And finally Dan, totally agree... The fact he chose to go with a few big investors over an open offer at huge discount was a bloody disgrace. People were offering to take part in a placing from the very start not just me but many visitors to this board, from 9p people were ringing up willing to take part in a placing at 7p,6p,5p... They kept delaying, always issues or complications. Always vlad wanting to keep all the cash. The instead of cancelling the clns ASAP when it because obvious they were toxic he wanted his cake and eat it too.
The size of the placing was the biggest issue, they had to do a prospectus to allow it to be possible which delayed things.
They did it the worst possible way and ended up gifting someone or some people millions of shares at a rediclous discount. To be clear, at the time, even though I took part I thought 1.5p was mad it should have been 1.9p at the lowest, the correct discount for the clns being converted at that point.
I wish Vlad had stayed in the lab and left the business side to others but what's done is done. He has now brought in an experienced advisor after the horse has bolted. Damage is done, but none of this changes the fact the science IS good, licencing deal with Global Co is due now, CAR-T is close to clinical trials and an update on CBR could land any day. 2 sides of hemo, its possible to dislike some of it and still be pro hemo.

Your wrong and if you had read what I had written would have seen I said they dumped, forward sold the placing shares BEFORE they were listed so they didn't have to Tr1. For the record Tuan, Yes I took part in the placing and I encouraged as many as possible LTH'ers to ring up peterhouse also to register so we could all take part, many did. HOWEVER most of the placing went to just a couple of really big investors who had said they wanted to hold long term and in the end lied and sold before the shares were even listed. Yet again Vlad trusted someone offering cash and got screwed, had they not they would have had to do a TR1 and decided instead to screw over LTH'ers.

As for your 1 pound party, seriously get a grip go back in Pumpkins posts, she was the one organising the thing and ramping away last year, but yet again you work away and rewrite history.
As for me selling ONCE LAST YEAR, I sold slowly to not hurt the SP and I didnt say a word on here when I did I suspect others would have followed AFTER I had already sold and followed suit which would have hurt the SP, something that would have benefited me as I bought in shortly after. Vlad has screwed up several times, he screwed up taking the CLNs, he screwed up with the wording of the CDX update, he screwed up with the cancellation of the CLNs. But all your trash talking cannot stop the science, CDX talks are ongoing with Global Co, CBR IS real and will edventually be disclosed, CAR-T will make it to clinical trials, I can wait, but I dont think I will have to wait long.

I am sorry but your wrong, you have been posting here for well over a year, last year it was a constant running commentary on your trading behaviour, but only when you sold. You would post what you sold for and state matter of a fact you would buy in cheaper when it fell. That is nothing to do with calling out rampers.
And time and again you like to post about how Vlad got money for Covid research and allege that he did nothing with it, despite the fact as many many people have pointed out CBR IS a real project and details will be provided when patent application has been made, yet listening to you its all a big fraud. Either its all lies and they are not working on Covid and your right in which case what on earth are you doing here? Take your paper loss and run for the hills before they get shut down. Or they are telling the truth, which as a regulated publicly listed company I suspect is more likely, and they have spent the money well and it will be worth waiting for when details are released.

As for traders wanting to buy a bit cheaper? Well why dont I see you posting that in other shares where you are a holder, do you only want to buy Hemo?

You seem to live in a fantasy world where there are no consequences for negative behaviour on these forums, the reality is deramping and trashing a company does hurt. A negative campaign of shorting, de-ramping, dumping does drive the SP down, that makes it much harder for companies to raise cash and leads to scenarios like we saw last year with the CLNs. It means more dilution when the CLNs were converted, I dont think you had very much impact personally compared to others but you certainly didnt help.

Vlad and his poor financing decision and failure to act fast to shut it down with the added Global Co RNS is the biggest problem here, but it was made many times worse by the activities of traders who profited by forcing the SP down.

End of the day you either believe in the company and want it to do well in which case why the constant negativity? The success of the company is linked to the SP and its ability to raise funds or negotiate good deals. Vlad went for the massive 60mil CLN option as a bargaining chip because at the time he certainly didn't have the mCap to brag about. If you really are not trading and are sitting on a paper loss then you should want the company to do well, in which case coming out with statements about mint selling 250k or vlad stealing the Covid funds whilst completely wrong are also not going to do anything to help the company recover (probably wont hurt as people know they are false, but still unhelpful)

What?? A sensible post from pumpkin? Not one single poster has approved of the recent placing or funding debacle. Of course the funding gave traders an opening to trash hemo. However there are many shares where in spite of placing etc the investor pool just does not dedicate week after week, month after month trashing the company. Pumpkin, your in several shares, can you honestly say you dedicate any where near the same amount of time trashing any other share as you have hemo?

@seible, no not based on any feedback just observation, he has pretty much said in clear terms that they have the companies lined up for the multiple parts of the CAR-T, and they are big names that we will recognise. In my opinion that's significant and having signed up companies they should be RNSing as they go. But in the absence of any RNS its clear he wants everything done and ready to go before releasing any RNS. Like you I don't like this approach as the quiet time we have experienced in the past few weeks has just given free rein to the traders. But yes then again atleast we know the RNS is very likely to be major and should lead to an immediate rerate.

I would say happy campers but that is probably inaccurate!
On the left we have the investors and share holders who are peeved that the SP dipped below 2p
On the right we have the traders and shorters who have thrown everything at it to get it below 2p the last few days and are peeved its holding 2p so well.

At least the MMs are happy, they are getting both camps upset and collecting plenty of shares in the process!

Well Vlad has apparently made up his mind, he has decided not to drip feed developments as they happen and it looks like he will be going for the mammoth RNS approach with CAR-T when its ready. Like everyone else I would much rather frequent updates as and when things happen but he is stubborn. We are all just going to have to be patient, it will come, could be today, could be weeks. Only firm dates we have are the end of the 6mth licencing period for CDX and the previous update on CAR-T which said IND application aiming for September.
There are a couple of truly unknowns also in play, CBR will be disclosed with the patent application, it could still be weeks or months away but likewise it could be much sooner, we just do not know, after Christmas or 2pm today, either is possible.

All thats clear is that traders are playing on this share and despite their best efforts to drag the SP back to the 1.8-1.9p range it has not happened. If you want to trade, by all means work away, not even engaging in the trolls on here, just dont lie and work away. I think that the recent big buys have probably taken out a few of the traders who hoped to dump and crash the SP to buy back in again and it didnt happen. I am sure some will trade right to the end, some will get lucky and be in when news drops and some will be out, thats life. Some of the traders however are probably building a LT hold waiting for news, there is even chat on twitter is that Badger has been buying in which says alot!

Be interesting to see if there is another 2.1m buy reported later on today, they are all at the same price which is really odd? Big order agreed up front split into blocks? Feels like MM's keep marking it down to keep people selling but holding it above 2p to discourage too much buying, IMO order filling going on but who knows!
My money is on Badger, he talked Hemo down for ages, but he knew he was onto a winner here, he could end up with a TR1 if he keeps going like this.

Update on CDX naming the Global Co and outlining the support they will provide in taking it through clinical trials. Probably along side details of various patent applications.

Update on CAR-T, its due to have an IND application lodged, part of this is details of manufacturing, so expect details of the pharmas chosen for the virus/Car manufacturing stages.

CBR update probably at some point, apart from that, god only knows.

SP is low because a 1p warrant holder has been dumping shares for months, that has been a slow and painful process because the lack of volume or liquidity in this share means they can only dump a few blocks of 100-200k per day at present. Knowledge of that puts people off buying which hurts the SP. The shares are traded on Aquis at present and although more brokers are adding this share until recently very few brokers would let you, I believe AJ Bell added them last week? IG dot com still dont offer Love Hemp and as for all those free trade apps like 212 or free trade? Forget it you cannot buy. More people who buy, better the liquidity the higher the SP goes, and the warrants can be flushed out all the quicker and with sellers out the SP will bounce significantly.

Digittt I agree with you that upfront cash for CDX is unlikely. Does not make the upcoming licencing agreement any less significant though.
IMO its a licencing agreement whereby Hemo license the IP from Eli Lilly. This unlocks and allows them to file multiple patent applications immediately, imo they package multiple patents based on the targeted condition, ie a patent application for AML, one for All, one for Lupus etc... With moving forward Eli select one or more conditions to pursue and take forward with hemo, AML probably and together they take it through clinical trials with Eli funding the studies. That leaves hemo free to speak to other parties and potentially sell or keep themselves some treatments, obviously with Eli getting a reasonable cut of any future revenue. Along side this initial licensing and patent applications I think there is a good chance of an IND application. This is MY opinion and theory of what happens with CDX, some summising, some guessing, and will be curious to see how close to the mark I get.
Thats only CDX, CAR-T is also due any time, by all accounts there is already RNS worthy advances but Hemo being Hemo they will save everything for one big RNS.
Anyway all that is irrelevant looks like Badger changed his tune and bought back in so we should be in for a good week!

The shares being dumped are from warrants I am 99% sure. So they will buy the shares from Love Hemp at 1p and are selling to the MM, currently north of 2p for a 100% profit. Whilst there is nothing to prevent the sp going 1p or lower it would be absolutely ******ed for a warrant holder to sell for 0.9p and buy it back from Love Hemp at 1p. They also have to pay a brokers commission, then there is the time/effort/administration. As you approach 1p it becomes less worthwhile to sell.
Is it worthwhile to them to sell at 2p? Yes. 1.5p? Probably. 1.1p? I'd say not.
So long answer short, I find it incredibly unlikely we get anywhere near 1p,either the warrants run out or they stop as sp drops to let price recover as they are not stupid and don't want to give them away for zero profit.

I know, it's like short selling but I guess it's not as bad because they have the guarantee of the shares in paper format so there is zero chance of not being able to settle the balance.
Also worth noting here, I blame myself for not picking up on the warrants before buying in, but really you can't blame the warrant holders for selling, they would be stupid to let them expire and not take the zero risk 200% profit.
Finally, they were issued in several chunks, IMO not all will be converted and dumped, some holders are going to hold for the higer prices we all know are coming.

On 14 April 2021 notifications from warrant holders to exercise warrants over 10,100,000 which brings it close to the 132M figure quoted, I THINK there are more 1p warrants that were created technically by way of the share division in the 10 for 1 split that occured a while ago and the corresponding difference would tie into the disparity here.

Then on 17 May 2021 notifications from warrant holders to exercise warrants over 34,814,285 shares, I cannot see this has been factored into the figure at all so I suspect the website is off by 35mil or so shares. Since then we are 3 months from the last exercise, warrant holders dont convert then sell, they sell then convert. If they converted 100m warrants into shares THEN went on to sell the SP would tank the second the RNS landed and they run the risk of being stuck trying to clear the shares for years. Added to which you would have to TR1 your holding at that size. I would say there is every likelyhood that these recent share sells have been warrants, starting many months ago, all forward selling and all with zero risk or cost to the warrant holder who has pocketed minimum 1.2p per share sold pure profit.

Between 14th April and 17th May it looks like they were able to forward sell 34m shares, and if you look at the charts the volume that month was insane, its no wonder they took advantage of the hype, the media attention and focus and cleared so many. Since then volume is down and as a result SP has been dropping with the selling, but once they started there is zero indication that they stopped.

I think the figure on the website should be 97,320,600 and then from that we should deduct all the forward sold but as of yet un-exercised warrant shares. Did they manage to keep dumping 30m a month? 25m a month?

I think they are done, either for good or just for now, should be a notification for warrant exercise in the coming day and its either going to be all or a significant chunk of the outstanding 1p warrants.

The seller had at one point 100m+ warrants for 1p all with an expiry date, personally surprised they have not finished yet but i guess its hard to weed out the warrant sells from traders who have run out of patience. Its probably safe to assume most are gone, ideally we would want them all gone before significant news such as Amazon listing or Main Market listing but if the numbers are low enough they will be fine. Personally I wish they would just rip off the band-aid, dump what they have remaining and let us move up. Really just wish there was a way to know exactly how many remain to be forward sold.

Vlads pretty much cast iron statement about funding and no risk of further dilution gives me the confidence to sit back and wait. Its amazing weather and spending most of the summer with my kids not watching L2 atall now.
People want to waste their time trash talking on here work away, i just don't care. This share is going to multi bag one day, and that day is coming soon. If you disagree, I don't care, sell and move on, this is the easiest hold in my portfolio, not a question of if, just when.
