When you sell at 2p and the sp goes up of course your going to get anxious and post alot.

Actually find myself agreeing with Stu.. which I dont like but Vlad recently wrote the RNS knowing what was required. I dont know who it was broke down the IND submission and what is required for PQ etc but it was made clear that much of the testing and certification was to do with the equipment, processes, training, documentation etc. Changing one part of the CAR-T does not invalidate all that work and does not require the same time or level of testing as when you first do the pre-IND runs.

Time will tell, I dont know how far along they are and when exactly they will re-submit or if they will or will not RNS. Nor do I know how long the FDA will take to respond. I believe it will be 2023, but if it slips into 2024 then so be it.

I am sure there are many who sold believing it would be a long wait and SP would drift south before and are probably hoping for a placing first. I know for a fact that some sold on the 28/29th September expecting an imminent placing and have been pretty peeved ever since as nobody wants to lose money in a trade.

But... as stu(wash my mouth out) says, "You either believe the company statement above or you don’t."

If you believe that IND will be approved by EoY then its a very short window and bickering on here is irrelevant, RNS is king.

If you dont believe the company statement then wait on the sidelines pray for a placing and hope its discounted, wish for no other updates on CBR etc and maybe you will be able to buy back at 2p or lower so your smart trade is vindicated..... However if you are one of these people, why would you want to buy in anyway?

If you dont trust or believe Hemogenyx why would you ever invest under any circumstances, why would you be on this forum? You would only buy if you believe company is going clinical and reality your just hoping for a small slip into 2024 to let you get a trade away...... Taking a huge gamble on no RNS and slipping by a few weeks into 2024 for a tiny difference in SP, honestly makes no sense to me but to each their own.

Only a fool would try and predict "no RNS" AND try and trade on that, having a guess when an RNS will come is harmless but trying to time an RNS for a trade is foolish. As Chris has alluded too, we have all been waiting for an update on CBR for the past 6mths+ because the limited information we have would imply progress significant enough to affect SP and warrant an RNS has been made. As time goes on its not a case that this progress has been undone, you cannot put the cat back in the bag, simply we have not YET had an update.

So CAR-T? How long? We dont need to guess, Vlad has RNS'ed completion of the last 3 runs that were done:

23rd Jan 2023 7:00 am RNS HEMO-CAR-T 3rd Process Qualification Run Completed

4th Jan 2023 7:00 am RNS HEMO-CAR-T Process Qualification Run Completed

12th Dec 2022 7:00 am RNS HEMO-CAR-T First PQ Run Completed

Approx 20 days between each, 19 days for run 2. The RNS for Lentivirus completion was the 15th at 7am, it would not have been written and signed off by the board in one day so the actual work? PROBABLY completed on 9th or 10th, worst case 13th and I would hope that he either started the PQ run before sitting down to write the RNS or shortly after. So that gives us 28th, 29th or first week December.

I expect only a few days between this and IND submission.

IF there is an RNS for PQ completion or IND submission I place it next week. But I expect the FDA to move rapidly and approve and we KNOW CAR-T has already passed 3 runs and once this run the IND will be submitted so I am not convinced there will be an RNS before FDA approval. HOWEVER I fully expect FDA to approve the IND in 2023 and for Hemogenyx to be clinical as laid out in the Prevail RNS.

Not sure what happened today but vast majority of shares on my watch list did -15 to 20% absolute blood bath?

The fund looks like another pot to fund treatments not yet approved for NHS via NICE, IE treatments already proven in clinical trials. So at this time not applicable to Hemogenyx, however in a few years time? Possibly.

Work never stopped on CBR, a team has been working on it throughout however understandably under tight budgetary constraints. There have been notable indicators of progress via AGM, the video to investors showed clear progress and the pictures and videos shared on Twitter are likely related to innovations and progress in CBR.

Going clinical unlocks both man-power and resources, for sure Vlad himself and whatever staff were focusing on the IND application however also equipment, a clean room will be required for the PQ run and money. Going clinical attracts a significant re-rate in terms of market valuation, validation and credibility which makes it much easier to attract investment. This transitional point is IND which should be very soon, actually starting trials could take months and that is fine, the change from pre-clinical to clinical happens with FDA approval to start.

Micky, share the frustration at lack of updates, rns or informal, especially when vlad is revealing more details to private events and not updating investors. Such is life, never let emotions make your business decisions.

As for lack of updates, pretty clear everything is waiting for clinical and CAR-T to get off vlads plate. Once trials start expecting everything else to progess at speed especially as at that point funding will be much easier and cheaper.

One other assumption I'm making is that CBR took a step back in terms of progess when vlad developed the off the shelf engager which arguably makes CBR a different animal and massively more valuable, but would have required going back to start testing again.

We also have to contend with defence security, anything being done with the government is going to be hush hush until its finished.

Bottom line, CBR did not hit the wall, its moving at pace behind the wall, the wall is clinical status and when its tore down hopefully we will be very happy shareholders.

Unlike your posts stu which are calculated to enable you to do another trade I post and will continue to post what I believe.

I was surprised by the last RNS, I don't believe it was necessary and I would be surprised by an rns for submission.

I also believe when it is submitted because of the full review and communication between hemo and FDA over the hold they won't take 30 days.

Disagree all you want at this point people are listening to the RNSs not you or I so your opinion is as worthless as mine. Sooner we are both totally irrelevant on this board the better

Monday is 3 days away, 3 days people can't trade but car-t CAN carry on brewing away.

Not once did I say rns Monday, as I said, tests will still be required IMO and unlike others i DONT think Vlad will rns IND submission, so please don't put words in my mouth I didn't say.

I will say this however, Tick Tock to the traders, trading days quickly running out. The window is getting smaller and anyone shorting or waiting on the side lines at this point really is taking a big risk imo.

As per the RNS : "the Company will perform an additional process qualification run of the end-to-end process for the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells"

Nobody is saying they wont test? In fact most of us are pretty certain they will, but we are one, sorry 3 days closer in terms of trading days, to the IND. However the wording is an additional PQ run e2e, same as before. They did 3 of those in 6 weeks, so yea.... not long to wait now.

Purely out of curiosity, and please be honest I dont care either way, but are you being contrary just because your miserable these days or have you sold to trade and buy back and think you have a big window? Some people just like to pick a fight with their own shadow, but feels more like you have actually sold up some? THIS IS NOT an attack, its your money, your shares, do what you like, just surprised is all.

Ah well, we open in 3 days time.... 3 days, when you consider a HEMO-CAR-T run with cocoon takes 9-10 days and could very well have started a week ago.... 3 days is an awfully long "non trading" window :-)

I agree, I am 50:50 to how much FOMO there is and how high we reach, on the one hand the window is closing fast but on the other its probably safe for another week or so.... Tempted to call hitting 3p today....

You have FOMO because of IND, RNS chasers who are itching for CBR update, inflation down and overall bullish sentiment in the small cap market.... Ill go for 2.8p though as my guess

Pointless argument, Hemo could submit the IND monday and FDA could take 30 days OR Hemo could submit IND in December and FDA could respond in 5 days and both scenarios Hemo are "clinical" in 2023.

Only way we find out when they submit the IND is IF Vlad decides to tell us which I doubt he will, but he might. But come 30th November if no RNS is anyone really going to assume no IND has been filed? Nope, bottom line even if it does slip into 2024 the only time we will find out is.... 2024 by which time we would be that close to IND nobody would be that thran enough to sell because Vlad missed a goal by a few days!

So again, pointless argument and unless Vlad RNS's we wont know anyway!

I think it's PROBABLE but I'm not convinced it will be rnsed. We will see.
