to read an RNS they probably missed they have zero right to pass comment on the share price not moving.

Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend, just some final thoughts before the markets open tomorrow. I have discussed the RNS with a few people and everyone thinks it was a very positive update, when you compare it to the past few years it is without question multiples better. Last year the Final Results was positive but came when CLNs were in force, Hemo have admitted they did not operate as expected and had turned into a Death Spiral Finance. Irrespective of what they enabled they were a mistake and destroyed any rise. The year before that there was no CLNs but likewise there was little cash in the coffers, the company was being frugal with the spending as they could not afford otherwise. There was hope of an early deal maybe with CDX or a Covid-19 antibody but there was nothing even remotely close to taking the company clinical.
THIS YEAR:
6.8mil in cash and its very clear in the RNS, the bulk is allocated to pay for HEMO-CAR-T clinical trials which will start within months. - NO PLACING REQUIRED for CAR-T
They are IN THE NEW LAB. The new lab will save millions and allow them to produce the CAR-T in house with fast turn around saving them millions.
NO DEBT, the CLNS, the loan from Orgenesis, its gone, no dilution from CLNs, directors have warrants yes, but nothing significant and most at significantly higher prices like 9p.
CDX is not forgotten, a partnership with Selexis reduces time effort and cost associated with progressing to trails.
CBR has been top secret for years but now its protected with a patent:
"We believe that the technology should attract interest from a range of potential partners with whom we can now hold more substantive conversations."

Biggest worry in todays market is DILUTION!!! PLACINGS!!! Will MY holding be diluted such that any investment I make will be worth less even if the company delivers. The RNS is clear. CAR-T IS funded, the company will be a clinical Pharma long before funding is an issue. A clinical Pharma with a CAR-T offering commands multiples of the current mCap. Any future raise via equity issue will be at multiples of todays SP. HOWEVER I dont believe thats likely, I believe the recent pain from CLNS and placing has left such a bitter taste in vlads mouth he will never raise like that again, statements like this:
"seeking partnerships and other financing arrangements to further the development of our CDX and CBR assets over the rest of 2022." - They dont want to place for a few mil here or few mil there. Vlad wants to licence, he wants to partner and get others to pay for the trials and shoulder the work.
"Dr Walts's input has been instrumental in shaping the Company's strategy for developing its pipeline of assets, and in introducing the Company to several potential partners."

Nothing is guaranteed, but as I have said before.
The Share Price is wrong, the mCap is wrong, it will correct soon enough, this low price is not sustainable.

Total equity and liability figures are amazing, the repayment of the debt + the addition of IP as non tangable assets has really made this a very strong balance sheet. Have to say. Forgetting progress on CAR-T and the labs etc, purely as a financial report that document makes Hemo look VERY invest able. We can all switch off now and enjoy the weekend!!

Well there is 5pm, god knows whats happening now, poor performance by the company to fail to produce the final results on time. Good Job Vlad! Really thought they would atleast do this thing right, they have been on time every other year.

Well the market is closed for us anyway, so good news/bad news/no news there is nothing any of us can do until Tuesday morning. Really expected to see the results before close of play, latest they have ever been was 5pm so we are getting close.... Very disappointing Vlad, these results cannot have come as a big surprise, EVERY YEAR they have to be done, that is 12 months notice to get prepared..... Dont get me wrong, the science is fantastic, but for once it would be nice to actually do ANYTHING early or atleast on time...
With regards to MrIndia and the traders, IMO they wont show up, whats the point? If the share DOES get suspended they cannot influence anyone to sell anyway so why waste their time?

Your probably right for such a big report, after hours might be the best, but considering they are on the pink sheets as HOPHF not exactly un-tradeable.... Personally I wanted it 7am this morning so we had time to digest, but now? I want it after markets close so like you say we have plenty of time to read before the markets have a chance to react. Vlad really does like to wind up us investors :P On the plus side, I see there was a few big sells, a 400k, 800k and a 500k, lets face it, they were traders who were going to sell on RNS anyway, atleast now those traders will be locked out when the report lands. Not a huge number but its not insignificant, every little helps!

Meh, its annoying, its frustrating, but hey, thats Hemo! Like I said, look at the times for the past 4 years, 2 of them are a bit earlier than now, 2 came later than now. Just saying, the precedent has been set, they like to release them at the end of the day. Why? God knows, its stupid, especially with Monday being a bank holiday, but not alot we can do about it, will come when it comes. To be clear though, whilst I am not concerned its not out yet I do agree its pretty poor organisation.

Multiple jurisdictions, not just UK and USA, multiple currencies, issues with Intangible asset valuations such as the IP licenced from Eli Lilly for £250k, they paid £250k but how do you value it? It unlocks much greater value with CDX so that has to be taken into consideration, new equipment + old equipment depreciation, valuation of IP as an asset. Getting receipts and documentation to auditors for sign off. Then you have chairman's statement and updates all of which have to be agreed internally and signed off. Its not just like me hitting generate on FreeAgent.....

Its annoying that it was not much earlier in the day but its not exactly unusual. Last year 2:30pm, year before 5pm, year before 3:10pm, year before that 4:20pm.

If you take an average of the times we are not even at the mid point so yea I am still confident it will be today. HOWEVER, I just wish Vlad would have had the common sense to have them ready to go for 7am this morning so we had a full day for reaction.
