Hi, I am pretty sure it's an aspiration, I would love them to dual list and I know anyone I have spoken to have felt the same way. Technically they can now as they have enough money in the bank but would require a consolidation. Will they? I don't know, that's something we won't know until it happens if it happens.

If they are about to start clinical trials then they will have enough but yes they will spend an awful lot of money very soon.
That said, I think we have to accept we won't see eye to eye, when you say news dragging on and on all I see is for JUST SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T only 12 months ago this week they proved it in the lab, in 12 months they have signed a master agreement with Penn, signed up Mr Tichach and signed up 2 of the 3 producers for the Car treatment required for clinical trials. They have also developed a completely unique blood treatment that works against covid, viruses and cancer. Plus ongoing work with CDX and lupus.... I honest to god cannot get why the market hates them so much and is punishing them so much and for so long. Yes the CLNs were a mistake, but 19mil? Absolutely pathetic and a joke.

CBR is very much a case of trusting vlad, we have no evidence of it working, we know nothing. CDX, we know its Eli and we know Vlad has said talks are going very well, but again trust, because Eli have not made any public statements.
However the US patent Office have granted patents which are obviously hugely significant and valuable. There are a very limited number of targets on bone marrow stem cells, people can doubt all they want about statements vlad has made but the patient is there in black and white, it is valuable and worth an awful lot more than 19mil.
Indeed we will see by November how the market reacts to Hemogenyx but irrespective of the share price Hemogenyx have delivered. Chats with Eli Lilly about which candidate for Lupus, chats with Eli about CDX, working with Penn for clinical trials for CAR-T.

I don't know dates but if you promise not to hold me to it I'll have a guess at 28th October 2021 for CDX licencing agreement with Eli Lilly. My rational is nothing more than as I understand it there is nothing outstanding so it could be signed any day, but likewise there is a sort of official date of 14th October and its Hemogenyx, they just always miss dates, so purely because I think they will miss the 14th I'm adding on 2 weeks. I think that's the deal that should include commitment from Eli, outline of the further patents and pathway to clinical trials. 100-150m+ mCap is a Conservative estimate for that sort of development and that's easily 10p +. However before that there is almost certainly going to be one or more of the following :
Update on CBR
Update on CAR-T, IND application
Update on Lupus candidate
Interviews with Vlad.
Will that update be enough to break through the pressure being applied to hold the sp down? Honestly at this point I don't know, CDX will be big enough, but the rest?
I seriously underestimated the pressure that would be applied to keep this share down. The patents secured recently are easily worth multiples of the mCap, is it just hate, shorters protecting a massive position, some drawn out plan to suppress sp for a hostile takeover at some point when the 12mth high is taken out? Or maybe it is as simple as with 433m new shares not enough investors actually know about hemo and actually appreciate the value?
Whatever the reason, irrespective of what happens next the IP owned exclusively by hemo today is worth alot more than the mCap, its unsustainable. Its like a ming vase at a carboot sale for 99p. The price is just wrong, at some point in the it will rerate.

Yea Haddy like the penguin guy says I don't think you "get" on Hemo, don't see how you can have read the rns when your talking about running out of cash in 6 months yet they have 10mil on hand and burn down of about 3mil a year....
The only way to use that much money inside 1-2 years is to start clinical trials.
Please find me a company with a CAR-T or bi-specific antibody cure for cancer in clinical trials with a pipeline anywhere near as large as Hemogenyx with an mCap for 19mil.
There are similar companies on the Nasdaq just in clinical trials sitting at mCaps of 1Bn. Many many in the 100s of millions.
The sooner hemo dual list the better!

This is not a dig haddy, but did you read the rns yesterday? 10mil in the bank and burn down of about 2-3m per year on average previous few years and with growth likely to grow, but unless they enter clinical trials which is expensive they have more than enough cash, vlad stated as much and it says in the rns they are fully funded for 12mths+
In terms of not moving without big news, yea... The rns yesterday made it clear they have signed up 2 of the 3 producers for the CAR-T clinical trials and expected to complete commercial talks with Eli Lilly soon. The fact the sp is pathetic and the market has beaten hemo mCap into the gutter is almost completely irrelevant to the progress they have made.
The market recently has been a farce, not just hemo but many shares are priced at 100s of millions and should be worth a fraction, then companies like hemo at 19m should be 19 times that. If it was on Nasdaq it would be.
People selling yesterday 11 seconds after 8am when the RNS came out and people were saying market reacted negativity to the rns? Nobody can read an RNS in 11 seconds and set up and complete a sell order.
I don't know if it's pure hate or spite or if people are trying to suppress the SP to allow a cheaper takeover. But the Share Price is wrong, it was never allowed to recover after the CLN fiasco. I know the Eli licencing deal will be enough to finally break through that suppression. I also am extremely confident that it will be signed within the month.

Eli Lilly did NOT turn down CDX which consists of 2 parts, they turned down buying the IP of Hemogenyx pre-clinical. Vlad has made it clear he wants top dollar and you will not get that pre-clinical. Do you REALLY think for the past 6 months Eli would have continued to pay for everything and offer up their facilities to Hemo free of charge if they didnt want CDX? Seriously? Your on the wrong board mate if your going to try and sell that one.
CDX will have multiple targets and Eli are unlikely to want them all, they will licence what is necessary to Hemo to get it to trials, when they prove it works they will either buy the antibodies that they want or they will buy Hemo, either way they get what they want.
I dont expect any money will be paid to Eli, why would they a multi billion pound company want £800k from Hemo? They want rights to buy for cheap when it works, royalties from any third party sales down the line.
Finally, as stated in the half year report YESTERDAY and stated by Vlad very recently they are funded for the next year, there is no placing coming, but again, lets not let "the facts" get in the way of your narrative.

Your spot on Stu! Its madness to expect an increase in value to a pathetic little Pharma like Hemogenyx sitting at an mCap of what? 19mil? on doing a deal with a giant like Eli Lilly with an annual revenue of what? 22Billion?
Why on earth would Eli Lilly agreeing to help take CDX to clinical trials and handing over their Intellectual property to the minuscule Hemogenyx do anything to help the SP?
They have 10mil in the bank so what does that leave? About 9mil? Your spot on, 9mil for IP and a product candidate that Eli Lilly have been jointly working on for 3 years is an absolute rip off! Id pay no more than £20k and even then I will expect it to be gift wrapped with a free bottle of coke!

Also, the fact that its Hemo in licencing from Eli Lilly and not Eli Lilly in licencing from Hemogenyx has nothing to do with whether or not CDX works or if they want it or not, its all about PR, risk management, achieving full value and basic practicality. There are so many issues that are just much simpler if the IP gets packaged together with Hemogenyx which should be obvious to most. IMO DYOR and feel free to invest elsewhere because this clearly is not for you :-)

Don't sweat it, i think we all know that communication from hemo last year was awful, especially around the area of timelines, cdx and Eli Lilly. Your not alone in the confusion which just goes to emphasise the PR issues.
But the last few RNS's have demonstrated a significant improvement, the touch of Dr Walts is evident.

This has been proven time and time again, I really dont know why the identity of Global Co is still being debated.

1, Global Co ARE Eli Lilly, its in the RNS for lupus, either they lied or its Eli Lilly but they have never given permission to be named, that was a mistake when they told us as it was unauthorised but its done.
2, The 6months was from the point Hemo decided to take the option to in licence which is 14th April, again irrelevant, could come tomorrow or could be after the 14th.
3, Yes I appreciate the honesty, you want it cheaper to buy in, I want it more expensive to buy in. We cant both be happy :P I do prefer the honesty over others who dishonest so thank you for that.

All that aside, I feel today caught some traders out who did not expect the RNS as it came, the twitter traffic and podcast etc I believe have started to highlight the obvious opportunity here, yes pharma is high risk but nothing priced in, very cheap mCap and whilst people may say nothing is near term I disagree there is plenty due very soon. Risk v Reward is very much on the reward side with confirmation of funding for foreseeable future so no risk of placing any time soon. Unless your making a clean fortune elsewhere really see little point in not buying now but to each their own. Gets a point where enough people realise this is a bargain and supply and demand will cause a re-rate. Everything in todays RNS was positive and as it sinks in people will realise that, buys outweigh sells and yet SP is still red? 10mil in bank so valuation is 9mil? Please.

RNS was clear 6 months from the point they DECIDE to take the option to licence which was 14th. That said they could sign tomorrow or they could find a typo and have to make adjustments and not be ready to sign until the 16th, they have been working together for YEARS, when its ready its ready and will be signed, before the 14th or after, irrelevant, the absolute confidence expressed in todays RNS should leave people in no doubt that they are working closely hand in hand on the assumption that the licencing deal is all but certain.

Sorry Eleven SECONDS past 8am, I dont even think the RNS was out by that point when they started selling.

Mr India, I 100% get the frustration, but you only have to look at the trading behaviour of late on an RNS or any sort of rise, SP spiked then once SP stabilised the selling started, big blocks to move the SP red then just enough to keep it red. Force the SP down early let the holders get frustrated and do the rest of the work. This morning , and yesterday you had that big block sells out the door to get the SP red, then investors like yourself get frustrated and its a self fulfilling prophecy.

There are a few issues:
There are traders who HATE Hemogenyx and Vlad and would rather make a few quid trading down hemo than lots of money elsewhere.
Hemogenyx rarely release updates.
When they do release updates its almost always at a predictable time 7am or after 2pm.
They make it easy for traders to trade and hurt the SP.
I have made these comments to Hemo and it looks like they have listened, they released RNS when it was ready at 8am and not scheduling it for 7am to let the traders profit, they have committed to regular updates in today's RNS making it more risky for traders who to date have expected long periods of silence.
Just remember the selling was ELEVEN minutes past 8am, the fall had nothing to do with the RNS, the traders were always going to sell, they just wanted the RNS to spike the SP first so they could profit then they would force it back down again.

God MrIndia your hard work, you base your entire opinion on the SP and nothing else.
The RNS landed at 8am, ELEVEN SECONDS LATER the Trader started dumping, do you really think they had a chance to read and react to the RNS? Had RNS landed at 7am they might have held off to let the SP spike then dump and crash the SP back down.
If the SP was blue right now you would be saying how good the RNS is only to moan about it later when the trader dumped, talk about a puppet your strings are being pulled.

Irrespective of the SP is the RNS Good? Yes, its very good, people have not had a chance to read and take a position so getting upset about the SP when the only one to have moved their pieces is a trader who moved before the cards were dealt is pointless.

Patience grasshopper. It can come at anytime today, too many traders rely on 7am. If you are holding as an investment an hr or so should make little difference.

First off it could come today, I believe they wanted to release it as soon as it was ready and the 30th is more of a backstop than a target so today is still possible.
Its also not an AGM, that was earlier in the year, this is an interim report so we can look at past few years to see the expected content. To begin the financials, it will cover to the 30th June 2021 and almost 100% will show a loss as expected with an R&D small pharma like Hemo. There may be some income from collaborations using humanised mice but nothing big. For sure some people will come and complain about how much Vlad got paid or how much was spent on T-Shirts or something but its irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, what would be interesting would be a massive burn down on cash from the placing as that would denote a significant investment into clinical trials and demonstrate more progress than expected.

The key parts will be the chairmans statement and forward looking progress update. Looking at the current mCap of 19mil its fair to say nothing of any significance is priced in. The market appears to have written off CDX and any sort of deal with Global Co, it also has by all accounts written off CAR-T and CBR as its priced at less than it was when it just started, literally nothing is priced in. Whilst this is very unfair given the work done its also not completely unjustified. Vlad has failed to release any sort of official (Non-podcast) update since the CLNs were taken out, looking at the official announcements only via the RNS's issued.
Last year Sir Marc said the company was on track to complete the collaboration which they did at the start of the year. The update stated things like CAR-T was being advanced though pre-clinical development and trying to develop a novel treatment for Covid-19.
If we were still sitting at 50mil Mcap as we were last year I would be less optimistic but given we are less than half that with nothing expected or priced in I feel any sort of positive update on CDX - IE a licencing deal expected soon or progress on CAR-T, basically any sort of positive update will be a reality check that the company is stronger than it was 12 months ago, more cash in the bank but yet sitting at a fraction of the mCap and Share Price of a year ago.
