I wont cross ramp and post on other forums, but I would like to mention the excitement around AVCT today, and on the face of it the news is great. But when you step back and look..... Thats a company that has put out results showing safer Chemotherapy.... Not a replacement Chemo, but safer.... Fantastic news, GREAT news in fact for all who benifit... But CDX is a straight up replacement for Chemo which safer or not remains a poison. One company is 350mil the other is 25mil, how much new investment does it take to make 350m bag? Vs 25m?

So much hype and excitement and ramping away over there and every credit to them, it looks fantastic, but I will stick with Hemo :-)

As for Vlad and the conference:

Cyrox, how is it "Ramping"?

Without Prevail(or alternative) without clinical trials starting they remain pre-clinical which is a huge difference in terms of valuation. The investment that Prevail made brings with it a contract to provide CRO services which adds a massive value to Hemogenyx and with it an investment in the eyes of Prevail in a CLINICAL company, they are investing to run the Clinical trials, they are not investing in the hopes that in future Hemo starts trials. Had they tried to make this investment on the open market having signed the agreement the SP likely would have rocketed higher than it currently is and cost Prevail a sizeable chunk anyway so the discount would not be massive. But in that scenario Hemogenyx would have to spend a sizeable chunk of cash to pay Prevail and leave themselves open to trolls shouting about placing.

Its like a gold prospector being allowed to prospect a piece of land then buying it after at a premium knowing there is gold VS buying at risk before looking for gold at a significant discount.

Prevail have paid a premium because they have won a lucrative contract they know will do well that they know will shortly go Clinical because they are the ones doing the trial! Try and spin it however you want but this is an excellent deal for them, for Hemogenyx and for those of us who hold shares.

Volume matters. With no volume, no PR nobody talking about Hemogenyx traders dominate and own this share. We have for years had zero interest and daily volumes often capping at a few mil. Today? Already 19mil, how can the traders/shorters/trolls compete with that?

And where is it coming from? just google "Hemogenyx" for the past 24 hours and where as before you got LSE and MAYBE a link to twitter? Now its full of pharma sites that have reported on the FDA accepting CH lift plan and yesterdays investment.

This share is as healthy now as its ever been, new blood and old blood, too much volume to be dominated by the traders and enough new buyers to absorb any shares from traders or ex holders who have waited, seen some profit and having waited this long are happy with whatever profit they have. I wont judge, IMO there will be a lot of sellers regrets but having waited since 2018 I can understand the urge to just jump ship at break even or profit. To those who sell and move on, good luck and enjoy, to those who remain? IMO this is only just starting to get interesting, lets see how the market reacts to CBR now that we have started to get some validation from the FDA and third parties.....

Cyrox, your right, the parent company has invested at a significant premium with the funds then to be used to pay a subsidiary who will be contracted to conduct phase 1 trials. Had they just bought on the open market there would have been a bump to the share price sure but no immediate improvement to Hemogenyx's financial position meaning they would have to use cash on hand to pay for the trials. By striking an agreement at 6p the 2 companies came to an accord that the value add from the CRO and starting trials is > 60mil mCap. Having done extensive research to find similar pharma in this field in phase 1 with CAR-T I assure you this is a VERY LOW mCap valuation so extremely generous to Prevail.

So yes, you are right, Previal in effect bought this partnership and they did so by the purchase of shares at a premium, and by god they got a bargain, but at the same time Hemogenyx are not awash with cash and subject to a poor market SP so for Vlad also did an extraordinary job in striking this deal.

This partnership has been on the cards all year, it was to be announced AFTER IND approval and yet the cash is due with Hemogenyx this week and shares to be issued by EoM. RNS confirms trial to start this year, in that period they still have to actually launch the trial and recruit/screen patients, that is not alot of time... 121, the interim results will show they have continued to spend some money, it will show they raised 4m at the start of this year and it will comment that in the post reporting period they have a subscription to pay for the start of Phase 1 trials by way of todays RNS at 6pence. Oh dont get me wrong if they had not RNS'ed today about this subscription you would have had ample grounds to brag about a potential fund raise.... HOWEVER that opportunity has been denied to you.

Set aside any positive updates on CBR or CDX, todays rise is due to CAR-T and the security this funding gives to NOT needing to raise PRE IND approval. It also all but guarantees CH in the coming months with trials to start in 2023. What is NOT explicitly called out but you and most will fully appreciate is that the subscription today will not be without conditions. Prevail InfoWorks did not agree to a price of 6p carte blanche, Hemogenyx will have to deliver on the IND but I would be willing to bet money that Hemogenyx are also either prohibited from doing any other placing or dilution before the hold is lifted OR they will have agreed to a base SP of 6p.

That one little argument you were depending on, a placing before the SP had a chance to recover? A placing lower than 1.5p to let you buy back in? Do you REALLY think that Prevail InfoWorks are going to agree 6p with Hemogenyx today only to have them spit in their face and do a placing at 4p cheaper tomorrow? Na, I dont think so and neither does the market. Prevail and Hemo have set a base level of 70m+ on Hemogenyx for consideration of fund raising now so any wishful thinking with regards to buying back cheaper is exactly that, wishful thinking ;-)

That said, if you decide to buy back in and start using the english language so we can understand you then work away, I am sure nobody is going to bear any ill will. Still huge upside before 6p :-)

MrJinx I think your getting your info from google which just reports price as last trade, that was a late reported trade from 8am this morning, it did not drop, it closed 2.55-2.60 with a UT of 2.5 so we will open tomorrow blue up .025p.

As for why did pumpkin have a punt elsewhere? No disrespect but for years I have been asking her what Hemogenyx is worth and for years no answer, she genuinely does not place a value on any company, its all emotional, follow the herd trades or "punts" which rarely work out, often into companies that are already overvalued but the hype is good.

Hemogenyx has for years under delivered in terms of PR and value. HOWEVER throughout that time the raw value of the assets owned in terms of Intellectual Property and potential revenues here have been staggering, some like CBR its impossible to place a value on, compared to companies that say.... clean the trains...

Those who take the time to actually study Hemogenyx, LOOK at the pipeline and what they are hoping to deliver, look at what other candidates are licenced for in the pharma market will understand why so many LTH'ers are bordering on cult like devoted to holding as much Hemo stock as possible. But for Pumpkin? its just a trade.

Crack out the grog! Been waiting since 2018 for this company to deliver and whilst IMO they HAVE delivered multiple times, THIS is the one that the market is starting to appreciate, going clinical is pivotal and FINALLY its about to happen :-)

ORTEX Short interest data is sourced from the world's largest combined pool of Agent Lenders, Prime Brokers, and Broker-Dealers who submit their inventory. - Its not live data, nor does it cover companies such as IG or interactive brokers who lend client held stock to other platform users. I can provide screen shots from IG if you like, I doubt they make it up.

30% up is sometimes just too tempting not to open a short, especially for the trolls who seem to delight in hemo doing badly. In their defence, historically it has always paid off for them. Personally I think they are playing with fire and with such a wide spread it would have to really tank to give them any profit or even to break even... The news flow right now is just too dangerous for shorting, momentum towards the clinic is HUGE and the names attached are too significant to ignore. As Charles points out Carl June is a big deal and his department got hemo this far. Arguments about lack of funds for the trial are put to bed and fear about delays into 2024 put to bed, years of false starts and missed targets... But this is REAL. This is happening, days weeks or a few months? Who knows but I dare anyone to tell me that 6p is not realistic now.

Just for curiosity sake, IG reports 3(was 4)% of positions are SHORT on Hemogenyx on their platform, obviously someone or some people today thought a 6p subscription and pretty much certainty of clinical trials was a good idea to short. I think IG have ~ 82m in client accounts so that 3-4% would be 2-3m shares shorted today. Given the spread on IG is 2.3-2.5p whoever it is will be sitting on a pretty nasty loss! I hope for their sake we dont see 3p today! Lets hope there is no interest from the presentation today. As for 6p..... If the short stays open and that happens.... OUCH!

One2one, I think its clear that you like others have seen a very healthy rise, thought its too good to ignore, taken the trade and now want back in but lack any substance to effectively troll or deramp. Thats fine, traders gonna trade, or maybe you really are a bit loopy? IDK and I am very happy so I dont care.. But read the writing on the wall. The CRO has put out a statement of confidence, the RNS states START clinical trials this year and previously Vlad stated the partner would not be named and nothing would be signed until IND is approved.

There is not one shred of negativity in todays RNS that can be used to attack this share now. It was 95% likely to go though first time with no issues, fine, we had a CH which was a kick in the stones, but after that we have had FDA full report confirm ONE issue, we have FDA accept a resolution AND preliminary test results. And now? we have that partner who was not going to be named until IND Approval.... named with an investment at 6p IN AN RNS stating expect to start trials in 2023....

The usual attack at this point would be delays into next year or fund raising but they have been well and truly destroyed with this RNS. I actually am considering buying more as its sub 6p, but I have literally nothing left!

You must try harder, its impossible to introduce FUD over warrants and placing when they are both conditional and SIGNIFICANTLY at a premium to the current SP. When the SP is 3p THEN you can start FUDding around about his warrants.

LST, 121 mentioned this last week, if vlad is presenting to investors is there a good chance that he offers bonds/warrants etc instead of trying to coax them to buy on the open market? He now has one company subscribing at 6p for 11mil shares so there is every chance he will follow this model, forget trying to raise money though the public discount placings and knowing what is coming raise funds at a premium on condition of milestones hit, IE IND approval. In which case we could see more 6p investments in the coming days.... Pure speculation, I dont know but if thats the case then it will be huge for us all :-)

Hemo have offset concerns about funding so a placing works better for them than previal buying on the open market, and at a premium placing price put those fears to bed

Prevail are taken onboard for the trials, at which point they have a good level of control and oversight. Yes they could invest now and maybe some of their staff will in a private capacity. But as a company why bind themselves to a company which is still pre clinical? This deal gives them a guarantee that they dont have to invest until they are ready to start work and they dont have to worry about the SP when that happens, even if its 10-20p they will get the shares at 6p. Warrants with conditions attached, VERY attractive IF you believe the SP will be above that placing price, which clearly they do.

Oh absolutely Cyrox its right there in the RNS:

"The subscription funds will in large part defray the payment made by the Company for the first stage of the work being undertaken by InfoWorks under the MSTA."

However it shows a huge leap of faith from them, they get the business of providing the CRO service to Hemogenyx and by all accounts it looks like their platform is fantastic. Looks like they are going to be paid somewhere in the 600k range which sounds very cheap however as you say that money comes FROM Prevail so basically they are betting that they can add value and company is worth alot more when results come in. Honestly cannot see any downside to this arrangement, obviously if the SP turns out to be 10p+ when trials start there will be moaning at how low the future placing is at 6p, but thats a tomorrow problem.
