Love the experts now on LSE and Twitter telling us what the SP should or will be armed with folders of wishful thinking and boxes of empty words.
Always the experts speak having just sold but never quite wanting to move along lest they find they made a mistake, ah well, as they say "If you dont want to feel sellers regret... dont sell" Or dont look back.
The deal with Prevail was not drawn up on a cigarette packet on Saturday night, it was ready to go per the presentation at the start of the year before the CH. They would have agreed a FAIR valuation for Hemogenyx back then and the cost associated with running the trials, what the SP was or is now does not affect the VALUATION. As I have said many times the mCap is wrong, its stupid and has no correlation to the science. The price was 6p because the agreed valuation was at 6p, if we were sitting before this deal with an SP of 10p it still would have been 6p only we would be moaning about the discount.
This should not surprise anyone, in EVERY SINGLE BROKERS NOTE done Hemogenyx has been compared to peer companies with similar pipelines or technologies and every time Hemo ranks right at the bottom as significantly undervalued.
The SP could be 1p or 10p or £1, that does not make HEMO-CAR-T worth any more or any less. Bottom line is Prevail WITH their partnership saw 6p as a fair value for their investment, if people on here or twitter dont agree? fair enough go buy something else, but dont pretend your smarter than a company whos very business model is investing in early clinical pharma and running trials.
We are only starting to move and actual buyers are hoovering up shares at 2.5p when they could have been buying at 1.4p, meanwhile traders are patting themselves on their backs while selling for a quick profit. Well done, I have no problem with this but can people who have sold stop trying to "educate the rest" who actually spent more than 5 minutes looking at what a FAIR valuation is here and think your idiots? I am going to be a right annoying smug git when this does what its going to do, and lots of traders are going to get caught out.
Thinking 6p is not realistic? Catch a grip, this should have been 50-100mCap LONG before IND application, the fact that IND is all but approved and Clinical trials are due to start IN 2023? Its pretty obvious this is going to be 10p+ pretty sharpish, and the traders know that perfectly well, they just want to trade and having sold want back in cheaper.
Vlad, well done, its coming together and your starting to deliver, just wish we didnt have to listen to the traders whilst it happens!
