1, Eli Lilly have an active collaboration with Hemo for an undisclosed project for Lupus and other auto immune diseases. They have not named this project and details are sketchy, however Eli are happy to be named as the partner. They have worked with Hemo on the ApbHC mice and its widely believed they are GlobalCo working with Hemo on CDX.
2, The initial development agreement for Lupus says GlobalCo cannot be named but its the same Global Co they are working with in regards to CDX. A follow up RNS with regards to this Lupus development agreement states the name as Eli Lilly. As far as I am aware it is Eli Lilly but even though its clear as day, technically Eli Lilly have never agreed to a variation to the development agreement for CDX so they just cannot come out and say its them.

In the AGM vlad did talk about the CDX Global Co and stated they have an army of people working on the licencing agreement, he mentioned lawyers, Intellectual property experts, scientists and doctors. The licencing agreement that is coming will be big and its my understanding it wont be a simple "Hemogenyx will inlicencing Eli IP for a cost of £900k payable in share equity". Its going to cover everything from now through clinical trials and how Eli still get first refusal to licence at the end. Its taking time but its happening, just got to be patient and accept that its moving at pharma speed.

No you understand me correctly however that said I am sceptical that all 8 market makers would really all hold 5%.... Someone like PEEL and MREX I think probably do hold 3-5% but they are massive, some of the others are much smaller and I just dont believe they will all hold 50mil shares, maybe they do? I have been asking and did some googling to try and find out but brick wall came up.

Now 8, looks like an additional MM MREX joined us yesterday or maybe Monday, this is alot of Market Makers for a small mCap like hemo. 7 already looked to be more than most companies have.

Yes, 5% each, no market makers don't sell down their stock at the end of every day... Who exactly would they sell too? They are the ones who provide the market for day traders to sell too.... If there was bad news that crashed the sp they would look after themselves don't worry. They would much rather have a solid float to sell to the market when good news lands.
For sure though the behaviour of late makes alot more sense. The other MMs did all they could to hold down the sp and induce a sell off. There was every indication of a big whale loading recently, assumed it would be a very large buy at some point reported days later. A new MM is the same thing except without the clarity of size of the buy.

I asked someone who knows a hell of a lot more than I about the significance of the new Market Maker, in particular how much stock they like to hold. His response was about 5%. So we are talking about an accumulation of around 50 million shares over the last week or so. All those accusations of MM games, all those days of NT to buy, the SP being dragged back down, UT's marking it up as red? Mates helping a fellow MM get into the game with cheap shares which they will now start using to trade, this also is not their usual field, so to take on Hemo they must see a good opportunity for them to profit.

When did we pick up Marex? Looks to be past few days, I have not been watching L2 recently so may have been yesterday?
Certainly explains the effort to hold the SP down last week or so to let the new MM accumulate a position prior to officially listing.

Not just Hemo, most shares I have on my watch list have zero posts today and I dont think they were active over the weekend. The market is dead right now, feels like everyone is in a cash position. Its frustrating that Hemo is sitting at a pathetic mCap despite the proximity to clinical trials, but it is what it is. Vlad has confirmed no more placing is likely any time soon so SP is less important right now without risk of dilution. That said the chartists love Hemo right now, lots of technical terms getting thrown about that area all bullish, and even without that we are due news, its been a long time since the last actual development.

Oh! One final thing... It would not be vlad without a phone call, we did have one! We also had them starting the presentation with the wrong powerpoint presentation which had to be switched out! :-D Guess they didnt bother with a dry run.

Funding situation is excellent, made it clear no need to fund raise any time soon
CAR-T - Did not want to commit to timescale but made it clear he believes it will be first in clinical trials in the near future.
CDX - Basically said Global co have alot of manpower, Lawyers, scientists, Intellectual Property experts working on the licencing agreement to cover pre-clinical, the clinical trials themselves and protections and licensing on the clinical candidate. They are going to test on AML first but provided that goes well the aim is to widen the scope to cover a massive list of indications requiring bone marrow transplant, IE a replacement for Chemotherapy.
CBR - they have repeated the results in the lab, it works, but they are holding off publishing anything until the IP is protected because its so novel and at this time no known competition.
One slide for Summary says in relation to mice: "represent an immediate income source for the company"
Only spent 6.15m in the lifetime of the company.
Several patents filed for CDX, we only know of one that has been granted.

So thats it, All positive, nothing negative, he deliberately and efficiently avoided answering anything with a time frame or date, we have zero idea when anything will land, makes it more exciting :-)

Hoping for a good positive update in the AGM, nothing that would require an RNS but he can indicate how far along things are, not everything has to come in an RNS. Healthy blue finish then the RNS;s in the coming weeks.

He cannot, or rather SHOULD not reveal anything that would be deemed inside information... But Vlad is vlad, he will be either very obviously happy and excited or looking glum and down when providing an update.
If it goes like the GM from the start of the year... And he again answers the live questions as before as they are read? That could be good, he went wayyyyy off topic last time. Be fantastic to get a sense of timescale regarding clinical trials for CAR-T and any sort of additional information on CBR, anything would be good.

The MMs sat pretty much all morning on NT for 50k, just refusing to go above 2.5p. When it did they dragged it back down again. They have kept it red as much as possible and tried to make as many trades as possible look like sells. Slowly climbing for days, they either want to accumulate more stock or they are order filling, god knows which, but without serious sustained buying its very hard to fight the MMs. When they are done and want to sell you will suddenly see the SP shooting up again, everything blue, sells reported as buys and up we move. Good news is its 2 steps forward 1 step back, the trend is up, the charts say up, and the pathetic mCap says up, just have to take the one step back every now and then.
