I am not a rocket scientist but if I saw a rocket sitting on a launch platform with a sign saying "Due to launch in 2023" I would probably assume that the actual rocket scientists know what they need to do to allow take-off in the next 3 months. Should be obvious whats going to happen here.

Lets agree to disagree, I can only speak for myself and those I speak too, we remain frustrated yet we have all bought shares in the past 24-48 hours. Frustration mainly that the ambiguity of the funding situation has been latched on by those who seek to trade and clearly effectively given their actions in the past few days. There is also frustration that CBR seems to be working so much better than we could have hoped yet still we have no update or details despite so many promises of updates. Anyway, I wont be selling, there is enough buried in the updates to keep me happy, I just wish it did not take so much digging and the market could see the facts also. Have a good evening, we are never going to agree and thats fine, we both are invested here, we both support vlad, we just have different views about what could be done differently.

1, Nobody is advocating to vote Vlad out, at this point made lots of good decisions and any frustration is limited.

2, At the AGM Vlad said "Cannot disclose" the type of solid tumor, at the presentation its "brain cancer" so something changed, it was deemed sensitive before, but now its not? A Courtesy update would have been appreciated.

3, The RNS said funding would be required, at the end of the presentation we have Prevail raising cash for BAIT Bio, this is significant, is it to fund a spin off of BAIT as an independent company or is it to invest in a subsidiary to be held internally as happened years ago with the Humanised mice? Think that was some sort of loan ONLY to Immunogenyx or something? I assume these people were NOT made insiders yet they are being approached for investment opportunities so I would argue this is something that shareholders would appreciate knowing about. Given if its a Loan or some other financial instrument whereby they invest but Hemogenyx overall is not diluted and no discount placing that would put to bed rumours of placing which IMO are false but thats just my feeling.

I think we would all just appreciate being kept a little more in the loop of what is going on especially when we catch glimpses of it in the public domain that seem significantly more detailed than we are privy too, given WE have already invested out money and trust in Vlad and these people have not.

MrsIndia - Think your missing the point, pumkin and mr idiot were trying to suggest that Vlad was just going to take CBR off in BAIT private and leave existing shareholders with nothing for it. Absolutely FALSE, Vlad has stated that BAIT is a subsidiary of Hemogenyx, it is owned by Hemogenyx and by extension OUR shares also own BAIT. Vlad CAN spin off and take it private, and he probably SHOULD do this and I think he will. HOWEVER WE existing shareholders go with him. IF you own 1% of Hemogenyx today you would own 1% of Hemogenyx tomorrow AND 1% of BAIT Biotechnology. But if BAIT were private you could not then go and buy more BAIT on the open market, if you want in, you buy in Hemogenyx BEFORE the split.

This is MY BELIEF, it happens ALOT, its a common practice and IMO IF it happens here it will be explosive for the SP before the ex dividend date, with a substantial retrace after the date however investors will have no choice but to hold if they want part of BAIT. Thats life, day after will be fastest finger first to sell, optionally buying back Hemogenyx for CAR-T/CDX/Hu-PHEC. Fun times ahead!

121, your literally just throwing random irrelevant words at the screen in the hope it scares a few holders. Once again, completely irrelevant. As of July total options: 116,808,897 pretty sure they ALL have an exercise price higher than todays SP so for ANY to be exercised means the holder paying a premium, injecting cash into the company at much lower dilution, so honest to god, try harder. IF your trying to imply the options give Vlad much more stock for voting rights to enable him to sell CBR cheaper? Well guess what, OPTIONS DO NOT GIVE THE HOLDER VOTING RIGHTS... And many of those options would have to be exercised at 7p, 9p etc to obtain the voting rights.

This is literally the stupidest ever attempt at a de-ramp I have experienced and I have seen a few. Rank out of 10 on the stupidity scale it has to be at least 8.5/10

What an absolute joke. FIRST if that happens it means CASH INTO HEMOGENXYX.

SECOND as has been made abundantly clear nobody in the market knows about or believes in CBR yet, the SP and recent boosts have been off the back of CAR-T and the impending Clinical trials and clinical status which on its own will demand multiples so EVEN IF CBR was sold off for 1 shiny penny it would have minimal impact on value as nothing here is priced in.

HOWEVER this completely bypasses the fact this deramp is utter and total B0770cks. Hemogenyx OWN CBR, WE OWN Hemogenyx and IF/When it splits WE will own BAIT.

Let me be clear 121/131/bluebottle is COMPLETELY FALSE and NOT what I am talking about. A Share SPLIT is where there are more shares issued in the SAME COMPANY, IE SP gets too expensive and dilute to reduce cost of share so people dont have to buy fractional Shares.

What I suggest is that NO NEW SHARES would be issued in Hemogenyx.

FREE shares would be issued in BAIT Biotechnology on some sort of ratio, probably 1:10 or 1:100.

NOTHING would be taken away from Hemogenyx Investors, instead of holding shares in ONE company you would hold shares in TWO companies, after the ex dividend date you would be free to treat each as distinct entities and buy/sell as you wish in either.

Clearly the suggestion of this scares 121/131/bb who has been extremely active in recent days, I wonder why....

Either way it is unhealthy to speculate too much about what WILL happen as this is only what MIGHT happen, IF I am right it would be good for shareholders however there is no guarantee, its based on best guess from available information. What we need is clarity from Hemogenyx. I have provided my belief with what might happen to counter the narratives that have sprung up RE Vlad just taking CBR private and shafting Shareholders which is false. The company NEEDS to provide an update here, leave a void its going to be filled, I dont want to waste my time countering BS so would appreciate it if the company could clarify.

WE the shareholders of which Vlad is a significant part, and now Prevail also own 1% OWN CBR and all associated IP.

The presentation has already stated that BAIT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemogenyx its not a separate company, its like immunogenyx, a shell to house IP and pipeline candidates. YES its possible to "buy" CBR out of Hemogenyx but it would have to be a substantial and fair sum. I am sure that BAIT will part ways with Hemogenyx, its too big and been set up and presented as a separate entity in recent presentations. I am convinced Vlad intends to split it off.

HOWEVER it will be done legally and fairly and to the benefit of shareholders, the only way I can see it happening is a dividend issue of stock in the new separated entity. We are not going to just have CBR taken away from us and given nothing, we will still have the same share of interest as we do today. And it will likely take place with a substantial strategic investment.

End result for Hemogenyx shareholders is we see a huge increase in interest in Hemogenyx shares BEFORE the ex dividend date as this would be the last opportunity for PI to invest in CBR before the split with no guarantee it would be immediately publicly listed for trading on any exchange.

Ofcourse I could be wrong, Vlad has not confirmed any of this, but if anyone can put forward a different more likely plan then please do. AIMO and all those bs acronyms, its a guess, its my belief what is going to happen and I have NO INSIDE INFORMATION but I am pretty confident.

Given the recent rise in variants, the impact of LC and the failed treatments that we see almost daily now you would like to hope that BARDA and DoD are taking more than a passing interest in Hemo. Barda/government representatives were at the Boston presentation and we know about the co-operation RE testing including Ebola and the rest.

There is every chance BARDA are already supporting Hemo, given we still officially know nothing about BAIT or brain cancer or the dozen other things that are going on that we just never officially get told about.
