Could well take 3 years to get CAR-T past clinical trials and approved by the FDA, but that's fine, clinical proof could come a week after phase 1 trials start. An offer to sublicense CDX could be made at any time. IND application will be much sooner than years. They could receive a dilution free grant, they could file a patent for CBR, they could restart Hu-phec at anytime.
Fundamentally hemo are more than any single product, every positive development adds value to the company. It's not a binary company that remains at 2p per share until it passes phase 3 clinical trials years down the line at which point sp goes from 2p to 50p over night on one RNS.

Vlad has already said they expect to talk to the FDA in jan/Feb and IND application later in the year for CAR-T..... Not sure where your getting 2-3 years from but whatever....

As for your last 2 posts "talaris-therapy-ends-need-for-immune-drugs-in-transplant-patients" is irrelevant, if anything a positive it just means that more people can take donor stem cells in treatment AFTER treatment with CAR-T or CDX which only increases the market for those 2 products. If Hu-PHEC gets off the ground it removes the need for donor stem cells altogether making that therapy redundant altogether . The first link "gammadelta" looks interesting and will do some reading, is it competition to HEMO-CAR-T? Maybe, there is competition already, does that mean it will succeed and hemo will fail? No.

MrIndia i said look at crypto to see where the money is going, not to compare them. Investors who last year ploughed money into AIM have taken alot of that cash out and put it into Crypto leaving less investment for companies like Hemo.

One other piece of news/update that is expected soon is the 2 loan agreements with Orgenesis which were signed 7th November 2018 and last 3 years. ( I will let readers do the maths here....)

Its a few million and Hemo could repay the cash if they had too easily enough but its worth looking in a little more detail. There are 2 loans one with Hemogenyx-Cell SPRL and one with Immugenyx LLC, they are NOT WITH HEMOGENYX the parent company. Each loan grants the investor the right to convert the loan into shares in either Hemogenyx-Cell SPRL or as per:

So loan 1 is for the Hu-PHEC which is currently stalled or was stalled and can be converted into shares in an subsidiary of Hemo but not Hemogenyx it self which owns CAR-T and CDX.
Loan 2 is for the mice and as per the half year report that didnt go anywhere. That loan looks like it could be converted into shares in Orgenesis or basically 1/4 of private ownership in Immugenyx LLC which on paper now is not worth that much.

Fundamentally the term of the loans has come to the end, either its extended which seems unlikely or its dealt with. Looking at the terms it feels like these were more like speculative investments by Orgenesis into Hu-PHEC and the mice, an equity stake but designed to reduce the cost to Hemo and avoid conflicts by deferring ownership with the use of CLNs. Maybe the cash will be repaid, maybe not, no real downside but potentially significant upside from this update when it comes.
It is my hope that we also see an update on Hu-PHEC as its tightly linked to this relationship with Orgenesis.

Mr India, any dates that people have shared recently have been used to the detriment of shareholders by traders who used key dates to trade this stock, prime example highlighting the 6 month end of CDX licencing agreement which was pretty close. People question why I have so much faith? Its simple, the company is priced at £18mil, they have half that in cash, they are not doing placings and own significant IP. Its like a Charles Hurst car lot sitting for sale at £1m with £20m of cars sitting on the forecourt, this company is significantly undervalued.
You want my insight as to what Hemo will announce next? Its bound to be either new director, the so called "miracle worker" or an update on CBR which is probably a patent application as Vlad has said he wouldn't speak until it as protected.
People questioning WHY its so undervalued? Go and check crypto, there are $h1t coins valued at billions that represent nothing, ZERO underlying fundamentals, money has piled out of AIM and small cap into crypto. Then you have the disaster of CLNs which destroyed sentiment here and month after month of attack. There are no skeletons in the cupboard or some big bad secret reason for the SP being in the sewer, it just is and its not alone. There are mining stocks trading at their annual revenue as mCap, there are shells with almost their mCap in cash.
This past 18 months on the markets have been bonkers, its like the bloody twilight zone, dog companies raising 100m on hype just to have it crash a week later.
In terms of imminent catalysts, its CBR and Covid, or nothing to 2022, or no catalyst is needed, its really that simple. Your not going to get diluted to nothing here, the SP has bottomed out. Its either going to bounce about here or go vertical. At this point I think it will bounce on absolutely nothing because thats the least logical and with this damn stock logic is out the window.

Good morning, great to see Vlad presenting at ASH again this year, his second link indicates that they are now targeting CD123 and FLT3 for CAR-T against AML, sounds extremely positive. Given PENN have had a previous failed trial against AML and are taking HEMO-CAR-T forward they have the experience to know if its likely to be more successful than their previous attempts so its an excellent confidence boost for us.
On the subject of lab move..... I have to say its getting alot of attention, seems to be perking up alot of interest in the states and the weight of sentiment appears to be how Janus have done well securing Hemogenyx as a client as its seen as an exciting prospect, again a big confidence boost for us.
Vlad said CDX worked, Eli Lilly validated and improved it and have confirmed it works (In vivo and in vitro)

Vlad said CBR works against Covid-19, viruses, cancer.... I think by this point he has demonstrated he knows what he is doing.

Hemogenyx are sitting at 18mil mCap despite positive news after positive news, they own outright most of their pipeline (CAR-T, CBR and Hu-PHEC) and control the rest (CDX) although they will have to pay massive royalties to Eli Lilly when they finally sell it. But they are in total control of their own destiny and free to sign any agreements with anyone they want, they can seek grants and funding, they can sell sub licences if they want. They are cash rich with confirmation from Vlad of no placings as they are funded at least into the start of Clinical trials.

Half year report says regular updates will begin on CBR, so far not so regular but commitment is there to update. Some people will only trade on known expected dates and buy to sell on news, for those people, I have no dates for you, clinical trials etc are next year, I think vlad said meeting with FDA is not to January or Feb so if you want to trade might I suggest crypto. For investors and holders.... Its hard but what else can we do but have patience? I cannot believe the price is so low and I cannot justify it remaining low without the threat of dilution or CLNs, at some point it has to let go. Perhaps the CBR update will catch some covid sentiment and become the next meme stock, perhaps we have to wait for Phase 1 trials, I honestly dont know when, but it will happen.

Hi Hulver, this my understanding, I might be wrong so if you think I am please say!
So the special sauce for Hemogenyx is the monoclonal antibody which binds to the FLT3/FLK2 receptor protein found on some cancer cells and bone marrow. This bimer is used for both CDX and CAR-T with the difference being CDX can be mass produced and basically binds the cancer/BM to the patients own natural immune system which kills the cells. With CAR-T they take patients own T-Cells, modify them with the same connector and then grow the cells in the lab before injecting the entire bowl of soup back into the patient. I believe there are 2 types of CAR-T and again Allogenic can be mass produced, its from a doner not the patient so could be produced and stockpiled, again cheap enough to do external, however recently trials have been halted because these T-Cells have had negative side effects, IE attacking healthy cells in the patient or being identified as hostile and attacked. Hemo are using Autologous which makes it more manpower intensive but safer.
The key difference here is CDX needs the patient to have a decent immune system before you start, if they have had months of chemo and the patient is at deaths door then it may just be too late. CAR-T however should work in patients without an immune system and with SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T Hemo can control the treatment and reduce side effects.
This is where the new lab comes in I think, CDX could be mass produced and I imagine it would not be too expensive to find a lab willing to produce large one off bulk orders of CDX at a reasonable price, but CAR-T when it starts will be constant, every new patient needs custom CAR. I have zero experience of how it works inside these labs but I would imagine its expensive and time consuming if you have to keep going to a supplier for new CAR for every new patient.
New in house lab with cell growing facilities means no waiting list, no re-tooling of external suppliers, faster turn around and less overheads.
It also opens up the possibility of Hu-PHEC progressing, this is the partner treatment to CDX or CAR-T allowing a patent specific stem cell transplant AFTER the cancer is gone. It was put on hold pending talks with Orgenesis about establishment of a cell bank in Belgium, however I really dont see it happening in Belgium after all this time, maybe it will, but feel its more likely to be done in the US. One patient, produce the CDX/CAR-T PLUS patent specific Hu-PHEC for replacement after the treatment. No donor required, no chemotherapy, no radiation.... Its a no brainer.

To your other point my average is way below 9p, your correct about a year ago however I bought a sizeable chunk at 9p however I had sold an equivalent amount of shares at 10p having bought most from between 1.3p -> 7p'ish. In that perioud I made a few grand on other shares too so was not a bad move all things considered. That was the one and only time I have actually traded Hemo, I am not sure what the total value was at the time ill take your word on it that it was 2mil.

SP is blue and people are bouncing with excitement about how news is imminent and company is fantastic.
This is not just hemo, applies to all shares.
Bottom line is if people are that insecure that they would rather take advice from a bulletin board rather than RNS's they are always going to get spiked and will sell early never knowing the true potential.

There is no more secrets or debate about who global co is, we have been told CDX works, it plus CAR-T are going to clinical trials, there is a no placing coming and hemo are growing in staff and facilities.
If you think this SP is even remotely reasonable or sustainable then fair enough, I don't and at some point we will find out if I am backing the right jockey or not. If you think the sp will sit here until Jan 2023 then yea.....

Allogene CAR-T is allogeneic which is an off the shelf CAR-T approach, Hemogenyx are developing autologous CAR-T, patent specific cells so completely unaffected by the news affecting Allogene and a positive affirmation of the path chosen by Vlad. If the target of ALLO-501A was AML the primary target of Hemogenyx then I would say this is a very positive thing for Hemogenyx, but their target is relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma so its not that relevant. All that said its still bad news for patents, it was in phase I/II so there are patients who will now die who could have been saved had it been successful so not something to happy about.

Hemogenyx is not a binary company with a single platform and only one unknown outcome. The idea that the SP will just sit here for 3 years and then suddenly be worth billions or nothing is ludicrous, the company will grow and SP will recover along the way, people will be able to trade or sell long before the end, if they wish to do so.
CDX - Now freed from Eli Lilly can progress at a much faster pace, the science is done so its IND enabling stage now which SHOULD come with regular updates
CBR - We were promised updates, hopefully a patent application. Cannot predict how the market will react, perhaps when it lands covid is really not a big issue and market wont react, perhaps there are talks of increased restrictions and a new variant and sentiment really goes for Covid stocks and its enough to break Hemo out of these historic lows.
CAR-T - If the meeting with the FDA is positive and Hemogenyx are able to move at speed towards clinical trials we will see alot of interest, not just of the SP but because the wider public want to know if there is a new additional cure for cancer on the horizon.
Hu-PHEC - Its possible that Vlad will decide to pick up Hu-PHEC now in this new lab facility they have going, they were talking about Belgium before but something in the back of my head says that was because of a possible grant only? It may come back to USA and go back on the table soon.

End of the day the company is clearly and significantly growing, they are seeking non-dilutive funding and they are fully funded for a year regardless. As much as the SP frustrates me I am not worried about it as I dont see it as sustainable, its just too cheap.

I dont remember saying 8p by november but nor do I care to go check my history, if asked for an opinion it sounds fair especially if it was PRE the RNS on CDX and Global Co.
I am honestly astounded that the SP is still 2p, simple as that, its not that I believe there will be a blockbuster RNS tomorrow that will suddenly cause the SP to go from 2p to 8p. Its simply the case that having looked at many similar companies, many licencing deals and valuation sites for pharma and bio companies in the area of oncology and in particular with CAR-T and CDX. With the fact they have 10mil in the bank, the fact they have stated black and white NO PLACING, this company is massively undervalued.
At this point its very likely we are not 8p come November, but not because the company is not worth it. Logically if a placing was due I could see the value in shorting or keeping the SP down for those who are so inclined as a lower SP means more dilution locking in a lower price and makes exiting a short position easier. But emotions aside I cannot think of a better investment opportunity than here, obviously I took advantage of POLX to bank a nice profit but right now its the best bet out there.
Crypto will PROBABLY give better returns if you get the right coin in the very short term, but I am just not touching it, risk of getting wiped out by regulators etc just puts me right off.

Anyway, do I get a little over excited by the prospects here? Yes sure, but likewise its because I have done my homework and I believe in the company, a company which has just taken over a lab facility to manufacture CAR for CAR-T which they plan to commercialise. I am sorry if people get hung up on the fact that it may take years before they sell anything, its irrelevant, there is an intrinsic value in the IP. The company wont sit at 20mil for the next 2 years 11 months and suddenly be valued at 1bn in 3 years time.

In fairness I am probably a little more animated and active than normal because I see people posting time and again "yea, and so what?". Its honestly very frustrating and like banging your head off a brick wall, people just cannot see that Hemo are making massive strides, much stronger than a year ago, yet 1/5th the mCap.

Like I said, irrespective of news or no news the SP is wrong, the mCap is not even remotely close to a fair price.
The SP should have bounced long ago, the fact it has not is no reflection on the company but on the market.
If you dont like the company and dont think its a good investment then by all means find another share or try crypto. I am happy to invest here, happy to hold and add if and when I can. I believe the market at some point will let go and the SP will bounce. I am comfortable holding because the CEO has stated no placing, without dilution to lock in lower prices the pressure is off here. If you dont like Hemogenyx thats fine, good luck finding a better investment.

The fact the SP is RED despite a positive unexpected RNS with no FOMO shows this share is being abused, the mCap bears no resemblance to the Intellectual Property owned by the company nor the work they are doing. You want a catalyst? It could be anything:
CBR - Update is due, we have been promised more details and regular updates which probably means the Patent Application is ready, with winter, fears of lock downs, more deaths etc Covid is as relevant now as its been all year. One good update and we could take off on sentiment plays.
26-Oct-2020 - The current 52 week high gets taken out, who knows maybe the SP IS being held down for a hostile takeover at a cheaper price.
Nothing - Nothing in particular has to happen to be a catalyst for re-rate, the company is significantly undervalued. At some point the SP will bounce, not because of some new breakthrough or vlad pooping gold bars or discovering high gold content in the basement or hitting an oil reserve, but because the SP is wrong.

IMO the company should already be 8p+ which would give the company an mCap of 78mil with ~10m in the bank, so lets call it 70mil. Following the licencing from Eli Lilly of their IP CDX now sits as a complete treatment ready for clinical trials, allowing for massive discount because of its pre-clinical state its probably worth about 70mil all on its own as it stands today. Then you bundle in CAR-T which vlad has stated they will be talking to the FDA about soon + several patents including Hu-PHEC and the monoclonal antibody and 8p seems very cheap.
Clearly Hemo is hated and there are those who would rather beat it down at every opportunity, good RNS or bad, its frustrating and disgusting but Vlad has confirmed NO PLACING so without further dilution any drop is temporary and just a blip, whoever is dumping or shorting cannot keep it up forever. Its gotten so bad despite good news after good news it feels more and more like shorting, well.... Been in plenty of shorted shares in my time eventually something has to give.
