Volume matters alot more than price. It was never really "below 2p" for any serious volume, the amount available to buy below 2p was far less than most of us already hold.

Guys, if his tweets wind you up and you dont appreciate them then BLOCK VLAD. Its really not that hard, getting aggressive and negative on here especially if you are a shareholder is as constructive as pouring hot chilli down your pants. Grow up, get a life and stop being so bloody self destructive. If you dont think you have any impact by posting in here then WHY ARE YOU HERE. Everyone knows LSE has an impact on small caps, its a fact, so knock it on the head and if you dont have anything constructive to add go and cut the grass or something instead.

For me? IND is close, I appreciated the picture, ANYTHING is better than nothing and my confidence is higher than ever, Vlad is happy to post a picture because he is excited, good enough, NOT the RNS I want, but confidence is high MULTIPLE RNSs are coming in the near future.

Few questions for folks who are in this field:

Are those not agar culture plates? And are those not used primarily for bacteria? If so that makes this CBR related as CAR-T and CDX are blood borne viruses?

Second, WHY 2 and 3 Degree? Surely that is too low to incubate anything? So why so low?

Would I be correct in assuming that after a period of incubation the temperature would be dropped to this temperature to stop growth and allow the sample to be tested?

Is this the final stage? When you open the box, look inside and see what your prize is?

Again this is NOT my area, appreciate some input from those in the know, Haywain are you around you know this stuff?

I am not going to disagree, however the impression I get is he sees CDX as extremely valuable, anyone who follows Avacta will know they are targeting the chemotherapy market making it safer for more people and the crazy valuations that were being attached. CDX is one step better as it removes chemotherapy AND applies to additional conditions where chemotherapy is not a treatment. IMO vlad just will not give it away on the cheap. HOWEVER your point about taking what he can get and plowing it into CBR is well made and I hope/think that's the plan with CAR-T. Early clinical results after a few patients, licence and use the cash for CBR.

Awe, run along and tell Prevail and the FDA to cancel all trials of CAR-T because CBR will replace it. Suck it up buttercup, think Prevail are a little better informed on this matter than you, HOWEVER if I ever decide to slaughter cattle at home I'll be sure to ask for your advice!

Spent time in the past linking comparable companies, around £300m is not unusual for early stage but think many have struggled the last year or so its not unreasonable to say even half of that is a fair target. But go here and you can see the brokers note:

We wont see true value until we are clinical which means post IND, can only hope that breaking that barrier and achieving an mCap of 50m+ will open the door to much more institutional investment and then we can start to see a realistic valuation.
