Pumpkin, I know its an obsession for you but you do get that number of shares in issue is irrelevant? What matters is mCap which is SP * shares in issue and how many of those are in free float. Sure there is some phycological aspect and if this were to list on the NASDAQ would require consolidation but OBD being up 317% has Jack all squared with how many shares they have. Vlad could do a consolidation tomorrow, 1 for 100, reduce shares from 1.1bn to 11mn, and guess what would happen to the SP? Suddenly worth £2.27!!! WOW! But your portfolio will not change. Honest to god, you get hung up on small irrelevant things and then are like a dog with an old slipper you just wont let it go no matter how irrelevant.

Not sure whats going on in the small caps, but has anyone else noticed how many shares lately are hitting 40-50%+ days? some on news, many just whispers. The markets SEEM to be looking up, perfect timing too, more profits, more liquidity and more bullish outlooks.

Yes, I saw that EFM, its absolutely crazy!! I get the logic behind it but good god, when you read about HOW it works the potential to introduce a truly scary mutation exists.

I hope that Vlad is correct and with CBR the virus cannot evolve to evade. I hope.. It is a big ask and as the saying goes "life finds a way" But fingers crossed CBR is the holy grail we seek here.

He has already stated in RNS that CBR appears to work against solid cancers, the fact that he was open about saying it was brain cancer at the presentation does not change that and does not require an RNS, I WOULD however question why if he feels its fine to tell non shareholders but it was too confidential to tell ShareHolders at the last AGM....

An update on CBR overall however is long past due, an update on whats been tested, what works what does not, details on BAIT, what interest does Prevail have in it etc.

They go to presentations of EXPERTS with Institutions and government representatives in attendance and they stand up and say "We support and are investing in Hemogenyx, if you want to know more and join us COME AND SPEAK TO US". Come and speak to the people who invested at 6p, not "GO AND SPEAK TO PETERHOUSE AND ASK TO TAKE PLACE IN A DISCOUNTED PLACING"

I have literally ZERO doubt there will be fund raising, HOWEVER there is a HUGE difference between raising 3mil at 2p SP and 10m at 6p+

Swim against the current all you want, LSE DID play a big part in controlling the narrative and SP to date, we saw 40% moves ONLY from posts on here in the past. But just remember PREVAIL are asking for the investments NOT PETERHOUSE or SP ANGEL, they are NOT asking the traders on here or Twitter.

This SP and MCap are NOT sustainable, they will not last.

1, RE 121, the ONLY reason he gets so much grief is because he posts so much irrelevant drivel, its just noise and appears often generated by Chat GPT just to fill forum space, I cant speak for others but if he wants to be negative and just post like a normal human being then I will treat him like a normal human being. But its the sheer irrelvance of his posts that aims to inject FUD and NOT the negativity that causes people to respond negativitly to him, do you experience the same "bullying" stu?? Or are you treated like a normal person albiet on different sides of the table often.

2, There HAS been recent ramping, HOWEVER my suggestion of what MIGHT happen is not ramping, if I wanted to ramp I would suggest buyout of BAIT, something I dont see happening. I see it being an unlisted private company for 1-2 years before private buyout or listing. That basically means BAIT becomes a LTH for any shareholders who hold and will not be what traders are interested in, there might be a less liquid secondary market, IDK or care at this point.

3, I have NO INSIDE INFORMATION. I have made enquiries about BAIT and brain cancer etc and have ZERO response, my speculation is based on what I have seen happen in other companies, the more I consider it the more its the most likely scenario. As for why I am even posting about it? 2 reasons, ONE I think its worth LTHers considering it as I said IF it happens and they sell they will never be a part of the CBR story and I would quite like the people I have met to be there when it does become the Microsoft of the virus world. The second reason is I AM excited about the prospect, I have shares in a few private companies, I receive regular updates via email but there is no forums, no trading, no shorting. At some point I know they will float and I will make money, until then? NOTHING, the thought of being invested in CBR and not ever having to look to LSE again to see what people are saying or trading about it? I am literally salivating at the thought. Your response does suggest that you seem to know I am right... HOW?

d, Pumpkin, you ask how do shareholders benefit if BAIT stays private? You can still s ell private shares, just less liquid, harder, slower, need a buyer. OR you hold until they float or licence etc and issue dividend, basically you "INVEST"

4, Finally to the funding question stu, I agree, going to raise money, but its right there in the video Prevail were seeking investors, NOT a placing by peterhouse. Investors at a presentation for CBR. Not the usual suspects on twitter taking part in a discount peterhouse placing and forward selling.

If you want this speculation to stop, maybe have a word with Vlad and ask him why we are learning about brain cancer and BAIT from a grainy video on youtube. Soon as he starts treating shareholders with a little respect and updating us? I will stop speculating.

If my prediction is correct then HOPEFULLY no more LSE atleast for BAIT, no more trolls trying to trade and manipulate, no more shorting no more 121. ACTUALLY be able to just hold and wait. GOD I HOPE I AM RIGHT!!!

Wrong 121, you predicted FDA would delay IND for CAR-T, their turnaround is 30 days, they did it in 30 days, CAR-T is not new at this point, CDX would be. my prediction of you posting to try and hide posts was spot on ;-)

One final point, I am fully aware that Vlad does not like or want shareholders to speculate on what may or may not be happening or potential scenarios like below. Tough $417. If you treat shareholders like the enemy, provide them no updates, run around behind the scenes telling everyone else whats happening and deliberately excluding shareholders then they are going to speculate. If he wants less speculation, then start keeping shareholders involved with what is happening.

Prevail were not at the presentation to hear Vlad talk about CAR-T, they have already bought in to that and are running the show. They were there for CBR, they invited people to speak to them about joining them in investing in CBR, "JOINING THEM IN INVESTING IN CBR". So far Prevail have a small investment in Hemogenyx to support CAR-T, ZERO MENTION OF CBR. Its clear Prevail have eyes on CBR, something which has ZERO value priced in to the current share price, the hype and excitement is all CAR-T and STILL just on CAR-T is woefully undervalued.

The whole approach towards CBR has been cloak and dagger, ZERO mention on HEmogenyx.com, ZERO mention EVER in any interview or publication of BAIT Biotechnology despite the fact Vlad registered it back in 2021 so this is not a new idea. Even the website is more professional already baitbio.com than hemo because its empty but atleast accurate! Vlad said he was working on website, i guess he never specified which...

MY SPECULATION?

I remain of the opinion that the IP for CBR will be held in the subsidiary BAIT and vlad will move to demerge it from Hemogenyx. Potentially keeping it a non listed company for immediate future and allowing angel investors to invest directly and solely into the CBR project and not CAR-T or CDX. IF this is the case, people have one opportunity to be a part of that journey, own shares in Hemogenyx BEFORE any demerger event so as to receive shares in BAIT.

So potential investors want to be part of BAIT? Think it could be huge? Well if its not public listed traders cannot dip in and out until it is listed.... Most small pharma in the USA stay private longer and raise 10s or 100s of millions in funding where hemo has raised what? 20m? with HUGE dilution. It just makes sense, its what Vlad has said he wished he did, he has acknowledged the UK Main Market has not delivered to him, he is not stupid and will know US private equity is going to be easier and cheaper in the volume he needs. BUT Hemogenyx OWN the IP, it has to be spun out and that gives US a unique and huge opportunity to remain part of that journey.

But this is all just MY opinion, its what I would do and IMO it makes business sense and its something we have seen happen numerous times with other companies when one pipeline takes on a life of its own and grows big enough to warrant its own company. Other opinions more than welcome and if anyone can provide evidence I am wrong I WILL listen.

As we approach the end of 2023, I remain today more than ever convinced, this SP is wrong, the mCap is STUPID, it bears no resemblance to the value of ANY of the individual pipelines. The SP is NOT sustainable, it will re-rate and it looks like that is happening very soon. I look forward to reading 121's chatgpt generate waffle to try and hide my post!

Few points....

1, I think an RNS will be due soon to bring shareholders up to the level which Vlad is sharing with potential investors, frankly find it disrespectful that we had to find about BAIT and brain cancer from a grainy video.

2, CDX is NOT dead and buried, it was made clear in recent updates THIS year that talks are ongoing right now with pharma to licence. It was NOT replaced by CAR-T it just has a different but wider market AND has one huge impediment which 121 should be all over, its a new treatment which the FDA are not equipped to sign off on, the regulatory headache of approving IND has been prohibitively expensive, hence CAR-T is a proven and easier/cheaper/faster to progress.

3, Speculation on CAR-T trials starting before end of year are justified based on: "· Prevail InfoWorks, Inc. to act as Contract Research Organization (CRO) for upcoming Phase I clinical study, expected to commence in 2023."

4, Trying to argue that 6p is not a fair price is farcical, people are starting to realise what there is here, CAR-T alone demands more than a 70mil mCap. The 6p was based on the discounted valuation agreed for Hemogenyx between them and Prevail for their investment, the actual share price is/was/continues to be irrelevant.

5, 121 Trying to insinuate that there is no government support or that CBR is all with the government and top secret is just false. First BARDA were at the presentation and Vlad had made reference to them numerous times, the only grant they did not get was the New York grant, BARDA support if it happens is much more significant. The Government support was also clearly required to test viruses such as ebola and yellow nile. HOWEVER CBR is a PLATFORM, multiple CBR constructs and products, ONE of which was being tested with the Government, but as we saw another CBR can be with Hemogenyx themselves to test, probably the brain cancer one, and another with a third party to test such as was case with measles.

Maybe its intentional keeping CBR off Hemogenyx.com if he wants to keep it branded under BAIT on its own website? It has been very frustrating the fact its not even mentioned, perhaps Vlad does have a greater master plan after all!

Yes Violet, looks to be a very deliberate move by Vlad to make it clear he is presenting on behalf of BAIT and not Hemo, which is why earlier I guessed that he may be looking to demerge it as a separate entity from Hemo. There are numerous benefits, he could then list BAIT in the US, he could invite investment at any valuation he wants whilst its not on an exchange as for that period it would be "private". Gets away from the bad press/history that plagues Hemo ever since the CLNs. Might be easier to attract investors if they are interested ONLY in CBR. It also makes it much easier if Vlad chose to do so to sell BAIT and keep Hemo, or vis versa down the line.

Downsides for the company are the additional expenses and for us shareholders it might mean a long period holding a share you cannot easily trade and potentially on a different exchange which could affect ability to hold in an ISA.

Speculation? Yes, 100% speculation.

Tiziana developed StemPrintER, they owned it and the IP within a subsidiary company called Accustem Sciences.

They decided that the company would do better as an independent company (Questionable decision but the success or failure is irrelevant)

Following the demerger shareholders in Tiziana ALSO received shares in the new Accustem.

I never suggested that ANYONE but Hemogenyx owned CBR, I suggest however what happened with Tiz may happen here which would be a good thing. I look forward to an apology if Bait Biotechnology is demerged and becomes an independent company :-)

Exactly Chris, someone who took a strategic investment position at 6p is seeking additional investors for us, I hope this means no more going to the market via Peterhouse with cap in hand begging for a few mill from traders at a substantial discount as we have seen in the past. Solid funding going forward from SME's who are going to pay a fair price and invest not forward sell and dump faster than a 2year old with a dose of the runs.

any profit for bait benefits Hemo. OR vlad spins it off and existing shareholders in Hemo would get shares in bait and from then on 2 separate companies. Only Vlad knows what will happen.

Anyone else think him presenting it as Bait Biotechnology is a way to sell it to investors as ONLY CBR and invite investment directly into that company?? Investors have less exposure to Hemogneyx and its mCap and Vlad can attract investors at a much higher valuation/price.
