Bo, if your checking for updates regurarly and watching the market you should be able to react fast enough, fact is RIGHT NOW the free float is massive, it does take time to get shares into sticky hands. Waiting to next week to see if what I said is right is not a huge risk if your willing to pay a small premium if necessary. good luck!

And on that point, many people bought at 1.7p, its a little higher than 1.5p but seriously not alot, at this point the placings shares are not a massive kick in the teeth away from what you could buy on the open market so pointless to treat placee's any different to joe bloggs at this point. Placees may trade but so may tom, dorathy and harry.

@B009 I think the point you are missing is I have already had that chat, did I want to pay for the shares or sell some of them when the RNS was released. The broker I use is happy to sell the shares right now and has handled alot of these Placing shares for Hemogenyx. Various people have made fair comments about an overnight on paper change in the mCap, and there may well be dilution in 6-12months, or not, we dont know. But so many people seem to be under the illusion that these shares are not already being traded, I am almost certain that some of the new placing shares have been forward sold, how many? God knows, but the people holding them are not waiting to next week just so they are not accused of forward selling, the ones wanting to sell probably instructed their broker what to do the day before. As for how many have been sold? looks like any that were going to be sold have already been sold. Some were happy to bag 1.5->1.75 and they are gone. There may be more willing to sell for 2p so that could be another overhang to clear. Then there may be some who want to bag 100% so start selling some at 3p so yet again another potential overhang. I am not saying people wont sell, I am saying the first round of selling on day 1 is done and the actual listing date is kind of irrelevant in terms of people selling. It may be having an impact and dissuading some from buying until that date, but so be it if thats the case, its not long to wait and if it gives people some comfort then thats fair enough.

Dan, that's fair, but likewise we went from a what 30+mil mCap to 10mil in a short space of time despite being even closer to clinical trials and having 10mil cash in bank. So LTH'ers don't see going to 19mil as a jump, just a partial recovery with a long way to go. But no immediate pressure now, with the conversions gone we can recover slowly.

CDX - Hemo are still working with Global Co who dont want to licence until clinical proof, basically a delay.
CAR-T - This is going very well, Penn are taking it to clinical trials, they have contracted some dude with a funny name to co-ordinate the next steps, arrange manufacture of the patient specific cells, they are preparing for IND application etc. Very promising.
Hu-PHEC been very quiet, no idea.
CBR - There is a stealth startup subsidiary company vlad has set up but he changed the name quickly to hide it, they are also working with a research group on it. The BoD are very excited about it but refuse to give any details because its sensitive :-(

Yesterdays placing - Several big buyers are expected so we are hoping for TR-1(s)sometime after the shares are officially listed next week. There has been some flipping of the placing shares, but massive volume yesterday and a shift up today would indicate anyone who wanted to flip already has done so, we will now have the 10-20%er traders each time we move up to deal with but apart from that should be ok.
PR- Expecting an interview this week, not confirmed but hopefully
I heard one other rumour which came from a few investors, it was interesting but not something I am prepared to share at this point, its interesting but not something I think will have a serious impact on the SP so nothing to start asking about.

Hey Steevey, this is worth a listen, it was before the SP totally tanked but its all relevant, in the podcast you can hear Dr Sandler confirming that they were working on a plan to remove Mint. They have done that but it took longer than expected and with more dilution than we would like but its evidence that he was being truthful when he spoke.

But likewise vlad may be so risk adverse now of raising funds he may well decide to licence for cash or sell something just to avoid another Mint fiasco, we just dont know what happens 6 months down the line.

Pingu said the CLN fiasco was over and they are funded for the forseeable, nothing more nothing less yet having not posted for ages you pounced on him. Anyway this is all really really stupid pointless discussions, there wont be a take over, vlad is not leaving to start Hemo2, they are not planning a consolidation and elvis is really dead.

Yes the situation seems stupid, but thats the rules, they have to offer 15p, shareholders dont have to accept and they could just remain shareholders at 30%. Yes Dan, correct, although 150mil is still a very cheap deal for the multiple pipelines, look at some comparable CAR-T companies, and we have CDX, CBR, HuPHEC etc aswell.
Consolidation would imply that vlad was happy with the SP or thought it was a realistic price and expected it to stay low, I assure you that is not the case, the board will have zero plans to consolidate the shares just to make the company cheaper for a potential hostile takeover.

The fact there are more shares in circulation is irrelevant, takeover rules dont account for dilution. IF the company was sold then once the company doing the takeover hits 30% they have to offer to buy out 100% of the stock at a minimum of the lowest traded price of the company in the last 12 months. Honestly I would be more worried about him being knocked down by a bus or something, last year with covid spiking I did wonder what would happen if he had got sick and not pulled through, I was glad to see him vaccinated. A single point of failure is a genuine concern, its good that as time goes on the team grows and with him delegating more responsibility the company becomes a more secure investment. The work with GlobalCo, Penn and J&J provide excellent stability IMO, because while Vlad was key in getting there, they are doing the work, Vlad is not essential, he wont be doing the Clinical trials. He can focus on CBR and let the big pharma do the final stages.
