In terms of staff turnover - Its natural, I worked at a startup, I was number 4 though the door and had a huge say in the early days and sense of ownership despite being very junior. When it turned into a success and work moved more from green field to support and maintenance I moved on having climbed rapidly with its growth, not because of lack of belief but because it felt like job done and wanted something more exciting again. I am sure those who have left will have shares, probably some long term incentive scheme so when the company does finally shine they will be rewarded. They were there at the start, they helped discover and develop CAR-T, CBR, CAR-NK, CDX etc, but the initial thrill of discovery wears off. Plus its America... people move jobs ALOT and while in the UK we give normally 1month+ notice, does not happen over there people just walk.....
MrIndia, I support some of what you say, it is very hard to get new investors because most have no clue what this company is about or what is coming. With lack of noise from the company themselves sites like this get more attention than they should so negative voices here become sometimes the loudest when searching for news on Hemogenyx.
I semi agree about how the company is run, I have a list of issues which are decisions or actions or lack of actions which have been detrimental to the share price and value for investors over the years which I will take up with Vlad but those issues are only relevant because Hemogenyx is public. As a scientific research company developing IP with the intent of saving lives and producing treatments that will be worth billions they have done everything right. Maintained ownership of IP, maximising value for money, keeping as much of the processes in house. Internally the discipline has been exemplary but this is not reflected in the share price.
Anyway, people have been getting very irate and active the past few days when Vlad has been sat listening to other people present. Its today he presents and will be meeting people today and tomorrow so might I advise people to chill and see what the next few days bring.
Fundamentally though, Mr Penguin is right, as we stand cash is king, its a bear market, full fear, capitulation up the wazoo. Nobody is buying stocks, the boards are and have been red for a very considerable time, pick a small stock over the past 6 months and its probably red. Either the market will break and we have a relief rally or Hemogenyx will get enough momentum to break up irrespective, one of the 2 will happen. Both are well overdue :-)
