Predictions: Next RNS being either IND submission OR If Vlad does not RNS that then Clinical Hold being lifted. He had a review with the FDA, they raised one issue, he gave them a precise plan to lift the CH, they have accepted this and therefore Vlad knows EXACTLY what to submit to get the hold lifted, there are no surprises, there is no full review again. Its one test run which has been done and needed 3rd party sign off.

What does that do to the SP? My belief is alot, it makes Hemogenyx "Clinical" IMO a good start will be 100m+ but expect multiples of that, I would be shocked if we dont hit 50mil mCap within a few days of the IND being approved. Then.... It was made clear CBR and more will begin to rapidly progress so its just impossible to say what the upper limit is here, you have to wait for the RNS's.

One positive note, just had a message from MrIndia, he has finished selling, so should start to see a bit of blue in coming days.

"· Prevail InfoWorks, Inc. to act as Contract Research Organization (CRO) for upcoming Phase I clinical study, expected to commence in 2023." - RNS dated 18 Sep 2023. Vlad predicted it would take 3 months at that point, Prevail agreed. We are currently at 3 months and 10 days. I am 100% in agreement with Chris, the timelines last year between the various stages of PQ/Testing/Submission make re-submission in the next few weeks IMO extremely likely. Especially considering this time its literally one set of results that need to be added and I believe last time there were delays in IND preparation.

To say the sell off today was an over-reaction is an understatement. Lots of us are disappointed IND is not in yet, but some are letting their emotions trade for them, and I believe will have regrets.

It was a positive RNS that gives some serious reassurance to anyone who had doubts, HOWEVER it introduces MAYBE a few weeks until the IND submission. I repeat MAYBE... As the testing is already ongoing and if it started back before Xmas.... Who knows. The first time from PQ run to IND submission it took like 2 months but they had to actually complete the IND submission, fix the formatting, send it off to get checked etc. Todays RNS to me was a pointless waste of time, tells me nothing in terms of timescale other than not today. Could be days could be a few weeks.

A few well known trolls have however jumped on it, rode it hard, sold, posted, MAYBE shorted, convinced a few LTHers to bite and sell and now closed off all shorts and started buying in again. And it disgusts me that they have made a profit at the expense of people I consider friends.

If you posted anything positive then the trolls will use your thread and post s417 so that when their posts get removed the entire thread gets deleted. Cant actually remember seeing any threads that were likely to be removed from anyone? Beyond the 121/heart-thumper ones, but mainly because they are already permanently banned and extremely obvious with their irrelevant bs.

ANYWAY... Looks like the sellers/shorters had their fun. Now thats over with the question is..... How many new investors does this increased visibility from the RNS attract? We are losing MrIndia who I am sorry to see go as I consider him a friend, but I understand his reasons. However I have seen the RNS covered in several places and its been taken, as it should, as a POSITIVE RNS. Another hurdle cleared and short wait to clinical status.. I would not place bets on where this SP closes today.

This is the RNS I am reading:

"pleased to announce the successful completion of its Process Qualification ("PQ") run of the end-to-end process for the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells. This PQ run was a part of the Company's plan to address the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") concerns that resulted in a Clinical Hold ("CH") of the HEMO-CAR-T Investigational New Drug ("IND") application, as announced previously. The FDA has accepted the Company's plan."

Can someone please copy me the one where the testing failed? Where the FDA rejected the plan? Where there is some huge delay? Whoopie do, its not an IND today, but the company are literally waiting for a third party to confirm what they have already tested? Sorry what am I missing here?

Micky, again, nobody said you were wrong, people like myself said stop stating things as fact if your just guessing, go back to September and you were stating that IND would be in November, and again were told that November was no more likely than October or December. If you want to GUESS fill your boots, but you have a habit of stating things like a fact. The RNS says:

"It was followed by analytical release tests conducted by the Company required to verify the quality of the manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells. The HEMO-CAR-T cells are also being tested by a third party to ensure they comply with a set of required quality attributes."

So the run WAS completed before Christmas, did they send a sample to the third party at the same time as conducing in house testing? If so the wait could be incredibly short. Obviously we dont know how long it will take once they get the results back but come on, its inserting a report into a submission pack, how long can it really take to insert a set of results into the submission pack?? Vlad already done this once, he knows the process, I am disappointed there was no IND submission today, but I would be extremely disappointed and shocked if he cannot file the IND in the next few weeks.

Good god, Dr Vlad, talk about Chinese water torture. YES its positive, but it got my hopes up seeing the red dot and it not being IND yet.

Go back 12 or even 6 months, the pharma market was dire and bearish.

Everything now is bullish and looking like a strong recovery is incoming.

Imo you have missed the boat, my gut tells me Monday is hemo filing IND, and sp will move rapidly when that happens, your nonsense about CH never being lifted is exactly that, nonsense. As HH laid out eloquently there is ONE issue raised by the FDA, Hemo fixed that issue, FDA have accepted the fix and require only a single confirmatory PQ run. This is not guaranteed but pretty bloody close lol, but you know better than prevail.... 👍

As for making an average 20% on a day trade, going to call bs lol, of course shares do 20% all the time but calling top and bottom every time? Nope, then add in spreads and you would have to be getting 40%+ a day which again happens but usually with a gap up by mms making it impossible to buy at the bottom. Possible? Sure but sorry not buying it.

Your right ofcourse, CBR IS the money cow, it will be worth billions if it works, but CAR-T is going to pay for the research. HH, India, myself and others have bought in pre clinical. We took the risk on an early stage pre clinical pharma, and now? When they go clinical you will see why!

You said it yourself, he has had offers in the past, not good enough for CDX. Pharma clearly are interested, someone testing Covid, BARDA probably get involved with the Ebola variant CBR and probably more we don't know about. And negotiations are ongoing for CDX. Prevail are already 1% owners of CAR-T.

We have yet to see a headline grabbing licencing deal like below but it only needs to happen once and the way the market is heating up... I wonder if anyone is buying vlad dinner next week at JPM...

100% Chris, I would HOPE that prevail will turn things around, they are skilled at market updates when running trials, this is what we need. I am confident things will improve, but vlad is being given time and space until the company is clinical.

100% its a stupid wordpress site, its not rocket science, I offered to do it for free years ago, vlad has said time and again he will. Same with the brokers note, it was planned, it was coming but still waiting. I might be wrong but I just get the feeling that Vlad is putting it off and putting it off until they are clinical.

Like he had planned the website and note on the assumption they had IND approval, that makes a huge difference, being able to say they are clinical, a section for ongoing trials, mCap of peers vs clinical. But the IND took much longer than he anticipated (Dont forget he forecast Sept 2021), then he had Pre-IND took longer than expected, then the IND had issues and delays, then the unexpected clinical hold.

I know he has said CBR will significantly ramp up after the IND, but its certainly possible he has been sitting on a website update and brokers note etc also for the IND. We will find out soon enough.

Last few posts have been long, honest but not exactly appropriate for RIGHT NOW.

Lets be clear, IMO Hemo either HAVE already or are days from IND submission based on timelines, RNS's etc. Next week I think PROBABLY has IND submission RNS and has Vlad going to a conference which last year saw the SP hit 4p.

Last year the wind was taken out by a placing immediately following, Vlad cannot do that this time. Time to move on from the bad PR, the pharma world dont care about our feelings, they care about results and trials.

Lets Go Hemo!!! Its been a bloody long 5 years waiting 18months for trials to start, but FINALLY feels like we are there!

Vlad is trustworthy, he IS honest to the best of his ability, I can assure you that he does not exaggerate progress, but he does take advantage of positive news and spikes which are a side effect to raise funds. He does not manipulate or release fake news to allow him to raise. Progress for a 25mil small cap like Hemogenyx has been HUGE:

CAR-T just about to start trials

CDX - Replacement for Chemo for many, treatment for cancers and auto immune diseases amongst others proven in vivo and vitro and in talks with pharma to licence.

CBR - Proven to work in the lab against Covid / Cancer / Measles / Ebola and more.

I probably know more than most who read this board about why timelines have missed time and time again and can assure you that they have been given with best intentions in the past. There have been issues with third parties, consultants messing up formatting, big pharma just not responding, lack of primates, lab closures during covid, having to build their own lab due to lack of cash to pay someone else. As frustrating as it is pharma takes time.

But this is where Vlad fails, Hemogenyx have been going slow, saving cash, doing work themselves, using the cheapest not fastest suppliers etc because they are trying to conserve cash. Something that Vlad has never managed to grasp is that Share Price correlates to the mCap. The mCap correlates to Main Market capital raising regulations and decides what he can raise at what dilution. Right now Hemogenyx cannot issue more stock without a prospectus, cannot do a placing, thats just a fact. Each year they can issue 20% of stock. Had vlad done more to support the SP over the years then with an mCap of 100m he could have raised 15mil+. With the current mCap he can raise sweet FA in pharma terms.

He Keeps going back to the same brokers (No offence PH!) who have on their books the same scummy traders we see on Twitter who at a sniff of a placing dump/short/troll. The website is ANCIENT, there is nothing out there telling ME or anyone else WHY I should invest in Hemogenyx, unless you are one of us LTH'ers who know about CBR/CDX etc you would not have a clue about the assets/IP that Hemo are sitting on and the potential.

Vlad does nothing to sell the potential and show off what he has achieved, and that makes it hard for people to invest.

Honestly IMO Vlad could turn around Hemo in a heartbeat with a few SIMPLE steps:

Update the Website

Commit to regular updates(and follow though)

Commit to not use Peterhouse for placings and use something more transparent like Primarybid IF NECESSARY.

All this said.... IMO its irrelevant, Very soon, could well be already in, the IND will be filed. Hemo WILL go clinical, we will then attract all the new investors who have never heard of Hemogenyx and SP will go up IN SPITE of Vlad. CAR-T is valuable, its a proven technology and attracts a high price. If it works, Vlad is irrelevant just like us

ht, we are not talking about twitter, we are talking about private instant messages. as shareholders we should be in powered to express opinions and provide feedback to the company. now done via brokers/emails etc which is the correct form of communication, you got blocked for constantly ****ging him off publicly on twitter. anyway like i said, vlads communication leaves alot to be desired and i hope we see him engaging in a more positive manner once we are past the clinical mark.

HH unfortunately Vlad does not have a healthy relationship with investors which is disappointing, I used to chat with him often and it was clear what he craved was respect and recognition for what he is doing. And to be clear I believe he DESERVES recognition for his work, IF CBR is all he says, if it is a cure for all viruses... Then he deserves a Nobel Prize for it and his work and Hemogenyx will deserve to be the Microsoft of virus treatment. The unfortunate thing is his relationship with investors is quite toxic, those of us who are genuine long term holders who did occasionally criticise or call out mistakes have all been blocked, I was blocked for giving him constructive critism. But he still communicates with those who to be blunt ONLY brown nose, last year I had screen shots of messages from Vlad from someone who trades and shorts Hemo and is known troll on this board trying to convince me to sell(I did not). I had a chat with a director and I think Vlad stopped? Can never be sure... Long story short was someone who sucked up to Vlad to get timeline information. One example from like a year ago, in those chats he was able to get something like Hemo were focused only on CAR-T and to be patient these things take time and could be months before IND is ready. That gave him carte blanche to sell, short, troll etc while continuing to lick vlads behind for a month or so. Vlad just trying to be honest and not give unreasonable expectations, but reality was he gave the trader a window when it was safe to go on the offensive.

So I understand Vlad blocking you if he had any sort of whiff that you were using anything he said to trade, and in his defence, its hard to answer even a tongue in cheek request for RNS without giving anything away.

I HOPE that when Hemo goes clinical, when Prevail are managing the information flow with CAR-T and the company starts to accelerate news flow with CBR and CDX that Vlad takes the time to repair relations with Investors. I genuinely believe he IS a good man and does care about genuine shareholders. But without asking each of us to prove we are not traders he never knows who he is dealing with.

For now? I am happy to give him time and space to get this across the line, I am certain IND is either in or very near, my optimism right now is through the roof so Vlad gets alot of leeway to do things his way, and I believe when IND does land and SP does recover that most other investors will also be willing to let bygones be bygones.
