RE: One good sign5 Dec 2023 12:15
Lots of debate about why the SP is so bad, we all know why. Poor finance decisions. Initial significant investors from Silver Falcon days turned out to be crooks (Actual crooks, found guilty in the US). Mint was a debacle, an unlicenced front for a bunch of London crooks linked to the same crooks at the start. In the middle of that Mint fiasco we had Eli Lilly opt not to licence CDX and Vlad obviously picked 121 or pumpkin to write the RNS in as negative a way as possible. The ensuing crash whilst CLN conversions were going on meant that we went from 10p+ to 1.5p with a guaranteed roof on the SP due to the terms of the CLNs.
To finally get out of that horrible situation we have a huge placing using the SAME traders to put up the cash as we have seen time and again. Not pharma investors but traders who are there for immediate profit, either shorting to force the SP down before each placing or forward selling the amount of shares as soon as possible.
And then outside of the placing and dilution we have the occasional bad press such as that FDA issue, other CEO's in pharma come out to address, vlad? Radio silence.
Whispers and snippets is what we get. A year waiting for more frequent promised updates on CBR for one RNS swiftly followed by a placing to take out any heat. A placing done with the same brokers, communicated to the same traders who where in a position to suppress any rise.
Hemogenyx is a publicly listed entity thus far dependant largely on placings to raise the funds to continue and due to many poor decisions and a complete lack of failure to engage shareholders and improve relations the SP has tanked leading to difficulty raising useful sums which would have allowed accelerated progress. So there you have it, IMO, poor decisions around finance and poor PR have led to constrained finances which has constrained progress making it harder to accelerate and break out of this low valuation.

So.... WHY am I here? Bottom line, CAR-T is worth 100s of Millions, Done my homework, it just is. If it works (Takes but a few patients) and could be licenced in a few months for half a bill with 50m Cash up front. CDX? The targe market is HUGE, Eli did not licence a few years ago, could easily have went the other way and would be worth much more than CAR-T, talks with a pharma are ongoing and could happen at any point, zero clue. CBR? Despite the lack of RNS's there have been leaked videos, interviews, patents, opinions. If it works there is no question it could be the Microsoft of Virus treatment. The fact that Vlad is doing a poor job of telling the world about Hemogenyx does not undermine the quality or value of the pipeline of treatments he is working on. The mCap does not reflect an even remotely fair value. Look at how we got here, I trust that Vlad wont repeat the same mistakes with Mint again, that with money that will come with clinical trials he can accelerate CBR and Prevail will update us on trials.
