Can you point out who called Hemogenyx British? I thought, but if I am wrong I will apologies, but I was careful to state:
"He is getting to the UK, the market where Hemogenyx shares are listed, he is getting in front of his peers to promote and advertise his company and he has told us about it in an official manner."
If that is not clear then yea.... The company is listed in the UK, pretty much all interest comes from UK investors, its much easier for UK investors to trade in Hemogenyx than it is for Americans so IMO its a good move. I seriously dont get why your having digs at either me or Vlad, my recent posts have just been to respond to you, wasting my time and your having a dig at Vlad for coming to the UK to speak to UK investors about a company being traded on the UK stock exchange? Am I missing something? I honest to god cannot be bothered getting into a stupid pointless argument here, IF I called Hemogenyx British then I am truly sorry, but I dont think I did.

Dr Walts has his fingerprints all over recent developments at Hemogenyx, just because its not spelt out in black and white it should be obvious the achievements to date if people care to look. He has been slated to look for non dilutive funding which is funding without the issuance of shares or Convertable Loan Notes which have worked so well for the company in the past.
Pre clinical grants are available but very small and with alot of hoops to jump though, when they are clinical and announce start of trials it becomes alot easier to just get free money. So...
As far as I see it the company had 2 options, sacrifice one of the candidates and accept very low ball offers to licence something to pay for other products
OR
Partner up in the most cost efficient agreements possible:
1, Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals Partnership with Selexis : I take it nobody else bothered to do any research on their other licencing agreements? Well I did, quite a few examples out there, its likely they have charged Hemogenyx about £30k up front and will defer the rest of any costs for production of antibodies until milestones have been reached which can mean they pay nothing until they licence, at which point they could have to pay a few hundred thousand. Tiny cost to Hemogenyx but huge benefit this is as good and equivalent to non dilutive funding.
2, Hemo-CAR-T partnership with WuXi ATU: again, go and research them, they INVEST in seed rounds, they dont take money off a tiny company like Hemo. Again having not seen the paperwork its based on precedent from other licencing agreements but its likely Hemo are not paying them anything but will instead sign some sort of deal when there is clinical proof.

Its semantics but not spending money is alot better than trying to raise non dilutive cash just to pay it to some other company to provide the services being provided by WuXi and Selexis.

Having a dig because Vlad is going to a Conference in the UK to tell investors about Hemogneyx when the company is listed in the UK?

Pumpkin, nice, wee snide digs, classy! HT I guess its all about scale, if the company was Pfizer or J&J or Merck then it would be expected they attend conferences in their respective fields. Hemogenyx is tiny so to be one of the few presenting at a big conference like this has the potential to significantly improve visibility and with that external investment and licencing opportunities. Did it necessarily require an RNS? Maybe not, but if he had done it via twitter he would have gotten abuse for not doing it officially so he really is in a no win situation, be nice if people could give credit where credit is due.

Just had a look, he will be in good company, some very big well known names and some unknown names but big companies none the less.
Been complaining for a while now that despite all the good and positive news nobody outside of his existing investor pool is seeing his updates. This is a face to face presentation in the UK, experts in the field, not a poster session bit a captive audience being told that Hemogenyx have a treatment and they are taking it clinical in the very near future.
Think your right about the networking Trek, a big part of this, looked at the time table and there are lots of big names and lots of opportunities to rub shoulders with some powerful people in the field. I am sure Vlad will also be talking to people about CBR.

Worst case scenario? Few more people and companies in the UK get exposure to what has to date been a very USA focused and very cheap pharma company and perhaps a few will invest. Best case scenario? One of those companies takes an interest and down the line it generates a licencing opportunity for CDX/CAR-T or CBR.

Nothing to lose, everything to gain. Lack of visibility has been a real killer for Hemogenyx, the HC wainwright conference in the US did little for the share price so no guarantees this will help much. But its the right conference, in the right country and the right time just as Hemogenyx are on the cusp of going clinical. Good luck Vlad!

;-D he does not reply to me at the moment either, maybe i was a little harsh :P But will make no apologies for it, as a shareholder we are part owners of the company so have an interest in promoting and sharing the company to make it do well but also have the right to call out mistakes and missed opportunities.
As for photos etc, I have heard though others that they will at some point but Vlad is just flat out working hard and the lab is not yet presentable enough. After the grief he got over the photos from the old lab its understandable that he does not want to give a bad impression with the first photos of the new lab. THIS I agree with him on, where I disagree:
He should have hired a general dogsbody, someone in the office to sort out the boxes, get the place presentable, post some tweets etc. I want him to take shareholders along with him on the journey, he wants shareholders to stay in the hold until the plane lands at the destination.

Anyway, its blue, another day closer to IND, market has settled a little, off to the seaside for the weekend so wont be on LSE, have a good weekend all, hopefully we close blue and have some very good news next week :-)

Multiple days of market wide crash, crypto? Lets not even go there, capitulation across the board and walls of red and cries of margin calls. Sadly in recent days many stories of suicide, true or not I dont know but its been a VERY bad week for alot of traders. Hemo has not performed very well over the same period, been plenty of red, but it was with sweet FA volume, days of < 1m trades, today is only 1m. What I am saying is if people were going to capitulate and sell, or there was an army of traders left in here, in the past week they would have been trying to pump here to save their margin elsewhere if they are leveraged or just selling like everyone else.
Yea its a bit boring, there is little volume, I am the only one even mentioning Hemo on Twitter, but on the flip side, there is little volume, we can call out the odd sell but its peanuts, nobody I have spoken to recently doubts the science here, nobody doubts we will go into clinical trials. Plenty not happy about the PR or share price, I am one of them, but there is no fear of failure or mass dilution etc, its a very comfortable place to be. I would rather hold Hemo shares than crypto or a stock with millions of CLN's left, or an oiler that is waiting for results but will have to place to pay for any further drilling.

Anyway, its the weekend, We dont want news on a Friday and we certainly didnt want news over the past few days so lets not complain too much, next week will do fine!!! It would also be good to find out why Vlad is in the UK not next week but the week after. HT you said he was over 23rd-27th? to meet investors? There are a few very interesting conferences on at that time I wonder if he is attending? Dont suppose you want to reach out to him and ask for more details about his visit?

I would rather they get ready for clinical trials. The website and RNS on PIND are nice to have but its also a nice feeling knowing that I wont be wasting any more time arguing with MrIndia. Nobody likes waiting but its easier to wait when you like the people your standing with :-)

The aim was not to convince anyone to buy or sell, from a personal standpoint I have been completely confused about MrIndia for the past year, never knowing if he was real or fake, wasting my time arguing on this board. He was brave enough to have a face to face chat, we now know each other and can go forward from a position of trust. If he wants to have the odd outburst fair enough, I dont think they are helpful but if I know its genuine frustration I certainly wont be having a go at him any more.
Its actually quite therapeutic having a good moan about this share face to face with other investors, why not give it a go, I am sure plenty will be happy to jump on and say hi.

My sincere apologies to MrIndia, I spent 40 minutes with him and I am prepared to say that I was wrong and he is genuine and a very nice person, it was a pleasure to chat to you and I hope this turns around for you soon :-)
A few others joined later also and it was great to see people face to face, it was just an opportunity for like minded investors to say hello and actually I feel more confident about my investment having spoken to others. Have to do it again in the future :-)

MrIndia, enough, not going back to engaging with you after yesterday, stop trying to misrepresent me. On the IND front, please go back and tell me where I ever said I expected an update on the PIND? HT has been consistent expecting an update on the PIND, IMO its irrelevant, the next update on that front I expect is the IND itself, be great to see a PIND update but its not an essential update and lets be honest, MOST people who visit probably wont even understand the distinction.

This is the RNS, forget the timing its irrelevant, MOST people have not read it. If you have not read it yet then READ it. Forget whats on these boards, there is NOTHING of value, there is zero new info in recent days (beyond the new job advert on twitter). Trust the RNS, it has been gone over by many people and I believe now requires 2 external auditors to sign off before it can be released. MrIndia has sold and yet comes out with lines such as:
"I hope that is stupidity and poor commercial management rather than keeping it away from analysts."
Every line of that RNS has been gone over by independent professional analysts.
