True, company has to deliver the science, but as a forum we can all completely ignore updates post FUD, fight and troll and basically put off anyone who may decide to visit here. Or people like Haywain can actually explain what it means for the company and for us and people visiting can get a feel for the potential without having to read all the old RNS's.

If people think these forums have no impact whatsoever why are they here? Why are the paid trolls so active on LSE?

The issue is there are lots of us shareholders who like to moan and complain because it HAS taken so long but now we are at the cusp, when we should be sharing the positivity, its just negativity over all that has come before. I think perhaps the issue is you have no other outlet? I know MrIndia vents to me and others in private, I vent to him, pingu, hedge and more often, again in private. I am frustratued, we all are, we all want vlad to make some progress, but by and large we do it in private because we dont want to put off other potential investors which is what happens when there is only moaning here.

I am not saying your issues over the last 3 years are not valid, I am not saying that my nuts dont throb from the constant kicking. And I need to vent often too, because god knows you cant vent to your wife you have to keep a front, but venting here because of past frustration is just counter productive. As a reality check:

IND = Clinical

Prevail are not dodgy cowboys, they are experienced and know what they are doing and have a proven track record. They have agreed that 2023 was a realistic target for going clinical, if it slips a bit? So be it.

The FDA are the FDA, they are god here. They have reviewed HEMO-CAR-T, they had one issue, they have reviewed the fix and approved it. The issue has been resolved, its there in the RNS, they had ONE PQ run to do which is probably finished. IND RNS could come at any time.

I dont think any of this is controversial, and it makes for a very compelling argument to invest now. But NOBODY, and I mean absolutely nobody is talking about this outside of LSE and even on LSE there is next to zero positive discussion.

I dont need people to tell me what I already know, people not talking about hemo, lack of PR, some deramping on here has ZERO impact on me in terms of deciding to invest more or not. But it sure as hell affects others, so dont be surprised when SP not moving when there is nobody talking about Hemo. Screw the traders, let them miss out, the fact they are not buying in does not slow down or have any impact on IND submission.

Micky honesty, what is your objective here? None of us are happy waiting but nothing has changed and we wait. All I see is the career professionals and their many accounts doing their best to spread a bit of FUD and negativity which I understand, they have a job to do. But then you have shareholder like yourself who just do their work for them. You ask why its not 10p given whats coming? And then you post as you do accusing company of smoke and mirrors and god know what else. I am sorry but do you WANT the SP to drop? or go up? Why on earth would anyone visiting this forum seeing the posts from yourself tuan/snooker/121/pumpkin etc ever think of investing here? What motivation would anyone have to invest here? What positive outlook or investment opportunity is being portrayed to potential buyers? And then go to twitter or facebook or any other platform and find me one single shareholder or post or ANYTHING where anyone is promoting Hemogenyx as an investment. There is NOTHING, the only shareholder involvement is here and its nothing but this crap.

I have zero interest in fighting you or anyone else, I will call out Tuan and their many profiles for what they are and what they are doing because it NEEDS to be exposed but I am not going to waste my time calling out the investment opportunity when other shareholders are just going to push it off the page with random moaning.

Far too many people here who cannot read an RNS, who cannot understand the potential that some like Haywain have taken the time to explain and expose. Too many people casting FUD in stark contrast to the opinions shared by people who actually know whats going on, companies like Prevail, Penn, WuXi etc. Micky you complain when I or others push back against your predictions of 2p or when you go on and on about what could happen negatively. Do you not understand the concept of negative self-fulfilling prophecies? If every one of us on here was posting doom and gloom, calling 1p, then its completely irrelevant what the company does as everyone would sell and SP would fall, the fact its BS is irrelevant. If everyone on here was positive, telling their friends and followers about Hemo, sharing their optimism the SP would go up. There are absolute dog shares out there that have NOTHING going for them, ZILCH, NADA and they are worth multiples of Hemo with loyal followers singing their phrase.

Anyway, go ahead with the negativity, but please do me one favour, contact Tuan and get on the payroll if you want to help them. And this is NOT an attack, I understand your frustration, but try and understand why WE are frustrated with your posts.

There is no good news, no bad news, no news. We know whats coming and we are content to sit and wait, unlike Tuan6 who after like a year+ has returned, does not own stock, has literally returned after a year, coincidentally after 121 got banned and has been posting now non stop for past few weeks pure unadultrated negativity. They are not here to help anyone, they have returned to inject FUD, either shorting, to buy in cheaper or because they are paid to do so.

Nobody returns after a year having been so active on other shares, to suddenly stop most of that posting to focus so much time and attention now focusing here where they are clearly NOT shareholders. So Tuan6 you want people to ask "Why" ? Good question, people should ask WHAT is your motivation for posting here, are you short by chance?

I have this week pencilled in as most likely for me, obv nothing guaranteed but its based on the expectation from the RNS RE 2023, timelines from first submission, details of what's required this time from RNS, sign off from Prevail, pressure to submit pre Christmas etc.

I would read zero into volume of trades RE submission, this is one of those jobs that Vlad will be handling, he will finish and submit and prob RNS the following day but unlike mining or drilling where the entire team and half the public know the circle of trust is tiny. For the market to know and react with lots of volume you need a leak, and lately there have been none. We were caught by surprise the first time, expect the same this time around.

That is pretty harsh and unfair Micky, I see a grand total of one post today predicting RNS next week and it was a "I HOPE" post rather than stating anything factually. Vs the multiple doom and gloom posts from Tuan which you have not criticised. If it was the pump and dump trading crew here just for a quick trade with like more than 1 prediction about next week you might have a point, but what? ONE post predicting monday morning RNS?.... For what its worth I disagree with that but next week is my GUESS for IND application, but I dont believe he would submit on a Friday so RNS monday unlikely. Last time RNS was a Tuesday at 7am and caught everyone by surprise, I think it will be the same this time. So my guess is IND submitted Monday and RNS Tuesday 7am. But hardly ramping, just as your entitled to be as pessimistic as you like I am entitled to be optimistic, now a grand total of 2 Posts predicting RNS next week... Call the cops, its ramp-tastic with all the meg ryans :P

On a 70k Sell which followed a 225k buy when MMs opted not to go blue. The SP and movements are as real as simon cowells teeth.

But bottom line is, Tuan though their own posts and various replies has resulted in what can only be described as inspiring and educational posts from Haywain being dropped to the bottom of the page, I apologise Haywain, please repost and keep it going. We all have a vested interest in the science here and its fantastic when those with the knowledge share.

Jxf, wish that were true! Posting is enough for some, this morning tuan threw up a few posts PROBABLY because Haywain had such a good few posts and they wanted to push it down the page. Ignoring 121 did not stop him posting, I am convinced these accounts are not like you or I, they dont post because they want to engage with us, they want to hide good posts and have some FUD top of the page. And that works because most new visitors are unlikely to scroll down very far. You are right though engaging is pointless, but that does not mean we should not counter the mis-information. But for me most important is to report when its obviously just disruptive or point blank lies/libellous. Thankfully LSE have been more proactive policing lately so it does work USUALLY :-) I have a contact in the FCA who was very helpful with 121, but I think the antisemitic posts really helped also, Tuan so far not at that level here and I dont really care what they do elsewhere.

NOBODY posts on LSE without a good reason, for Tuan6 it money, and they DONT MAKE MONEY by trying to help people not make a bad investment, they make money by forcing share prices down to buy lower or shorting and closing lower. I do not post here for no reason, I am a shareholder and I want to make money when this share does well. I feel its important to call out trolls who are the polar opposite and want to make money by the share doing badly. Tuan6 has been posting ALOT here, but most of the posts are removed pretty quickly because they are so obviously intentionally false or disruptive, so please. Dont waste your time engaging, just automatically report their posts and dont give them oxygen, they have returned for a reason, they know whats going to happen here in a short time when the IND is filed/approved. You dont see them posting on dog shares with no potential do you?

No. What you found was there was a placing, the inevitable drop that comes with it and influx of traders having a short. Gets to the point where they find the bottom and SP recovers, shorts close and the trolls who were trying to scare people into selling shut up and move onto another share. Thats what has happened. 3% and a few mil shares is nothing and definatly not significant enough to indicate a leak. FWIW I still have IND as next week, we are still too close to the last RNS and placing. Also recently Hemo have been excellent at curtailing any leaks.

Thanks Micky, looking forward to some big meet up, if this delivers we have to follow though. And agreed PBB. The sooner Vlad moves away from the Peterhouse shareholder clients the better. This needs proper investment from reputable sources who want to support the company not trash it for a quick buck. When that happens we will lose alot of the trolls who are IMO fed by the brokers who provide that safety net. Prevail look like they could be one of those key partners, but they are not mugs, Hemo have to deliver, they have to go clinical and meet the milestones. I genuinely believe once Hemo are clinical EVERYTHING will change, I think they will actually update the website, do an up to date brokers note, bring CDX along faster, open up about CBR and start providing ongoing progress updates on CAR-T. And days of this stupid SP will be over.

My prediction:

SP rise before IND submission (Not convinced there MUST be an RNS but probably will be) this week and next. We have had the fall following the placing, now old trolls back on the attack using the 2 week black window to get SP down to load up or close shorts (If anyone REALLY thinks that Tuan who is probably just another face for the 121 gang is back here for any reason other than to buy or because they are short please shake yourself). I picture IND next week, these traders buy on rumour sell on news they are not waiting for an RNS to buy so SP WILL rise as we move though the next few weeks.

On IND RNS if there is one I expect a very significant rise for first day and decent rise day 2, however at some point when volume dies down we will see Stu and the traders back on here as they sell and take their profits or short and knock SP down a little BUT STILL HIGHER than it was pre RNS.

The first IND submission attracted a fair bit of PR, but the Clinical Hold lift agreement attracted even more, because its been agreed confidence in this IND SHOULD be significantly higher. Also because the FDA already completed a full review and will only address this single failure which has already been agreed I dont believe they will take 30 days, the might, the can, but hopefully not.

Once IND is approved I expect to see a significant cash injection from Prevail and potentially other investors to pay for trials and accelerate CBR, as before at a premium.

Would not surprise me in the least to see 3-5p before IND RNS and arguably double figures on approval, that would still only represent a 110m mCap for a clinical Oncology pharma with CAR-T in trials which is significantly cheaper than other peers in the same field. Not long now, its been a very long 18 months waiting for Hemo to go clinical.... Feels like 5-6 years.... Oh wait... Finally within touching distance, come on Vlad, get it over the bloody line!
