IMO takeover of WHOLE company is unlikely for quite some time.

My gut instinct - CAR-T will get over the line into trials, Vlad will prove it works in a few patients and licence it before end of Phase1/2a trials. He has alluded to this in past interviews, willing to sell for right price which comes as soon as you have proven it works in the clinic. Looking at other examples in the market we are talking 100-500m+ in some sort of mix of upfront cash/milestone payments/ profit shares/ biobucks. That would then fund a rapid and massive expansion into the development of CBR which looks to be the future of Hemogenyx. IMO everything changes once hemo are clinical. CBR will take off, CDX might finally get a partner and even Hu-PHEC which was shelved due to costs may return.

We were told last year would be transformational when that was the forecast for IND, then early this year before the Clinical Hold, well clinical seems to FINALLY be here. Going clinical is a stamp of approval and with it comes investment, with that comes a higher SP and as the saying goes money follows money.

General Public 43.1% - 497,445,367 shares Which would include all of us. Some have declared their ownership such as india, dhub and hemotruth and they are in the 0.5-1% ea bracket. I have infrequent communications with others who used to post here but gave up on lse because of the trolls, again ranges are generally 2-10mil.

So to answer your question IMO ACTIVE posters account for no more than 10-15% of shares and same again lurkers/ex posters... unless pumpkin is some rich duchess secretly holding 200m shares....

Those who sold for 5% today would have sold for 10% monday 8am if an RNS landed. Now if an RNS lands? They will experience FOMO and buy xx% higher. Churn is good and the trend is up. We have had alot of trades above 2.4/2.5 and where some feared at 2.5p we might see some leftover sellers from the placing there was very little. I am also pleased that there is still 18% short here on Spreadex and now 5% short on IG.com. Thats alot of shares that need to be bought back when this moves up AND we still are blue.

One thing is for sure, those of us who have invested in and followed Hemo for years are going to have a much less stressful weekend than those who thought this close to news was a good time to short.

If you look on IG, this morning before we even moved north of 2.5p the short position had increased to 5%. At the current spread they have to pay > 2.6p to close those shorts if they wish to do so before the week session closes.

Will they want to close their position before EoD??? Going to be expensive and a big loss to do so when they could take the risk, wait for monday and hope the SP dips so they can bank a profit instead. But... That video had a timer for sunday.... We are going to be 3 days further on from the FDA plan approval, and we know Hemo likes Mondays. Big decision, take the loss now and close short positions, or gamble on no RNS monday morning and a red start.... Honestly, I do not understand why anyone takes such a risk in shorting where the potential gain is max 100% and unlimited risk.

Yep, more accurate to consider mCap, before the Mint fiasco we were sitting with an mCap of 70m, pre clinical, CAR-T was very early CBR non existent and the excitement was all built on anticipation of Eli Licencing CDX. As a result of Eli opting not to licence at that time when CLNs were en force we basically ended up where we are today. HOWEVER where we are today someone who is probably still Eli is STILL in talks about licencing CDX, CBR has blown us all away with the potential and CAR-T already has a CMO lined up to start and run the trials as soon as the FDA approve an IND where they have already done a full review, found one issue and approved 2 months ago a plan to lift the clinical hold having examined the plan and test results proving it would work.

Right now we are still off alot of radars:

Pre -clinical - writes off alot of funds and investors

Sub 50mil mCap - excludes even more funds

London listed - Rules out vast majority of the american investors.

Basically we are cheap which leaves us vulnerable even now to manipulation by a small number of motivated traders. The current valuation is not realistic and will not last once Hemo starts to attract the right sort of investors who know this field. Until then? Try and ignore the trolls, they only want to play on your emotions, people say LSE is irrelevant, that may be the case with larger shares but not Hemo. Trust the RNS's, trust yourself and remember anyone who posts does so for a reason.

Hulver the screen had some sort of cloning task set and I think someone shared details of this machine previously and it sounded much more like CBR? Honestly your the expert in this area, I have google and Bard, but this process just feels so far detached from what we have seen for CAR-T I get the impression this is just not related to HEMO-CAR-T but again, pure speculation and would love vlad to clarify.

The 200 and 220 are sells but the 434 is a buy, actual difference between buys and sells is tiny, pretty balanced hence SP is flat.

Anyway, good to see Vlad working away on CBR in his video, pretty confident he would not be spending so much time on CBR if he still had work to do for CAR-T.

I am going to make a prediction we close blue at or north of the old 2.5p placing price.

He is American, his recent posts are all related to Israel etc, feels like an educational post. Just my opinion, either way irrelevant to Hemo and this board. Its his private twitter, if he wants to record and share ASMR videos he can.

My opinion is he knows his followers scrutinies everything he posts and would work it out. Given such a high proportion of Americans don't think the holocaust was real maybe this was his attempt to encourage people to learn about some Jewish history? If he had just posted a link to some history site would any of us looked? Pretty clever if you ask me.

I know you asked the penguin, but let me ask you this, do YOU think vlad is going to tell us it was resubmitted? He has yet to mention BAIT, brain cancer, supplemental investment attracted by Prevail, in vivo results for CBR. Vlad would consider only IND approval as material enough for RNS, so do you expect him to have told us if IND has been submitted?

I genuinely don't know, but if I was to place bets? Vlad will tell us nothing until IND is approved and it will catch everyone by surprise with no leaks.

Micky I agree that talking about 10p only invites ridicule and scoffing because its such a large rise, which is why I try and avoid estimates these days. However 100-300m IS cheap for a pharma with CAR-T in trials, so it is very realistic.

However let's stick to lower targets first 5p+ when we hit that 10p is suddenly alot closer and more realistic.

One final point for the day, it has been said before but worth repeating

We are 8% up on TINY volumes, less than 2.5m traded, some of which is sells, yes there may be delayed trades but printed is less than 2mil in buys and its up 8%.

Those who are sitting, waiting on the sidelines, plans to buy in just before or after IND approval, if you only want to buy a few thousand or maybe even a few hundred thousand then fine, be quick and responsive and I wish you luck, but if anyone actually plans to wait and then buy a few million shares? 2.4m TOTAL volume and up 8%...... Just because LSE showed a price of 2p for AGES does not mean you could just buy what you wanted down there.

Agreed, there is a plan for funding, and raising a poxy 1-3 mill in a discount placing to the usual twitter traders who forward sell is NOT the plan. Prevail know what they are doing even if Vlad is a bit clueless when it comes to PR and finance, I am pretty sure Prevail would not have used Mint.... Not that they have to because PREVAIL HAVE LOTS OF MONEY.

Its a little sad, that the traders/shorters got so hung up on that one line from the RNS "We will need more money to pay for trials" Well DUH!!!! But never once did Vlad say he would be doing a discount placing at some stupid price like 1.5p as I am sure they hoped. I am sure some are still waiting for this mystical discount placing, meanwhile we are up 8%..... While those who sold at 2p or below are still waiting.... They will be waiting when CH is lifted and Hemo do a private placing at 6p to fund the next stage, boasting how they were right as they buy at 6p. IDK, some people would cut off their own nose to spite their face.

Correct HT, NONE OF US know, yet we have trolls on here acting like subject matter experts telling us about what does or does not need done and going so far off into the land of opinion, theory and hearsay that its getting ridiculous.

The ONLY people who know if Hemo can overcome the CH are Hemogenyx, Prevail and those in the ORIGINAL team at the FDA.

Hemogenyx GUESSED the issue BEFORE the FDA confirmed it to them and begun working on a fix. They then implemented this fix and produced lab results to prove IN a LAB environment that the solution worked. These test results and an overall plan were submitted to the FDA who have APPROVED the plan + accepted the results.

Probably the same tests needed validated off sight in a clinical certified environment, this does not change WHAT is being tested. As for additional work? Well part of that was to appoint Prevail to manage the clinical tests, what else is required??? I dont know, HH does not know, Stu does not know, 121 does not know, MrIndia does not know.... But guess who DOES know?

The FDA - Who approved the plan based on results submitted

Hemogenyx - Who stated in a regulatory publication that they envisaged having this hold lifted allowing trials to start IN 2023

Prevail - Who have a proven track record of running clinical trials quicky, efficiently with rapid feedback, so much so that they are pretty much doing this work on faith as they are being paid in shares.

Now if people would quit guessing, making sh17 up and READ the RNS's which are right there that would be just swell.
