Zak: All right. So obviously it's very early stage, but can you what's the addressable market as people like to talk about?

Vlad: We didn't even try to figure it out simply because it will depend on what's on the applications. So for example, if we think about COVID, then it's it's clear that there are hundreds of thousands of immunocompromised and older people who get the virus and whoever serious that causes a very serious condition in this in this in these patients. And they need some sort of treatment beyond vaccines and beyond the antibodies that exist. So we think that the market is large and it doesn't seem like, for example, COVID will will go away forever. We tried also this for other types of types of viruses. In fact, we started with measles and people would probably wonder why measles. But the reality is that measles kills more than 100,000 people in the developed world per year. So there is market there, too. And obviously there are other applications for this platform. For example, such applications as biodefense and we don't know what's the market there.

Zak: I think anybody following the company over the last few years will know that you've got a lot of retail investors interest in the stock. They've been excited with various announcements. You made the announcement, obviously, then this announcement. Do you think this is the most important announcement you've made to date?

Vlad: I think it is the most important announcement because it puts our company on the map as a company that has something absolutely unique. So this platform is truly unique and it will allow the company to target different indications, different diseases, different viruses. And this is this is something that most companies are looking for. If you look at our product candidates, they are great and they are unique in their own kind of universe because they target a specific disease, specific condition, and they do it better probably than most other approaches. But CPR is a is a platform technology that allows us to develop multiple different product candidates and partner with multiple different with multiple companies.

Zak: And is there any indication at the moment on how long it would take to monetize that or you don't you don't know yet. Is it too early?

Vlad: We we don't know how long it's going to take. So it will depend on how fast we will get in proof of principle. And then if we get it right, if we get if we demonstrate that it works in vivo, then it may go fast.

Zak: And finally, this this does sound like the sort of thing or would you think this is the sort of thing which would win a Nobel Prize? Is it that good?

Vlad: I don't think about any prizes. I think about to be honest, I think about patients and people who are suffering and dying. That's the most important thing. We have an advisor, you know, Mike Shepherd, who worked all his life on Herceptin, you know, developing a drug for breast cancer. He didn't think about any prizes and no one could even predict that he would get a prize. But after he cured I mean, after his drug, he was tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of women. Yeah, he got a prize. But I mean, what's the value of that prize? I mean, it's just a diploma. And a few bucks basically and his name is now written in history, but it would have been written in history anyway because he saved so many people.

MB - CLNs, placings, chicken feed at this level, complete and utterly pointless. If Hemo want to expand they have neither the money nor manpower to progress CBR, CAR-T and CDX let alone Hu-PHEC at the same time. People should realise that Vlad has fought very hard to keep the IP all in Hemo's hand for as long as possible, that does not mean he could not go out tomorrow and try and auction off CDX or HEMO-CAR-T to the highest bidder if he wanted too. I am sure he could easily get 10's of millions in a heartbeat if he wanted too, but he wants to achieve maximum value.
There is a HUGE difference between saying the are cash poor and asset poor, I love my analogies, so here is one for you:
A very close relative of mine is in a big house on alot of land, place is amazing, lots of bedrooms, lots of grass, uses lots of electric and hard to heat. Minimal income, mainly a pension, drives a pretty rubbish car and always broke because of the upkeep expenses. Does that mean they are at risk of being declared bankrupt and end up homeless? No. They could sell off 10 acres of farmland and be quite comfortable for years to come, they could sell the entire property and live in a bungalow for life in luxury.
Vlad COULD licence and sell everything and have 10 times the mCap in cash and distribute that to all shareholders in a heartbeat if he wanted too close up and retire, but he knows he would get 30 times more by getting clinical proof. So no, they are not going to go bust.

Trek, I assure you the RNS was not holding news, it was significant news that the IP is now protected and has proven in vitro to work. They could not update the market once this was done. As for what they do next? No I dont for one second believe they intend to go back to burying themselves in test tubes and white coats. For the past year any time they have been asked about CBR it has always been a case of they cannot and will not discuss it with us or anyone else until they had protection.

At a guess the partner mentioned will not be a global pharma, they will be a small outfit who helped develop CBR but too small to take it further. Random guess? That company that filed a RNS last year about signing an agreement with Hemogenyx and tweeting about it but Hemo and Vlad never mentioned or discussed, anyone remember the name?
Vlad has always said(its in interviews) that they were keeping CBR in house until the IP is protected then they would start speaking to potential partners about taking it forward not before.

Last year Hemo had around 10mil, cash burn is about 2mil a year, think the cost of Phase 1/2a trial for CAR-T is around 6mil or something? (Pulling these figures from memory so pinch of salt please). Take out the 1.5mil for Orgenesis and that leaves them fully funded yes for CAR-T but not with enough un-allocated funds for anything else. Some will start shouting "PLACING!!!!" Well no.... Placing overhead is 30%, current SP that means the company could raise about 2.5mil max, it would do nothing, it would not be enough to start phase 1 CDX nor CBR. Point blank Hemogenyx cannot fund CBR or CDX via dilution at this point.

Hemo currently have:
CAR-T - Funded for clinical phase 1 - VERY unlikely to licence before clinical proof.
CDX - Stated before other pharma have been in discussions about this but needs cash (prob another 6m+) for Phase1
Hu-PHEC - Shelved for now due to lack of manpower and funding
CBR - Going into in vivo state but taking it much further will require funding.

At this level the risk to shareholders from placing IMO is next to zero, its just a waste of breath given how little they could raise. Vlad has 4 really good products that are targeting billion pound markets, to date he has kept 100% ownership in all on a shoestring budget and is treating them like children locked in the basement. He either now starts applying for grants or starts to licence, either would be good for investors.
In terms of CBR, if as he says it applies to any virus... well that sounds like ALOT of potential targets, unless Vlad is also able to clone his entire staff many times over he will have to farm it out, something I see happening in the very near future.

All that said, this shambolic lack of PR is an own goal, it was completely avoidable. But.... The science is F'in amazing so I stay, I add and a I hold. The potential at this level is just... mind blowing.

An afterthought? My one single biggest gripe about hemogenyx is the website, its not that they didnt have an update ready for CBR... They have not updated for YEARS.... CAR-T? Nope not in the pipeline, that Senior Scientist Dr Sherestha? nope she is Director of Preclinical Development..... YEARS..... about time.

Tend to agree with you, it is a joke, on paper we have IP which in the hands of a global pharma could collectively be worth billions. Potentially weeks from clinical trials and news now on CBR which on the face of it looks like a cure for any and all viruses and some cancers and probably with a huge price tag.
However in spite of all that potential which nobody can deny is huge we have a company with an mCap of around 12mil looking like another small pharma going nothing.

Clearly I am in the camp where I believe the company is worth many many times its current mCap but unfortunately that camp is tiny. Frankly I was and remain shocked by the complete and utter lack of PR around CBR, where is the PR? We were told for 2 years that Vlad could not talk about it because he had to protect the IP. Now the IP is protected and what? Vlad has not said a single word about it beyond the RNS? Is he serious? I expected at the very least an interview with TMS or SOMETHING, but nothing?

Guess what? Not a single mention of CBR.

It certainly feels like Vlad has just given up, he expects the SP to just magically bounce when he delivers the science, the market is not looking at hemo and Vlad is making zero effort to promote his company.

In the past few days 3 separate long term holders (1 year+ well known holders) have told me they are hoping hemo gets bought over when the 52 week high drops to 3p even if it means a loss. I personally would be angry as hell if thats allowed to happen but given the sentiment I cant rule it out as a possibility.
Literally for 13mil Hemogenyx probably has atleast 50% of that in cash
Previously you could argue its nothing without Vlad, but in reality they own CAR-T which is just about ready to clinical trials, no science is required. Anyone could pick it up and move it to their facilities and submit an IND
CBR - Its a patent, if its as good as vlad says throw a team at it.
CDX - Again most of the development is finished when they are looking at partners for clinical trials

Cant believe this is actually a reality that the company is valued at 13mil and people I know and respect who have held here for years all would happily take 3p per share to walk away.

What the hell is going on, can investors here please start making a bit of noise if your still on social media and talk about hemo (in a postitive light) and can anyone with connections to vlad please get him to pull his finger out and do some PR. Like seriously, Hemotruth we have had words in the past but cannot disagree, it has been years of rubbish and is a total joke. This lack of PR means I cannot even blame traders or shorters or anyone else, how can I or anyone else defend Vlad if he is locked away in his lab refusing to do any PR????

I agree HK, too much detail in something like this would stop too many people reading, I am sure the patent application when public will give alot more detail, for now short snappy details are what is best to get people engaged.
This market reaction(or lack of) certainly feels personal, I have no doubt that if one of the bigger pharma worth billions came out with statements like:
"We believe it is a ground-breaking new approach to treat emerging viral infections and to potentially become an effective new form of cancer treatment." they would go though the roof and probably get a segment in the news. But its Hemogenyx who everyone loves to hate and trade. Its very disheartening to see a lack of old names pop on to show their support for Hemo now they have finally gone public with CBR, it just goes to show how many of the old LTH'ers have clearly cut and run long ago.
Well Vlad, some of us are still here and think CBR looks amazing irrespective of what the SP does.

Laymans explination of CBR:
Tesco carpark = Human body
Spate of car thefts but police unable to catch the criminals(viruses), who because they are getting away with it are growing in numbers.
Vlad sticks in a number of stinger cars - CBR - which look just like every other car but can lock in and destroy the criminals without any chasing.
Criminals can change their clothing, can move to a different carpark, use different method to break into the car, but if they cannot tell which car is a stinger car they eventually will be taken out.

Yep very underwhelming reaction, but I think most people just dont understand the potential. This is my understanding of CBR based on the RNS:
Most treatments today attack viruses by either identifying and killing the virus by attaching to a part of the virus such as the spike protein on Covid-19, or they remove something the virus needs to replicate such as proteins in the blood or they harden existing healthy cells to make it harder for the virus to infect. From my understanding of CBR, it does not attack the virus atall:
"any mutated form of the virus that remains capable of infecting cells will be attracted to the bait."
Most human cells dont mutate very often if at all, they keep us alive and have no need to mutate to avoid our immune system. The war today is between our immune system and viruses which mutate to avoid the immune system whilst still being able to attack the host cells they need to replicate. What Dr Sandler is saying (in my opinion) is that CBR looks like those healthy host cells that dont change, the virus cannot tell the difference between CBR and an actual healthy cell. A virus relies on their host cell's protein synthesis pathways to reproduce so when it identifies a target and enters the cell which is an immune cell it cannot now reproduce and is killed. It makes zero difference if the virus is flu, covid, Zika, ebola, whatever.... The only thing that matters is what the virus looks for as a target in a cell before it infects.
Mutations in viruses to evade the immune system are irrelevant, any mutation that prevents it attaching to CBR would also prevent the virus from attacking a healthy cell as well and therefore being harmless.
Dont get me wrong you still would need to have the bodys own immune system to mop up the remainders but on the surface it looks like if you flood the body with CBR most of the virus will just commit suicide.

But here is the best bit, if CBR is proven and works and is safe then..... Then its safe, proven and works. It wont be like a vaccine or antibody treatment that has to be produced for each strain or new disease, it wont need new clinical trials. CBR will be specific to the cells that are being targeted by the virus, if there is a biological attack in the future and CBR is available by then the treatment could be available immediately.

I loved this update, for me this is ground breaking, its revolutionary, people should be getting very very excited to be a part of this. In essence its 100 RNS's in one, its a cure for covid, its a cure for Marburg, smallpox, monkeypox, west nile, ebola... In terms of cancer, I am guessing that is because viruses like Human papillomavirus cause cancer?

Blue, if its such a valuable and wide patent that large biotechs would spend that much money in court cases to challenge them then surely they would just buy Hemogenyx and with it the IP without any need for a lengthy court case. Given the company has an mcap currently of £14m I doubt very much if anyone is suddenly going to go to court to challenge it when they could just buy either the company or just licence it from Hemo and save all the hassle. Would be different if Hemogenyx was private and the big bios had no option but Hemo is public and priced low enough currently that IF as you suggest a large bio wanted to challenge it there is a much faster and cost effective way to gain access to the IP. Can you provide some examples of this standard business practice which is relevant to this scenario? I just cannot see it being even remotely a possibility here, not saying its impossible but just seems absolutely stupid idea when the mCap is £14m.....

Not sure the impact of these statements has fully sunk in to avid followers of Hemogenyx let alone anyone in the greater market.... Yet.... This is not "Just another in a long line of cures for Covid-19....." This is a treatment for "almost any form of virus."... Ebola, Zika, HIV, Influenza.... The list goes on before you even mention cancer.
Vlads hands have been tied, he could not talk about CBR, he could not sell or try and bring on more partners without giving away too much. I wait now for the greater market reaction, Vlad if your listening get some graphics done to explain exactly how CBR works for the masses.

Disappointed by the lack lustre response so far, but the potential is clearly now so huge I dont expect that to last forever, pandoras box has been opened. All of this whilst we await IND application for CAR-T and updates on CDX!

I expect there will be further updates explaining CBR in greater detail and maybe the patent number in coming days (Posts/tweets/interviews etc not RNS) an update like this almost demands interviews and follow up video explanations! Key now is Vlad is free to talk about CBR after almost 2 years of walking around with a gag for fear of tipping off the competition, I am glad its finally public!

Hi Trek, yes its a nominee account, and whilst I get what your saying the point I found odd was that it was ONLY HL nominee account that went from being the single largest holder at 20% to 0%. At the same time the other nominee accounts such as AJBell and the like all increased their holdings. So by and large PI's over that period increased their holdings, it was a very swift sell off from just HL of ~200m shares in just a few months at a time when the anticipation of news was growing.
Anyway, I dont know any more than that, apart from one person on here I dont know any who use HL.
Also this is just referring to the past, the most recent reporting in February shows they are gone, the damage is done, if it was a distressed seller they dont even register any more so its good news. It doesn't make any difference whatsoever now but my main motivation for calling it out is because MrIndia was driving himself mad and got alot of grief for asking constantly who was the big seller. As annoying as it may have been I am sure he would appreciate being acknowledged that he was correct and not going insane.

Along side confirmatory statements and posts from Hemogenyx regarding being funded and moving well towards clinical trials. However as some, MrIndia being the most vocal, pointed out every time there was any sort of rise there was a sell into it, a bottomless pit of shares being dumped. Many including myself put it down to traders/MMs being mean and just market sentiment.
However if you check:

you will see that Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited dont appear in the top 20 any more. In November they were sitting on 196million shares or 12.33% of the company. I dont know who uses HL and would have held that many shares but in a few months they have went from almost 200m shares to being low enough not to appear at all. That sort of volume dumped in such a short window smells like someone had no choice but to dump, but honestly I dont know any more than that. You have only to look at other shares with a large distressed seller though to see the impact it can have, what I dont get is the lack of TR1s, it was 20% or 4*TR1 level even if foreign...If it was lots of PI;s then why would ONLY HL traders dump whilst the likes of AJBell or IB traders all increased holdings?

Anyway, I thought it was a significant enough dump to break my silence and confusing as hell. I dont think it reflects at all on Hemogenyx but more someones personal circumstances who just had to sell but who knows. The shares? I dont know where they all went, AJBell, Barkleys, HBOS Investment fund etc all have increased holdings but the bulk.. no idea.

Finally, Trek I agree with you, funded for CAR-T but not so sure about anything else, however I 100% believe there will be no dilution at these levels or anywhere near, just not worth it as all he could raise would be a few million.
While I am here, I agree with HFH on the range of updates expected, I fully expect a CAR-T update way before May and a CBR update could come any day, for me its already late.

Good morning, stopped by and decided to post, it will be a one off, there wont be any more for a while.
MrIndia I have quit posting because I am 100% sick of engaging with the same people over and over and over again repeating the same lines. I am sick of holding your hand and others who cannot read an RNS and stand by their investment decisions. I felt some kind of loyalty to investors who seemed vulnerable to the constant negative deramping and wanted to counter it but now? I just dont care if you and others want to sell out and move on, I am sitting on a loss but I dont need anyone to hold my hand and tell me its going to be ok. The question has been asked and answered many times and they are funded for the first clinical trials and every single update has indicate the trials will go ahead. I would much rather a higher SP before any news to make the most of it but I stopped caring, without the threat of dilution its just a matter of waiting. I spent too much time watching and caring and since I stopped have had more work, done more websites and made more money from actual work than hoping for an early bounce here.
If you want to believe no news until May, then you work away and sell and come back in a few months, I am sure those who have not yet left these boards will be happy for the peace and quiet. If people want to buy then buy, if people want to sell then sell. Its pretty clear CAR-T is going very well and per the last update CDX and CBR also so I dont NEED anything from anyone on here, I dont need reassurance, I dont need people to contact the company on my behalf and say its going to be alright, if people do need that constant reassurance then maybe they should look elsewhere. I am holding for me, I will continue to hold for me and I will finish with one thing, since deleting twitter, leaving discord, ignoring here I have been much happier and been more productive, highly recommended.

MrIndia I have zero plans to sell, nor have I spare cash to buy so I sit and wait. Lunus1 does not ring the board any more and if I did ring or message anyone it would just frustrate me not being able to repeat it anyway. I dropped an email to vlad asking for public clarification as to be brutally honest whilst I want updates I want them to be public so it affects the SP no other reason. I want Vlad to start communicating with the market to fix this current PR issue he has, public tweets or RNS's or update, whatever, but irrespective of how poor the PR is the fact remains, they are valued at what? 16mil? Plenty of cash, funded for clinical trials and are hiring staff to provide the necessary products for the clinical trials. I am frustrated by the SP but I am not concerned about the company whatsoever. As for people on twitter selling... People sell every day, occasionally people will say it was them, thats their business. But why would I make my investment decision on selling just because some random sold?

I have said it before, I trust Vlad and the company and I hold in spite of the poor PR and inspite of the Share Price. Hemo are not alone in having a tough time in the market.

Mr India for once I am so much in agreement with your post it hurts, IF HFH is right then fantastic but why do we have to guess? I found a few videos on youtube and they do indicate that it is for IND submission and it is completely different to how it works today.
The current process is something like:
Vlad prints out everything, sticks loads of documents in an envelope, maybe a few CD's and god knows what else, maybe a mouse. Posts that off with a request for PreIND to FDA. Few weeks later he sends off the questions he wants to ask the FDA and then the day before the meeting which should have happened by today the FDA respond in writing and Vlad can cancel or have the meeting if needed, following which the FDA have 30 days to write out to Hemogenyx with their final response. After this Hemogenyx prepare ANOTHER submission which is the IND application, another big envelope, a few more mice and maybe a cheque, mail it off and wait 30 days.
The NEW process/CDER Looks like:
Vlad creates an online account, logs in and uploads everything , the wording I have seen is:
Online submission contains clean, validated and integrated data
Optimised processes and maximise technologyu to improve efficiency
End to End digital collaboration between FDA and stakeholders - IE this replaces the PreIND
Document Upload file size up to ~ 100MB - No postal submissions but vlad can upload videos of the mice.....

This LOOKS like a no brainer, if its available 100% bloody use it and why the hell have they not been doing this all along.
HOWEVER whilst I want to agree with you that they are doing this and it is possible the last OFFICIAL update was this:

Which was the old process, which brings me back to agreeing with MrIndia. If Dr Sandler and Hemogenyx are using the CDER process and not relying on snail mail then he should just say so, I dont believe this requires an RNS, it would not even requre a REACH announcement. A simple tweet or message on the company website that confirms either a short delay with the old PreIND process or clarify that the CAR-T submission is electronic using the CDER process.

I can only guess that the bit of a sell off today and yesterday is people who bought solely for the PIND update and decided to dump because of a single comment from someone on here who said it had not happened yet? If that's the case no point appealing to those sorts of people, some are going to sell on news irrespective of what the news is so selfishly I am happier they knock a bit off the SP now rather than kill off any rise when news does land.
PK I don't like that you shared his personal email on here, it was a response to an old friend on twitter whom he had lost contact with where he had the power to remove it when HE chose, same as linked in, his personal email is available there but its his to control. Its now on LSE which is scraped by god knows how many services and you have taken away his choice.
The official Hemogenyx account shared 2 job advertisements, one a scientist and one a manufacturing assistant for CAR-T. Those are the tweets that are relevant not his personal tweets to friends and colleagues yet all people have mentioned is either personal tweets or a 1 trade from yesterday.
