Last years ACTUAL AGM was very much a non-event, behind closed doors, nothing to see. However it tends to be a period in the year that attracts news, things seem to move and get done either just before or just after. That said there was a GM the start of the year where they trialled a new platform so it was virtual, I strongly recommend people attend if they can, if the AGM is going to be like that GM, Vlad was very open, forthcoming and there was alot of information and updates provided. Granted one of the things he said was he was confident that Mint would not completely shaft us by converting and Dumping the CLNs soo.... yea :'-D pinch of salt. That said it was clear Vlad believed it when he said it and he did say technically it was possible he just did not believe they would. If you attend you will hopefully get a chance to see Vlad talk about progress live and answer questions on the spot. Your investing in the man, might aswell hear what he has to say

Panic is over with the CLNs gone, the trend is upwards with the SP in spite of today and yesterday, churning higher.
AGM is next week, last year there was alot of significant developments around this period, lets wait and let the red dot do the speaking :-)

welcome onboard, its very quiet atm, they are cash loaded for PR and manufacturing so expect it to heat up at some point. A real bargain atm when compared to most CBD shares but still very undervalued and not really peaked alot of interest, that should change as news lands, in particular move to main market which will make it much easier to trade.

Pretty sure you have used £30k down in the past yet the SP keeps changing and you are always £30k down. I also remember you saying you were waiting for 1.5p before investing. Anyway, people have a choice, listen to the CEO who calls this fall in SP a blip that will recover and has the power to actually do something about it. OR listen to people who spend their days deramping a share they are supposedly invested in and down £30k and want the SP to fall so they lose more money? Yep, sure.. Ok... Yea..

Re Placing, seriously? Like this is the oldest fallback tool in the deramping handbook, IF vlad wanted an extra few million he would have kept the entire CLN funding and not handed some of it back, he handed back 1.6million that he did not need to as there was more than enough interest, so please tell me why he would hand back £1.6mil just to go and raise a month later?

One of the resolutions in the AGM authorises a future placing if required, but again its like £2mil, whoopie doo.... Seriously guys must try harder. Why not try the "vlad is sick" line again, or perhaps "Mint still shorting".

Pumping for a placing - Well no, they cannot place for a while without a new prospectus or AGM, even then they recently secured £9m it will last more than a few weeks. If they do want to place later in the year its in the AGM agenda to approve a raise of something like 2mil, whoopie do. Also sorry but WHO exactly is ramping? Can someone point me towards a single tweet or anything by vlad or anyone on the BoD recently? If vlad is pumping this stock he is doing a god awful job because I have seen no PR, he is working in a lab and not worrying about the SP.
Competition with Pfizer - What? Hemo have secured the patent, Global Co are STILL working with Hemo on the plan for clinical trials.
Sad that a little army of derampers always like to turn up any time we are doing well.

This is a substantial rise for Hemo, we have not seen this size of a rise since the CLNs started, its nice to log off knowing that Mint are not around to sell into the rise any more. Placees seem to have flipped at much lower prices also. We are left with the traders who just want their 5-10%, feels like a breath of fresh air :-)

Hemo does not leak, they just keep delivering in the labs. Before Christmas this company was worth £50mil and its now less than half of that thanks to months of CLNs. The CLNs are gone and investors are starting to return. Its a recovery play and people know it. News or no news this is going to bounce back, the current MCap does not price in the current science or the new developments such as CBR.

CDX - Is on a clock, Hemo are in-licencing from GlobalCo, the structure of that licencing agreement will detail GlobalCo's ongoing commitment and will likely make it clear what they get out of it at the end, IE first refusal or may even include a figure what they are willing to pay IF its successful at clinical trials. This could come any time, they started negotiating with GlobalCo in January, Hemo officially took the option to licence in April, we are now in June....
CAR-T - They have contracted someone to organise the raw materials for clinical trials and to draw up the IND application including clinical trial plain. This started months ago, he is a contractor, sooner he gets finished the sooner he gets paid, this could happen any time. Likely to be an IND application next.
CBR / Stealth Project - We have had name drops from another company, alot of excitement from everyone but there is no protection in place so there is zero detailed updates on this likely until its ready. Its part of the defence against disease-x so it could very well have government or defence connections, we just do not know what is going on here or when we will hear.
Hu-PHEC - In talks with various parties RE the cell bank, could come tomorrow, could be end of the year, we dont know.
J&J Collaboration - awaiting news on new agreement here, could be licencing agreement, no idea could take days/weeks/months.
Eli Lilly Lupus update - No updates in ages, big pharma move slow, update could come tomorrow, weeks, months.

Rock bottom prices also make for big opportunities for whale investors who can swoop in and harvest up the shares, while not "news" or linked to the science if this happens or has been happening, yet again you see a serious boost to investor confidence.

When is news coming? No idea, could be today, could be next week, could be after the AGM. Bottom line is the company is an absolute gift at this price, do your own research, there is plenty available to read.

Not a leak, just crazy cheap share price and the MMs know it, They had £millions worth of shares at 1.75p and they are running dry. For what its worth you can sell 5.5million shares in a live quote for over 2p per share. If that does not say big background buy order at around 2.05p then I dont know what does......
All that aside TMS reach apparently are organising to do an interview and they are waiting for news before doing it so... yea do the maths....

The rumour was pure BS and likely one of our regular derampers created an account just to spread false rumors. Indeed I did ring up rather than engaging in pointless spam on here, confirmed my suspicion that there was no truth in it whatsoever.

We are not operating in a vacuum so its possible to look for comparable companies with comparable CAR-T offerings, we can look at the market to see the number of chemotherapy patients that could be treated with CDX for bone marrow conditioning etc.
IMO by 12-18months ATLEAST 2 candidates will be in clinical stage trials. Current mCap has no reflection on actual pipeline.

Can you take a few moments please pumpkin to explain what you value Hemogenyx at and how you arrive at that valuation?
Forgetting the current SP, based on the pipeline of treatments, the currently protected IP we know about, the similarity to other pharmas in the same space and their mCaps. Predicted timelines that have been communicated to us and likelyhood of success or failure, what exactly do you believe Hemogenyx is worth?

My £1.80 was and is based on the science, it was pre dilution so you have to scale for that and its now out of date given the scope of the CDX licence and the potential from CBR.

Can we have a vote? How many people give a flying fudge about how many shares Pumpkin holds in another company?

Agree, this is not really a speculative punt, the company is turning over a lot of weed, they are bringing in a very decent profit margin, they have the experience, funding and exposure and are growing quickly. Undervalued is not the word, its a crazy bargain right now, the new appointments are very encouraging, happier now to give them some breathing room :-)
