RE: RE: Sub 2p?28 Dec 2023 23:30
i am 100% transparent about why i am here and happy to stand by that conviction. i have accumulated millions of shares in hemogenyx and i believe moving clinical and beyond will cause the sp to re-rate making me alot of money. i am not happy its taken so long and i strongly disagree with many managerial decisions vlad has made over the years, but my belief in the science and potential upside has not changed. i dont see any contradiction there? but you in your posts clearly lack any belief that hemo will go clinical/rerate in the near future? i just dont get it. i have been in shares before where i believed in them, thought they would deliver, saw warning signs, took a loss and sold.
hemo is different, i have seen lots of errors in judgement, stupid mistakes like just **** poorly worded rns's, bad funding decisions, using the same brokers with same traders time and again for placings, failures to update website despite assurances, taking far to long to do fundamental steps such as ind due to complete refusal to delegate. p1$$ poor investor relations, failure to treat the company as a public company with fiduciary duties to shareholders when making decisions, failure to respond and react quicky to mint when they demonstrated bad faith, refusal to accept oversight in favour of grants etc. it would be foolish to think i am some blind sycophant who kisses vlads backside and thinks he is god, could not be further from the truth.
i have done the research, i know what car-t is worth, i know what licencing deals have been done in recent years and at what stages. i have seen what happens to pre-clinical oncology pharma when they go clinical. i have looked for comparable companies at this stage or phase 1 and know what hemo is worth inspite of what its currently valued at. i know the risk discounted value of cbr if it meets even a fraction of its potential. i have read the rns's from a year ago, seen the interviews and know that a single pq run of car-t will easily be finished by now. i know bad news would have been rns'ed by now so i fully expect a positive rns in the very near future.
i am here because i am invested in hemo, i have very good reasons to believe the sp is wrong and it will re-rate. this mcap is not sustainable. vlad has his faults, he has made mistakes, he is not perfect. but... he is a brilliant scientist, he has kept hemogenyx debt free, he has some powerful backers and he is determined to prove everyone who doubts him wrong. as for £1.80 being unrealistic? whats that 2bn? go tell the avct fans that it will never hit 2bn see what reaction you get, and they basically have something like cdx, at 350m 2bn much closer and more realistic for them. when hemo is 100, 200, 300m... suddenly 2bn wont be so unrealistic. will it take time? sure, but i am not going anywhere, 5 years and counting.
