Pumpkin to answer your question, ENOUGH to get to the point of Clinical trials but not enough to run them.

However they will need much more than you would ever raise in a normal discounted public placing here at this SP, it would not even scratch the surface. Prevail are probably already on top of that, I would not be at all surprised to see 5-10mil raised once the IND is approved at 6p again.

If the SP at that time is 10p we will be moaning about the size of the discount

We are BLUE because enough people think the window is small enough that they want to buy in now and wait for clinical, are those new buyers likely to sell in the next few weeks???? Nope.

Does anyone think those short positions will dare keep open for 3-4 weeks now? Nope.

So we are guaranteed more decent buying in the very near future and those shorts are going to have to pay a premium!!!

What matters is the party should be happening sooner rather than later. We have the data from the first runs, it was approx. 6 weeks to complete 3 runs from start to finish the FIRST time.

This time we are talking 1/3 of that and they know what they are doing.

How long from completion of the run to submission of IND? I would give them maybe a few days to a week.

On top of that the RNS came out today so it would have been signed off yesterday and therefore written last week. On top of this the FDA have a maximum 30 days to approve the IND. Given its one single area will they take 30 days this time? Who knows!

What we know is the window to "Clinical Status" is getting very short. Its probably safe to say minimum 4 weeks so the traders and shorters etc will feel safe for the next 2-3 weeks but after that its really dangerous territory. Anyone who is determined to buy in before this goes clinical cant really wait much longer. There are going to be some who were waiting out the clock hoping cash would run out before IND got re-submitted, well that looks unlikely now.

As for WHY Hemo?

I feel good investing in a company curing cancer, HOWEVER it is an investment, and as such I want to make money.

The patents around CDX, the bi specific antibodies, HuPHEC and the land grab CBR are huge, they are hitting so far above their weight that when we finally attract the interest of big pharma it will be big. CAR-T is easy enough to value, lots of examples out there, let's say about 300mil.

But CBR? Can easily produce a cure for covid, licence it, one for ebola, licence, HIV? Yep and licence, Brain cancer? Licence. It looks to be a fast process to replicate using a library of building blocks so once the first CBR is proven the rest should follow swiftly and there is no competition as hemo own the IP. How do you value just ONE CBR? Now multiply that by every virus they decide to treat.

Then as Hulver points out, HuPHEC could also be huge, bone marrow transplant with no doner required. That market is again... huge.

There was a risk that to get to this point there could have been confetti placings and there was a bit of that with Mint, but we are here, last 2 placings were at a premium and we now have prevail at the helm for trials and funding.

So why Hemo? Because you have to be nuts to not see what's coming :-)

I agree with MrI, nothing to be achieved by arguing on Twitter, to do so is to amplify those posts, blocking IS the only move. As for silence? Vlad has tried over the years with periods of high engagement, tweets, interviews and updates, only to be rewarded by a dip in Share Price, like it or not silence works, no leaks, people know whats coming but dont know when so they either buy and wait or sell and miss out. VERY hard to trade when you have no data to base it on.

When it comes to his attitude to shareholders, it IS frustrating, but also you can understand why, how many times has he been stabbed in the back by Mint, Bauer et all, Jarvis, traders sucking up for information? Who can he trust?

Thats not to say he is in the right, he has gone too far to the otherside, but nothing happens in a Vacuum.

Suspect once the IND lands and hemo is clinical we wont be able to shut him up lol, it feels like everything is just waiting and building up for CAR-T to enter trials and then news will flow like a burst dam.

I agree he has other plans, and it is frustrating not knowing what they are, we are just different, I believe it will be worth the wait. For what its worth I do believe there has been a fundamental shift in terms of CBR, from what I understand it was autologous requiring samples from the patient. It proved the concept and theory of the Bait however the problem was it was like CAR-T, patient specific which makes it slow and expensive. We saw a switch with Bait Macrophage Engager etc which suddenly makes CBR an off the shelf generic treatment that can treat a family of viruses. The recent videos looks almost like a 3d printer for these CBRs which according to the manuals can produce products from raw materials from a library of data on the device.

I joked about this before, but it is literally like a replicator you used to see on Star Trek or a 3d printer they now have on the ISS. IF they need a part you only have to transmit the instructions and the device can produce it for you. Moving away from extracting blood, producing a patient specific CBR, testing, reinjecting to testing a library of CBRs against a range of viruses and storing that catalogue as available treatments is a HUGE change. CBR before was huge, if Vlad delivers this off the shelf treatment? There is no value, there is no comparison we can make. And we are totally irrelevant right now, for Vlad science is all and he cares nought for us. As the saying goes "suck it up buttercup" I am willing to have my feelings hurt as Vlad blanks us investors because I actually believe he will achieve what he is setting out to deliver and IF he does... How exactly do you value it???

At what point do partners decide they want to be involved? At what point do competitors who have an expensive drug for HIV or Covid decide they dont like what the see and try and buy out Hemo to shut it down?

Worrying about future placings is also odd when we see zero evidence that vlad is even thinking about that right now, zero updates to rise the SP, very few tweets, certainly nothing exciting. Vlad is quiet because he wants IND done, he wants CAR-T to bank roll CBR and he wants to prove he is better than the rest of us and will save lives.

I say let him, sadly there are those who along the way have let Vlads attitude towards shareholders tarnish their view of the company as a whole and the science potential. I am not immune to it, I find his lack of respect for shareholders to be a big negative, but.... I will bend over and take it because I trust him.

A few comments on some points raised:

"Vlad reserves the right to raise" - Well obviously, after CH is lifted is the ideal time to do this when SP is significantly higher and Hemo are clinical. IMO 6p but we will see, cant see Prevail running around to attract investors at a LOWER price than they paid.

"Most of you are invested for CBR" - Disagree, I personally invested in 2018 and did so for CDX, the vast majority of us are here for CAR-T as the first stop, CBR has the biggest potential but few people are investing purely for CBR.

"Most of you will be de-risking/selling" - Yes, because AFTER IND when the volume is much much higher and SP is much higher its very easy to sell a few shares without hurting the SP, selling INTO a rise is the best way to see a decent return.

"Spent most of his time looking at his watch" - Err.... Yes each presenter got a VERY SMALL window to present, Vlad ran over and had to cut out some slides, so of course he was looking at his watch, he wanted more time!

"Does not smell right" - Oh come on, Vlad is Vlad, he does not care about us on this board, he cares about his science and his company and delivering. As much as we want him to tell us more its not happened, HOWEVER we are not Prevail or the FDA and he has told them enough to convince them to approve the plan and invest at 6p.

All irrelevant, I wish you the best, sorry that your parting message had to come across as what appears to be a case of sellers remorse. I dont actually believe you are gone for good, Hemogenyx has some sort of hold over people who walk away and find themselves back here. Your issues are around a lack of trust/visibility/knowledge of direction, but lets be clear if those issues were resolved then the SP would be significantly higher. They start to be resolved when we see CH lifted, when we see an update on CBR, of course there is a certain level of faith in investing in early stages like this, but its because we take that early risk that we potentially will see the huge returns many of us believe is coming.

If you have decided to leave for good, good luck and dont look back, I remember selling PHE at 3p just days before it moved to 10p and I watched the entire time, it was awful. Its much better not to watch!

I agree pumpkin, and its not a secret, Prevail have been public in their fundraising efforts, its in the video for anyone who wishes to validate, they are actively seeking investments for Hemogenyx.

And yes, any investment would likely be at a discount, I personally believe that price will be 6p but they and I anticipate the SP to rise significantly higher so that 6p IS the discounted price, dont forget 6p is only an mCap of < 70mil which is peanuts. We are into pure speculation now but others have speculated and I agree that there have been covenants attached to the 6p placing and CMO agreement signed recently giving as you say Prevail and investors they attract the right to invest at 6p AFTER the IND is approved and Hemo are clinical. Time will tell what happens, to date this share has been dominated by private investors and very little PR or exposure. When Hemo goes public and exposes itself to the world people will work, suddenly Clinical only funds can invest, hitting 5p triggers the 50mil mCap threshold that blocks alot of investment also.

This SP is going to re-rate, the mCap is not sustainable. Something like that anyway.

One more thing, you can comfortably sell large quantities above 2.5p, the last public placing price, any fears of overhang from THAT placing should be dispelled as past 2 days there have been ample opportunities. So next placing overhang to worry about? 6p :-D Oh and we are very close to a gap which has not been filled to 2.9p. Chartists LOVE their gaps, so dont be surprised if we start to see just random traders who dont know their macrophages from their lymphocytes.

I am all for de-risking, and as I have been saying for years that is my plan. HOWEVER I see no immediate need to de-risk until AFTER IND approval but before the first clinical results.

However confident we all are, nothing is guaranteed and someone dying after receiving CAR-T would be awful for the patient but also a disaster for the company, there would be another clinical hold, delays etc. IMO its NOT going to happen, they have tested this on the mice and I am confident it will work, but there is a risk, so for me? BEFORE there is a chance for failure, de-risk. But that comes AFTER IND when we are multiples of this SP and its possible to sell a few but keep the majority of my holding for a free ride.

Everyone has to decide for themselves what they want to get out of this, for many its CAR-T, well defined and understood, we know whats coming, the target market, timescales etc. For others like myself we now see CAR-T as nothing more than a stopping point to refuel, cash in and load up Hemogenyx to fund CBR. Many dont see the potential of CBR or think big pharma will try and kill it because of the risk it poses, for me? I just cannot look past the potential so this is a long term hold to see where that goes. BUT ideally I get a chance to top slice a fraction after IND and leave the majority for a free ride. As for target price? £1 per share is just 1.1bn, not going to happen over night, but if Hemo pull in a few 100mil for CAR-T and start proving CBR? A cure for ALL viruses, some bacteria and solid cancers???? Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Have a good day all!

1, hemo COULD partner up, complete trials and sell/market HEMO-CAR-T. But reality is CBR is where vlad wants to focus and CAR-T will take years. So where does the money come from? Google Oncology CAR-T licence deals, you should find examples from 100m all the way up to 1bn. Basically licencing deals is where the money comes from.

2, yes a special dividend is possible if they licence CAR-T or CBR or CDX. Likewise they could de merge a subsidiary of hemogenyx containing CBR or something and you would obtain shares in that company. Finally a subsidiary OR hemogenyx proper COULD be bought over. If that happens you should get a vote, but you lose all your shares and get cash, forced sell but for a huge premium.

But to be clear it's VERY UNLIKELY EITHER will happen for few months atleast. CAR-T trials have not started, Vlad won't licence until they have results. However... at the same time we have been told Hemo have been in licencing talks RE CDX for over a year now so honestly? God only knows,the potential is here which is why so many of us are obsessed with buys many as possible. We wait because for us the risk of getting caught out is just not worth it.

Side note for clarity, Vlad said the third party had agreed in principle the master agreement however they were not going to sign until IND was approved. Prevail signed when the plan out of Clinical Hold was accepted by the FDA which considering who works for Prevail is a huge stamp of approval that hemo know what they are doing and will deliver.
