I guess if its after the market closes then people have time to read and digest before moving Tuesday morning, very telling that MrIndia has not been here spouting all his doom and gloom about lack of RNS, very telling indeed....

Just noticed that we have had no RNS since 16th March! Its crazy, Come on Vlad, wake up! Rise and shine sleepy head, we are all sitting here eager to see your results!

Few points, one on Dr Walts and the funding, as Mr Penguin says, little point in applying for grants YET, you can get funding for research but its alot of effort for little reward and you have to give regular update and provide more insight into your IP than perhaps anyone would like. When its to pay for a clinical trial post FDA approval, much more straight forward, lets not forget the US government recently restarted their Cancer Moonshot initiative. HOWEVER thats not the only form of non-dilutive funding. Lest we forget there have been 2 agreements recently with Wu-Xi and Selexis where Dr Walts likely key, whilst neither are likely to have given cash to Hemogenyx, they provide services and resources that are very valuable. If it has been negotiated such that Hemo only have to pay when milestones are reached as is very common for both then you can consider this a form of non dilutive funding which is very beneficial and low risk to investors.
As for the RNS, has not been at 7am for years with Hemogenyx, an american company so most years its after 2pm. We just need to see that the company is funded and we will be able to rest happy and wait for the progress that follows.
Side note, the update last year was fantastic and the SP bounced on the update, HOWEVER the CLNs were en-force and because of that any rise was killed off. But if you look there was a conversion a few days later for £500k, when you add discount and variance to SP in reality that means that probably around £600k share more bought than sold, that was at a time when many avoided like the plague because of CLNs, SP was significantly higher and not long after Eli Lilly no deal RNS..... Fast forward 12 months, Cash in bank, no CLNs, no debt, multiple partners, Additional CBR platform and in talks with FDA with IND expected imminently....... Hard not to be upbeat right now :-)

Get these results out of the way and hopefully plenty of cash then its over to Vlad to start curing some people. Staggering to believe mCap still ~ 14-15mil when we are this close to clinical trials, zero correlation between the potential value and SP. I get that Vlad has to prove it works before we appreciate the full value but its not supposed to be a straight vertical line some day, there should have been some recovery and growth as we went along, but nope, we are lower than we were even after the huge 1.5p placing and the CLN's. Bonkers valuation!

Anyway, roll on tomorrow, hope for 7am, have a good evening I am off.

No idea when the results will land, looking over previous years there is no pattern, sometimes 7am, sometimes 2, sometimes 3/4 pm or later.

If there is no RNS tomorrow then there will be one on Tuesday saying share suspended and nobody will be able to trade or sell until the results ARE released and very likely other news by then also, so yea, I wouldn't mind that in the slightest :-D
That said, its rare for companies to miss the filing date, it happens but its unlikely and its not exactly the end of the world, its not like the company has to stop working or cannot keep moving towards trials, just means people cant trade the stock until the results are filed, sometimes it can be a blessing in disguise. Were SYME not rumoured do have done it on purpose to stop people trading and shorting? Something like that rings a bell but not entirely sure.
Anyway, IMO more chance of me moving to america and voting Trump in the next election than no RNS, but yes technically its possible.

Like you optimistic but not certain what the movement will be, I think key for me is whilst I dont know if it will multi bag in a week or several months I am comfortable with the funding situation. I wont start to reel off the shares where SH have been decimated recently but there are lots, some really brutal discounts. The market is definitely RISK-OFF, there are so many bearish factors, the low prices across the markets with small caps having to raise irrespective of the SP and with very little funding options available are causing irreparable damage to share prices.
We have had plenty of bad news, we tanked big style because of the Eli no deal, the CLNs and then the overall market crash also hit Hemo when it was down. Then Russia invades Ukraine and the market crashes again while Hemo still has never recovered and all this time we had plenty of traders/shorters/general haters having a go.
Whilst I remain optimistic about the bounce based on the final results I dont think the audience is going to be that big, how many people will actually read it? So maybe we see 2-3p, maybe not, who knows...

What the final results will give us is a sound footing for what comes next, lets be realistic, if the final results showed 1-2million in the bank and then next week there was an IND application you would know that the company would HAVE to try and raise funds, they would need another 3-4mil, likely they could not even raise that much via placing. The traders and haters would have a field day on here shouting from the hill tops that placing incoming, sell now before diluted into the ground.
But.... If the Final results show, as I am convinced they will, that the company has 5-7.5mil? What happens then if an IND application is filed? Suddenly your 30 days from a clinical pharma which demands a much higher mCap than 14mil with enough cash in the bank that they dont even need to consider funding until they have clinical proof it works which is a game changer. And whilst final results tomorrow may not be read by many, going clinical will be a big deal.

That is why I am confident, its not about what happens tomorrow, its about the fact that tomorrow shields us when news does land. We all want updates and we want to see progress, well tomorrow that should be exactly what we see.
All that said it is possible they have alot less than I believe, its possible, but I would have sold long ago if I was not uber confident :-)

Second, you do understand that the final results are not optional right? Its not like Vlad can just like not bother publishing them and give us some excuse? Either he publishes them or the share is suspended and you cant trade them any more until they do file. You do get that right?

In my mind I have pictures and opinions of lots of people on this board, but with you I have 2.
Either a brilliant and tallented trader, deramper, troll who skilfully posts to sow doubt and fear while trading down.
OR a sad and lonely man who has invested too much in here and is insecure and genuinely posts what they feel from a place of depression and without caring how counter productive and self destructive it is.

The PIND, I would put money that there will not be an RNS to say "we cancelled the PIND" if it is cancelled, what the point? Why on this green planet would vlad waste money on such a pointless RNS? He will do an RNS for IND application, its Vlad, there is zero chance of him RNS'ing every single piece of chit chat in between.
HH was right, the comms recently have been EXCELLENT for a small pharma, some stonker RNS's with CDX, CAR-T and CBR plus the interviews, the fact the SP has not responded does not take away from the fact there have been some fantastic RNS's. They are there, black and white, you can moan about the SP all you want but does not change the fact the news has been frequent and good.
I am not downplaying anything about a lab move, I am just not being a spoilt brat and moaning that they have not announced it yet. On the contrary its my preferred position that they wait and do an official opening, the bigger the better. If it means they wait a week or so to get guests or the place sorted out then fine, I dont want them to waste the opportunity to relaunch.

Total volume is LESS than 3mil... LESS and people are going on about big sales, if it was a single 3mil sale then maybe it would be worth even mentioning but its like 300k/500k/400k sells, but lets not mention there are 600k/250k/100k buys aswell. No lets call out the insignificant sells. Grow up its pathetic!
As for PIND still required, why? Your assuming because Vlad has not told us that they have cancelled the PIND meeting that they said would probably not be required that something is wrong with that? Its not something they would have to RNS so why would we know?
As for the actual PIND meeting, it used to be the case that the company would have posted off lots of material and questions to the FDA who would review and respond to the company, the company would have reviewed the response and if they had further issues then the meeting went ahead. Its completely different, as per Vlad they have an open and active line of communications, they email FDA and get responses back, its like having dozens of PIND meetings via email from the very start.
PIND probably not needed, they have what they needed.

Do people realise there are plenty of companies out there that would not even mention the PIND stage? Some dont even RNS IND application and basically never update the market. Not saying hemo is the best at communicating with investors but wise up, the RNS updates of late have been pretty damn good, Vlad is not here to hold peoples hands, nothing is late, nothing delayed.

Regulatory requirement to publish by end of the Month. After that, I posted a list of expected updates, but intentionally or otherwise got spammed off page so here you go:

The list of updates that we know about is pretty big and IMO we would have seen atleast SOME of them were they not busy with final results which each year take up a huge amount of time and resources, but these are the low hanging fruit RNS's or updates I expect in May/June:
- New Lab IMO they are in but too busy to announce it properly with some fanfare, really hope they make the most of it.
- New Website - Vlad told HT ages ago it was being done now, and that was ages ago... Either they have a VERY slow developer or they are saving it for a PR blitz/re-launch to correspond with new Lab. Could be a slow developer but better be a very good website if its taking this long!
- IND application for CAR-T (Stated PIND meeting would be unlikely to be required so expect next update just straight IND)
- PIND/IND application for CDX (Last update was working with Selexis on manufacturability tests which means IND or PIND is next) - Interesting to note, Vlad stated new lab would allow them to produce IN HOUSE CAR-T and CBR, NOT CDX, so new lab is unlikely to have delayed CDX progress. They requested Pre-IND with FDA before the Wu-Xi agreement which came with some testing so timeline wise CDX feels pretty close to HEMO-CAR-T
CBR - Well the last update was:

TK, you were spot on with how you answered, not going to say I agree with the valuation but thats not the point, the question was on paper what is hemo worth and I appreciate you answering with detail and I agree with how you compared to similar "properties" as the sellers market is not fantastic right now.
PK, I agree the final results are unlikely to have anything groundbreaking or substantially new. However what we saw in the last 8 months or so was when good news landed it traders and trolls swiftly followed with some flavour of "Yea, but how will they pay to take it further, they will have to raise, placing incoming". The simple statement of cash on hand being more than enough to start the clinical trials without any dilution is the single most important piece for me. I HOPE it does more than that and actually demonstrates some progress as well but really I just want to see cash burn so when the IND is filed or perhaps PIND application for CDX or some in vivo testing for CBR is announced everyone knows the company can pay for it.

HFH, you are falling into that trap of basing what you expect based on hat the SP has done before, which is exactly why I asked people what they would value a company like Hemogenyx with its pipeline and cash in bank if it were a private company going public with an IPO tomorrow.
You and I have both been burned by the CLNs, the no deal Eli RNS, we have seen an mCap tank from 70m to 11m and it did that irrespective of the positive developments and news. It did that because of the sheer size of the dilution and placing we experienced a year ago. An IND application will come sooner or later, but more importantly is WHO will see it and CAN they pay for the trials? We need people to see the final results and appreciate that this company is funded, they are not going to pull a CHILL on us and dilute shareholders into the ground. How many small caps are doing placings these days? Its a disgrace at the prices I am seeing. If Vlad has been frugal and they are cashed up then that will be huge. After that PR, use the new lab to get PR and sell the pipeline they have and we are flying, after that IND away.
Anyway, I wont call mcaps or share prices because it really does depend on the contents of the final results and any subsequent news, needless to say though I am more optimistic than you are ;-P
Anyway, lets see what happens, I am a massive believer as you know but there is no point in wasting too much time amongst ourselves. What we need is NEW external investors to see the final results and be excited. The charters are saying we are in an up trend and some harmonics look good, a healthy balance sheet will also improve the companies ratings, lets hope for 7am Friday if they are as good as we hope, but have to accept the fact it could be late in the day.

Question for everyone, I have this company, you dont know it, but based on the following criteria, what would you value the mCap at if you were to list it on the LSE in an IPO today?
1, Cash reserves of 7mil with no debt or liabilities.
2, CAR-T candidate developed in partnership with the creators of Kymriah the first and most expensive CAR-T treatment in the word costing $475k per treatment currently in talks with FDA with regards to filing IND in the immediate future and starting clinical trials soon after with funds secure to pay for those early trials.
3, A bi-specific antibody targeting AML, ALL, CLL, CML, peripheral T cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, neuroblastoma, a non-malignant inherited and acquired marrow disorder, MM, SOD, idiopathic severe aplastic anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, pure red cell aplasia, Fanconi anemia, amegakaryocytosis, and congenital thrombocytopenia etc... With IP licenced from Eli Lilly and manufactuability studies pre IND ongoing.
4, Patents protecting a unique and useful monoclonal antibody with applications in CAR-T and CDX
5, A new platform which in theory can be used to treat almost any known virus or some cancers, patent protected
6, The facilities to produce in house the CAR and other molecules that potentially will be required for CAR-T and CBR in house saving millions in external costs.
7, IP for a pipeline to allow patent specific bone marrow transplants using patients own cells and removing need for doners.

So forget about the disasters of the past, the disaster of CLNs that Hemogenyx experienced which decimated shareholder value and confidence. Based on JUST their financial state today and the pipelines they have, what would you value such a company at? I dont want people to say share prices, what would people say is a fair Market Cap?

MrIndia, I am not even remotely negative, I am VERY confident the Final Results will be stonking, I am sure they have a very healthy bank balance and progress towards clinical trials has been progressing even though we have not been getting a turn by turn running commentary.
Every year the Final Results have been on the 30th or last business day before, I would love to be ramping away saying they are coming tomorrow, but you cannot argue with the previous precedent, they have to date released on the last day, and if you look at the times they have not been 7am. I am not going to blow smoke up peoples rear ends when the evidence is clear. I am not having a go at you, but I do find your negativity irrelevant and counter productive. On the balance of probability there will be a very positive RNS in 3 days time which on its own may not be a world breaking RNS detailing new licencing deals or grants etc. But it will serve as a very sound foundation with which to counter any negative comments that will undoubtedly follow the next POSITIVE RNS.
To clarify, lets say we got an RNS tomorrow for the CAR-T IND application, I guarantee there would be people on here within minutes who had not yet bought in shouting "Where will the money come, placing due!!!" Etc. After the Final Results RNS which I expect to details millions in the bank if the next RNS is a CAR-T IND application then those same people will find it very difficult to use the same line of deramp.

Anyway, seriously, take 3 days off for the love of god and go take up a hobby, they are not going to miss the deadline and I am 99% sure its going to be a very good update. Just have a little bit of patience and we can discuss the contents when it lands!

Dont worry Mr India, if they miss the deadline at least you wont be moaning about anyone selling any more as they will suspend the share ;-D
I doubt very very much they will miss it, but looking at the past few years they have taken it right to the line so dont be expecting it to be sitting there at 7am :P

MrIndia you have zero basis to say "trials looks some time away" the last we were told was the timeline was on track and changes to FDA PIND process had not had a negative impact. Micky as for this update doing nothing for the SP, maybe, but likewise I think the number one weapon used time and again to great effect by the shorters and traders is fear of placing or dilution. If the results show a strong bank balance and fiscal responsibility with zero debt, its going to be very very hard for people to attack or scare people into selling. Any subsequent updates from that position of strength SHOULD do much better with a recent financial statement to back up our confidence about not needing to raise etc.
I for one am very impressed by the resolute and incredible lack of updates as of late, truly a masterpiece of stonewalling, Vlad has done a great job of treating us like mushrooms, so credit where credit is due. But....
Its the final results, they are massive, it takes ages, they HAVE to do them and get them in on time. RIGHT now that is all that matters.
The lab? I am pretty convinced they have moved in, I am glad they are not saying that officially yet as I want them to to an official opening event of some sort to capitalise on the free PR and I hope they will do this.
Updates like CAR-T, CDX and CBR could come any time, they are all expected but again they take time to prepare and are not as important as the final results, they fail to do the final results and they get suspended. If they delay an update on CDX for a week... Then the update comes a week later.... Whoopie...

People need to chill right now, excellent chance now of no updates until Friday, do we have to see the same posts EVERY god damn day demanding an update? There MIGHT be one, but probably not. IMO the update on Friday will be good enough to give us all a bit of a smile and feel confident when we see how many millions are left. Take a few days off from moaning and come back on Friday. If there is no update on Friday (last year was lunchtime, year before was after market closed) then by all means we are all entitled to demand answers as its a big deal, but until then be great to see some patience.

The Final Results are out next week, an official RNS will state what the cash balance is (Hint its going to be less than 9m but still alot). But asking the company to tweet they have 9m cash just so he can flip his shares in 24 hrs, just to drain some profits from this stock?? Its embarrassing and damaging.
