:'-D yea I didn't think that one out. I still have alot more in hemo than love hemp though, not sold any hemo. Just cannot be bothered with that board anymore, hemo has attracted some of the worst kind of investors, thankfully most of them are idiots and investing in Aquis listed shares is too much effort for them!

Investors are not selling, well some may be, but the vast majority of sells are forward sold shares from warrant holders at 1p. Every share they are selling for 2.9p they can buy directly from the company at 1p.... at 1.9p profit per share. They started with over 100million warrants for 1p shares and having sold most above 3p they will walk away at the end with around 2mil profit and zero risk. Why sell so many and depress the SP? Well they would have to sell them at some point, they have expiry dates and with that many warrants you need to take a long time to release them to the market to avoid crashing the SP. Various people have tried to calculate the volumes sold by warrant holders to date and its tricky but I have seen elsewhere that as you approach the end of the warrants, the last 10-20% or so, when your already heavily in profit they will accelerate and be willing to sell for alot less just to get finished and clear of the time consuming process. This is what we have seen recently, the SP was pinned well above 3p for a very long time, block sells were done slowly to avoid crashing the sp below 3p, its only my estimate but I THINK we are approaching the end, maybe another few weeks.

I dont think the number of outstanding warrants is up to date or completely accurate, there have been 2 large conversions declared since and there is a huge volume of forward selling going on as we speak so I would be very surprised if the remaining outstanding 1p warrants is even a quarter of that.

Pumpkin see your off cross ramping on Hemogenyx again, why on earth would someone pick ABDX over HEMO to invest? Yet ANOTHER covid test.... whoopie do! It works!! WOW!!! sensitivity of 97.58% and specificity of 99.59%!!! AMAZEBALLS!!! How many covid tests are there now? Apart from the fact that the government appears to have zero intention of giving contracts to British manufacturers unless they are drinking buddies with the government the fact is competition is massive. We are looking at a company here with a 41 Million mCap vs Hemogenyx which is 20 Million....
Lets be clear they manufacture a products and provide services, look at https://www.abingdonhealth.com/products/ and you can see they look like a good company and they have a very nice looking website. But everything about the service they provide incurs overheads and costs, they want to supply a test they have to manufacture that test, they need to sample batches, they need alot of staff, there is shipping costs, insurance, export tax, raw materials, wastage. We know exactly what they are doing and its unlikely their performance will significantly change in the immediate future.
Compare that to hemogenyx, HALF the mCap yet in very confidential talks with Eli Lilly over licencing of CDX, they have contracted people to complete IND application for CAR-T and will likely begin clinical trials later this year. No CAR-T treatment has been sold or licenced for less than Hemos mCap, they could sell their CDX patent for tens of millions if they wanted too and will licence when proven for multiples of the mCap. They dont have to manufacture anything, its not about profit per unit, when they actually licence or get taken over it will be for massive numbers, many multiples of the mCap, Multi bagging at Hemo is extremely likely we just dont know when, could be next week, could be a few months. Bagging here when mCap is already 40mil and with a very real ceiling because of limits on manufacturing capacity and potential contracts is just never going to happen. But you carry on cross ramping on Hemo all you want.

Same shares different exchange, they could even be listed on both (They wont but they could dual list say NASDAQ).
Imagine your selling your house though gumtree, decide its not working for you so list your house on purple bricks, same idea.

As Vlad has made it abundantly clear, Hemo are approaching clinical trials for CAR-T and they have made excellent progress which has been communicated to the market as much as many would like to profess otherwise.
I got a list of companies with a CAR-T offering. I picked a handful which are CLINICAL, IE they have I believe all started clinical trials and at least one product in their pipeline is CAR-T. Many others are not publicly listed so cant get an accurate mCap and I got bored searching. Hemogenyx has more in its pipeline than many and whilst technically I would rank Hemo below all of these, starting Phase 1 clinical trials with any product would immediately leapfrog a few who have much weaker offerings. (To the trolls, I realise Hemo is not even in the league of the likes of Kite or Gilead, I picked at random)

I encourage others to find valuations for clinical CAR-T pharmaceutical companies, maybe use the Hemogenyx board to discuss Hemogenyx? At £20million Hemogenyx is an absolute bargain, it wont last.

Most definitely a holder, there is just little of value on here to bother posting or visiting these days, cannot remember the last time I actually saw a post about Hemogenyx on here.

Which jokers are selling when it's under 5p

The mechanics are usually a company does well, sp is riding high, there is a placing at a discount, placees sell up, sp falls back a little below placing price, stagnation for a while.
However hemo was not riding high, they had crashed from 10p to 2p. The dilution from placing / mint conversions were already priced in with the mCap so pathetic. Had clns remained 1p was possible but now? No. Hemo is not only worth a **** ant 10mil valuation.

Longer it goes before RNS the more likely IMO that the next warrant conversion will actually be for all outstanding 1p warrants. Well over a month since the last exercise and that was a significant escalation from the previous exercise. Its unfortunate for shareholders its happening now, but atleast the warrants will be gone. One day they will run out. If we move to main market first then that extra volume will blow the remaining warrants away in a few hrs, just a matter of having patience.

For me the risk is low, lets be honest when the CLNs were en force LTHers were doing alot of posting here, advfn, twitter etc, to try and keep buying up to minimise dilution and give the company time to get rid of the CLNs. It was a risky time when the SP was at risk of complete and permanent collapse. With the CLNs gone and only just last week Vlad confirming they have plenty of cash in the bank and there are no placings planned the risk profile has shifted considerably. Everything bad, such as no deal and dilution etc are all priced in and you are spot on about lack of visibility, the result of which is nothing good is priced in.
The PR, or lack thereof, the failure to regularly update the market, the shambolic writing of the CDX licencing RNS, the idiotic handling of the CLNs and the pathetic discount offered has reduced Hemo to a bargain bucket fire sale giveaway price. Its difficult to overstate how poorly events have transpired this year to destroy the SP as we have seen.

HOWEVER, fact remains CAR-T is very close to IND application, thats whats being done right now, it could be filed any time, IMO the trips recently were to finalise the details. Global Co DO want CDX, just not the visibility or risk of taking it pre-clinical, CBR does sound exciting and could get spicy as a brucey bonus at some point. Its going to bounce,the company is not standing still and they will RNS at some point. Or the market will turn positive again with the CLNs gone and new MM loaded up. I dont see a realistic downside from here because the mCap is just too low when you compare Hemo to her peers in the market, eventually it will find its level.
